I've been here almost a decade ago and sparingly since then, but when I heard there was new management, I went to go check it out. The owners and staff are French and you can tell they really care about what they have to offer. I wanted a marble cake slice and they said they wouldn't sell it to me because it was the last one and it didn't look good enough to sell. We got the cheesecake and wow it's amazing. Perfectly creamy and smooth with the fruit jam and chocolate adding the right amount of sweetness. Dare I say my favorite cheesecake in all of Houston. Inside the restaurant looks like it did all those years back. It's still light and airy and clean inside. Definitely recommend trying it out.

Flor--here we go! The owner was behind the counter from south of France so soooooo authentic! These are new owners who are legit! The place is darling the quiche was fantastic but that almond croissant? Well I made all-gone! Imagine almond cookie dough married to a croissant! A perfect marriage! Tres bien! Merci! We wish you all good things--

Haven't been in here in a few years, so decided to take a visit for some coffee and pastries. We were greeted with a warm welcome by the staff, they were both very kind and helpful. All the pastries, desserts, and food looked amazing! It was a little difficult to decided without ordering all of it. Ordered a couple lattes as well which came out looking perfect and tasted just as good. The place itself was very clean and inviting and had a nice ambiance to enjoy your fun little treat. All from this experience I will definitely want to frequent Flo Paris more often. It was amazing and I enjoyed everything thoroughly. :)

We dined here after the reccomendation from some neighborhood friends. The experience was great and I would easily go back! The food is very good. I had the Paris criossant which had ham and cheese. This was excellent: soft, rich, buttery, not too salty, not tough, not overly cheesy or overdone in any way. It was really a great balance of the ingredients. It came with a small simple side salad with balsamic dressing which was nothing fancy but it was fresh. I had the Americano coffee and it was great: A robust, clean coffee flavor with more richness than a typical drop coffee. This restaurant does not offer unlimited coffee refills that could tell. My companion had the chai latte and it was exceptionally good: Unlike many mass market chai lattes, this was not overly sweet or overly heavy. It was a great balance of minimal sweetness, minimal cream, while having an appropriate chai flavor. Very good! We shared an upside down crossiant-like sticky bun and it was amazing: A soft inside somewhere between a croissant and a high quality bread, with crunchy sweetness where the sugar and spice sank to the bottom of the pan. Like the other products, this was not over-reliant on any one feature, but a great balance between bread and sweetness. Not bland, but not screaming sweet or oily. The prices are very reasonable. The two of us had two lunch/brunch entrees, 2 coffees, and a single desert pastry for about $40. The service was also very good. The restaurant was busy with workers working tables and working behind the counter. The manager (or owner) brought out samples of a desert which we tried and would buy. The service was reasonably quick. The coffee was brewed fresh. The food was all fresh. I would easily go back here again!

Short review given that I started to dig in before I got any pics! We got the Mille Feuille, Eclair, Apple Crumble Tarte all recommended by the server and they were EXCELLENT! Must return!

I had my first order from Flo Paris and was very excited to try the Chicken and Brie crepes. It came with a side house salad. The chicken was barely seasoned, but my larger concern was that it was not cooked fully. My salad was just field greens. My colleague at least had a slice of tomato, but I did not. When you order food to go, it comes in a box, so I plated mine to eat. In the photo you will see what was received. Lastly, the crepe had a texture of and tasted more like a tortilla. It wasn't bad, but it was not light like a crepe.

Loved how calming and quiet it was in here! Was able to do some work and talk with a friend,l. The food was good! Never had a savory crepe and only thing missing was more sauce. The desserts weren't super sweet (like Europe) and delicious tbh... I also got a coffee and it was good! Great experience

Top two items were my fave!!

Super cute place! If in search for a photo vibe location, this is it! Their pasty display is super cute and well laid out. The young ladies working today were nice and pleasant. Highlight of my experience was the orange juice lol. I ordered a kid pancake with fresh fruit and scrambled eggs, the crème brûlée croissant, the lavender honey oat milk latte, the French toast with mascarpone and fresh fruit and a side of bacon. For starters the crème brûlée croissant was everything! I honestly expected it to be flakier but it tasted really good and the crème brûlée filling was delicious. I ordered the lavender honey oat milk latte, prior to ordering it I asked the lady if it was good and she said it was "okay" and it was just that. It had a very funny after taste and I sent it bck. My bacon was cooked well enough, a few seconds more, it would have been burnt. The French toast with mascarpone, was good! Only hiccup is they bring you ice cold syrup! We had to ask for warm or hot syrup. That was disappointing. The fruit/fruit cup, looked dried out. Wasn't colorful, was dull and cold. I would go back, not for the food but for the pastries! I was hopeful for a better food experience.. Their cakes are on display on a TV screen and they looked really nice and detailed.

