Very poor customer services and inept business practices! On Oct 25th, I made a purchase online and 12 hours later I called and canceled the order. Today's is Dec 3rd and I still have not received the full refund. I made the refund request 8 times by calling, emailing and visiting the store and talking to the manager, with no luck. I was very impressed with the customer service given by Interior designer Robin! WOW was he committed to helping me source out 4 different bathrooms. He spent over two hours with us and also looked up the expected delivery dates for out of stock items. I looked up afterward if he was on commission as I had not expected that kind of customer service. I was surprised when all the information I found was an hourly wage. I purchased materials for an outdoor cooking area including granite counter tops from these folks. They sent someone to measure who then sent those measurements to another company that fabricated the top, the only thing is either the measurement was wrong or the people cutting the granite couldn't do it. The grill didn't fit. When I called floor and décor they told me to call someone else. I was incensed. I paid no on else but floor and décor. They finally got someone to call me who took more than a week to send someone out to fix it, then another 10 days to put the underlayment under the countertop that floor and décor had added to my bill. Really a bad experience. read more

Worst experience ever with purchasing building materials. No communication from company. Store wouldn't even answer phone for corporate when I contacted them about my order. Which was 3 weeks late. I'd give half or no stars if I could. Don't waste your time. You may save a dime on purchase but you'll spend more than a quarter getting your order filled. read more

We we're already impressed with the range and displays at this amazing tile store. Then Roy the designer found us and helped us come up with a really great design - I can't wait for the tilers to make it reality! . I bought 46 boxes of bamboo to install the floor for my house. I had to inspect every single one. Many of them are defected as the contractor asked me to return it. Unfortunately, Floor and Decor located in Everett WA didn't let me return them as they told me that they do only return for UNOPENED BOXES . Those products were not to installed as its defect. How they do the business like that? On the receipts, nothing to mention about the return only for UNOPENED BOXES . That's mean they're trying to lie customers about the return policy. We don't recommend anyone to buy their products as you can't return it with any reason. read more

Was at this location today to get some tile since the Glendale store was out. Silvana and Tim both helped me. They were excellent. They went above and beyond to ensure I was taken care of and satisfied. Though I wish they had a local store to store transfer program, it worked out in the end and I got my tile shipped from the Tucson store. These employees spent extra time to answer my questions and didn't make me feel like an inconvenience. Love this company and the quality of their employees. read more

HORRIBLE customer service!! I went in to get grout & some sealant for tile work we are doing at our house. When I walked in, I saw an employee walking in the opposite direction as me and I asked him "Are the employees walking around the store able to help me?". He said "Yes" then kept walking past me (rude!). I didn't see any other employees around. So, I walked towards the Return counter. The employee working there saw me walking up to her, but then proceeded to answer the phone before I got to her (assuming she didn't want to have to help me. Also, rude!). So, I then walked to the Customer Service counter and asked for assistance. Only then, was I assisted with what I needed. Even though I was assisted by that last employee, she had an attitude the entire time while assisting me. I would NOT RECOMMEND this Floor & Decor location, as the employees are super rude/lazy! The employees up north at the Bell location are much more helpful & pleasant. read more

I am so glad that Floor Décor opened this central location and also employed many helpful and knowledgeable employees, especially the designer Roy. I remodeled two properties in the past 6 months and both times, Roy provided great advice in helping selecting the coordinating tile colors and designs. If you want true customer service only work with Teresa. Otherwise you may end up going to one of their many competitors. I came in twice and received poor service. Theresa saved the day on my third try. Even with customer service reps coming and going she was the only one that spent time to help us. Not only did we get what we wanted, but Teresa provided a substantial savings as well. Something that no one else even provided the option for us to do. I say it again, if Teresa is not there then go home! The two stars are for the overall experience. If it was not for Theresa there would be zero stars. read more