I really enjoy Flo Paris. I'm not really the type of person to go out of my way to bakeries. I just don't have a big sweet tooth. That being said, I've found myself at Flo Paris a few times. Typically, I've only ordered a coffee or other drink there but the last time I was there, I decided to try some of the baked goods. I was not disappointed at all. Everything was delightful and very delicious. It is sweet for sure but occasionally I will partake in the sweetness. On this particular trip, I tried the Opera, which is a chocolate bar of deliciousness. The strawberry cream puff, which is a creamy crumbly fruit covered cloud of sweetness and a berry covered cheesecake that was exceptionally well made and tasted great. I also ordered a matcha latte that was not bad. I like my matcha a little in the stronger side so I find myself becoming more critical on matcha lattes but this one was decent and presented very well. The great part about Flo Paris is the service and ambience. As soon as you enter, you are greeted with a smile and the staff is very helpful in ordering. There's always a soft hum of conversation in the air as people enjoy a sweet treat and sip on a drink in this lovely decorated and quaint cafe.

Inside you will also find French pastries, coffees and teas, gelato, milkshakes, sandwiches and macaroons. I felt the most interesting items were the French pastries as they are cute and tasty as well. Also, they plate the pastries nicely when you dine in as an added bonus. I tried the Chocolate Royale and the Ruby. Chocolate Royale - a petit chocolate mouse slice with flat chocolate panels along the sides. It is delicate and tasty. If you're a chocolate lover, this is definitely up your alley. Ruby - visually this looks like a strawberry Hershey kiss, with red powder on the exterior and a top piece of foil to resemble foil on the wrapper of a hershey kiss. Inside, it's filled with a strawberry cream and has a chocolate base. I just wish there was more chocolate in this one. They have plenty of seating inside as well as along the sidewalk. Inside you have the more fancy tables, whereas outside, they're more weather resistant and not as upscale in appearance. The soft drinks to drink along with your sweets are in a cold case along the hotel side of the space and you just take them to the register as you order. One of the most surprising things when you come here are the relatively affordable prices as you might expect them to be more for being a coffee shop attached to a 5-star hotel with a helipad.

What's nudged this place up to 5 stars for me is they have really improved their coffee game, specifically their quality of cappuccino's. Previously it seemed more of latte, but now to me its a legit Capp. Their choice of pastries hasn't changed, which gives you a good assortment of choices and they have added an additional barista or server which also is a nice touch for service. The only niggling items, parking can be tough, so you'll have to either walk a block or be quick to find a place close by. Regardless, definitely give this place a go to come for a pastry and coffee.

Its in a less trafficked area of Chinatown and sort of tucked away in a corner of the strip mall. It has a casual pick up and go vibe, with display cases of baked goods and a couple options on the counter (dont miss the caneles). The cashier (potentially also the baker) was friendly and was super patient with us as we were making decisions and then noticing a special and adding extra goods (sorry for making you box and unbox so many times!) Anyways, all the baked goods we got were reasonably priced around $3-4. They also have some larger tiramisu options but we didn't grab any this time. I got a canele, a variety of choux, and some cupcakes. I enjoyed the canele and it had a very nice crust but the center wasn't as custardy as some I've had but regardless I enjoyed it and I also rarely see caneles so it was a nice treat. The choux were the winners for me though, filled with various creams (I got mango, pandan, and pistachio). I really liked the choux pastry and found it light and crisp. The filling was also perfect, light, held its texture and didn't spill out as I was eating it, and perfect level of sweetness for me. I also enjoyed flavor of the cupcakes but I did think they were slightly dense. Overall, this was such a great find and glad we stopped by. It may end up becoming one of my staples to have pastries for the week!

We grabbed a few unique desserts: Durian dessert (for the adventurous ) Japanese cheesecake Matcha tiramisu Unfortunately, we had a few more stops to make, so we didn't get to enjoy them fresh -- but here's the breakdown: Durian: Very true to the fruit and surprisingly light. Not my personal favorite, but if you love durian, I'd absolutely recommend trying it here. Japanese Cheesecake: Comparable to Uncle Tetsu, but with a creamier topping that paired really well with the soft, fluffy texture. Matcha Tiramisu: Easily my favorite. It had that rich, bitter, earthy matcha flavor that tells you they're using quality ingredients -- super potent in the best way. Honestly, the matcha tiramisu alone makes me want to come back and try all their other tiramisu flavors. I already recommended this spot to a friend right after!