I am delighted to give a huge shout-out for a great customer experience. We had been in this last weekend and purchased 2700 sq. ft of tile, and all the grout, thinset mortar, and baseboards to go with it. Needed to go in today, on Monday, to get some baseboard pieces to make sure we had a match with our bullnose corner pieces prior to delivery. It was a non-standard "ask" for them to get these samples but Steve, a Manager, OK'd it on the phone, so in I went. I had one associate check on me and said she'd get someone to help. Several minutes later, and no one in sight, Britton, a sales associate, saw me and asked if he could help. I explained what I needed and, BAM, he was on it. Stopped whatever he was on his way to do and simply got it handled, made some cuts, and got me exactly what I needed, and walked me to the door. In a world of oft times marginal customer service, Britton is a total Rockstar. Add to that he didn't know I had just made a $10,000 purchase of tile and materials - he just figured I was a customer and he was going to give his best, which I SO appreciate. So, huge shout out and kudos to Steve, and especially Britton, for affirming we made the absolute best choice to spend a significant amount of money with Floor and Decor. Great customer service here and would recommend if you go in, ask for Britton. read more

I cannot be more happy than I am today. I had a flood 6 months ago and am having to redo 2 bathrooms. I have spent sleepless nights and long days trying to figure out what to do. It wasn't until I came to Floor and Decor in Phoenix that I had all my concerns taken care of. I spent more than 7 hours in the last two days with Robin and Deb. They were so patient and helped me make so many decisions. Robin helped me with the overall design and new construction as well as the do's and dont's with the design. Deb was great helping me pick out tile, flooring, grout, and everything else that was needed. What a great group of people and fantastic service in all areas! I might add that I came all the way from California because they are so awesome. I will be back for the next project. read more

Very friendly knowledgeable people. Wanted to purchase a specific wood that they were completely out of stock on. They tracked down two skids of it in California and have it shipped to my house within four days. Very impressed!! Their manager took the time to make sure that my order was correct and also informed me that some of the trim pieces were going to take up to four weeks to get in but got the main flooring needed in right away. read more

I had a great experience shopping here. Roy in the design center and Slade the manager were both extremely helpful. They helped by recommending a floor and countertop combo, were sensitive to budget constraints and were patient while I asked a ton of questions. This is my first renovation and I wasn't spending a lot of money since it's only a laundry room but the manager made me feel like one of their most important customer. I was visiting a friend in the area who was looking at options for redoing her floors. We went to Floors & Decor & the selection wab s amazing, making me wish I had this store where I live. There were 3 of us shopping, wandering through the store trying to decide what would be best in my friend's home when we were lucky enough to have Patrick offer assistance. What he gave us was an education in what products would be best, installation advice & then he gave us advice on how to care for the various products. This place is the worst - has the potential to be best but they have blown it. You order and pay for your tile, and they tell you they have it all in stock but when you go to pick it up, they dont have it and tell you that you have to drive to another location to get the rest !!! Really???? they refuse to transfer inventory between locations as needed and expect the customer to drive all over the city tracking down the missing pieces of an order that is already paid for! wow, total crap and im nevver buying from these idiots again. good luck. Went in to check out tile for my master bath. Anthony walked me through my whole project. After loading up my cart do you wantwith all the tile he made sure I had everything necessary to complete the project. He probably saved me a few trips back to the store which is a lifesaver when you're working on a project like this. Just left the Phoenix location in total disgust. Where was Rudy, the Superman of the Store? I was looking for specific tiles, Youngster on the floor got a middle-aged female to assist. she checks on the shelf- no more boxes on the shelf. walks away with a grimace on her face- yes Lady, I did see you making faces at me in work clothes and my pregnant daughter- who was to benefit from the project....Bet you didn't think that far...When she comes back she quips that this store doesn't have the tiles, but the Glendale store does. I could buy the tiles at the Phoenix store but have to go get them at the other location....WHERE IS THE OTHER LOCATION??? There are better ways to convey you don't have the merchandise in stock- even better ways to suggest a different location that does. Now why would I spend my flooring budget for the Bamboo I had my eye on at a location/company that has youngsters on staff that don't know enough to assist- or keep Mrs. Ratchet that drives customers to the competition. I will still get my flooring and my tiles- thanks to prices-match- from somebody else with better customer service skills. Oh, and I don't even have to install it- that's included. read more

Fabulous. The selection of flooring material is incredible. It puts the big box hardware stores to shame. Great service. Terrific selection. They took over a closed J C Penney at Colonnade Mall. The store is stocked with everything I need for flooring, bathroom remodels. They supplied us with contractor lists for installation. The contractor who gave us a bid was extremely professional and ROC licensed. This is the place to go for flooring. read more
