Flo Coffee Bar is hyped for a reason! I love the concept of such an open "hole-in-the-wall" coffee spot because it truly feels like such a neighborhood coffee spot, and they have the drink quality to back up the vibe. I got their most popular drink, and I love the attention to detail they put into the creation of every drink. I wish their cup sizes were bigger because I finished mine in record time, but I can tell their coffee is of really high quality.

I came on Saturday, and I got the Nico, which is one of their signature drinks, and it's not very sweet! It's a cute aesthetic coffee shop with a bit of seating! Giving it a 4 because they are only open until 1pm, not on Sundays/Mondays, parking can be tough, and it is pricey! I would still come back!

Flo Coffee Bar is hot right now! My friend and I stopped by on Saturday morning to be met with a long line. We waited about 30 minutes to order and they were out of an ingredient for their main drink - The Nico - when we got to the front. So I liked the Nico but will forever wonder what it was supposed to taste like with the additional ingredient they ran out of. Staff was nice but wasn't really listening to us. We had to order a pastry three times before they heard us as they were laughing with their fellow employees. I love a good environment where people are happy to work ofc, but maybe also listen to the customers. No knocks given for this as I think it was just busy and they were trying to have fun with the business. That said, the donut we had wasn't great and I wouldn't get one again. The Nico was good but I don't think I'd get this drink again. Both items were fine but not great so I'm not dying to come back to try more. It really is a cute shop and they have some cool drinks but I must say I wasn't impressed on my first visit. I'd try something else on the menu next time I'm in though.

Latte was excellent. Definitely not a spot for studying or hanging out for very long. Limited seating and what they do have is not comfortable. Lots of street parking nearby. By 9am on a weekday there was a small line.

Discovering Flo coffee was like sitting in a classroom for an entire year, then turning around for the first time and realizing there was a hottie sitting behind you the whole time, and you never knew it..... AND they gave you their phone number! I work out daily down the street at Gold's, and drive by this place daily, and have only caught ephemeral glimpses of people gathering, but never really paid attention. Today, I decided to turn and look over, and discovered there was cute little coffee bar. I HAD to pull over and give it a try. Flo is owned by Gabe, who, after 20 years working in coffee, decided to open his own place. It's small, cozy, and absolutely delish..... just like that highschool hottie that sat behind me. I tried the signature iced "Nico" (coffee, maple cream top, cocoa powder), which is an amazing signature drink, but until I try a few more drinks, can only give 4 stars for now, but I have a feeling it'll be an easy 5 stars after a couple more visits! Note they're open Tuesday thru Saturday, 7am to 1pm.

Dear Yelp Community, I visited this venue for the first time during February. I really liked the coffee shop design (with an art gallery inside). Small and intimate, so, if you would like to have a seat, there may not be one available. The owner is an award-winning drink artist (see photograph). I ordered the cortado, and the coffee was noticeably smooth (not acidic), so I told the staff, and I was informed the shop creates its own blend. I highly recommend trying this shop. Enjoy, and well wishes. Sincerely, Anna

really delicious coffee! everything we got (the nico, the scarlett, iced coffee) were incredible. prices are pretty steep--a regular matcha is $8.50 and a lot of the other coffees were $9. The size of the coffee is also pretty small for the price. BUT excellent vibe, cute neighborhood spot, great service, and decent amount of seating for being a small location

Best coffee in LA!

I first started following Flo after trying their coffee at an art walk, and I was completely impressed. Behind every small business is an owner doing their best to make it, and if you know even a little of Gabriel's story, you'd be proud too, so it's nice to see him finally have a space of his own. As an owner-operator, he truly puts his heart and care into every drink. Yesterday, I finally stopped by the new shop and tried the Nico and the Hampton. Everything was excellent - the vibes, the customer service, and, most importantly, the hand-crafted beverages. The only thing I'd change is wishing I lived closer, haha.

This place is in my top coffee spots. I live nearby, and I can confidently say it's the best coffee around. The atmosphere is very pleasant. I love stopping by on Saturday mornings and during the week. You must check this place out

Special: honey cinnamon

The owner and his partner are so sweet and are so helpful when it comes to deciding on your coffee. The specials are amazing, like the Honey Cinnamon Latte, you can't go wrong by supporting local and taking a walk through the neighborhood. -Easy/free street parking -Competitive prices -Great location and vibes

live near downtown LA and decided to take a short drive to check out this coffee spot that caught my eye, a garage-turned-coffee bar! The vibe was super cool and unique, and the energy felt very local and laid-back. We ordered The Nico and wow, it was absolutely perfect. The cold foam top? Hands down the best I've ever had. Creamy, smooth, and just the right touch of sweetness. Definitely worth the hype. I'll be coming back for this one again and again!

Not only are the people who work here kind and friendly, but the coffee is the best of the best. Especially their specialty drinks! Highly recommend!

The elegant aroma of coffee drifts out onto the Venice Beach street, inviting you inside to find the baristas smiling behind the counter, crafting drinks with quiet precision. Impeccable service, a relaxed ambiance, and coffee that's genuinely worth the stop. Flutie

I was ever so glad to see a "Nico" on the menu, but upon reading it, the "Scarlet" is what I ended up ordering....

You can tell the baristas genuinely love what they do, and they're amazing at it. It's the perfect spot to get my creative juices flowing as a writer, and I always leave feeling inspired (and well caffeinated). It's also the kind of spot that makes you want to linger, order another cup, and come back way too often.

Every time I've gone in they just look at me and wait for me to just start ordering. I'm not used to that but that's the vibe here, no hellos. They have a small parking lot across the side street which is a blessing in Venice and appreciated. I liked their chocolate chip cookie a lot, the pastries were good and no complaints there. However, I never had a drink I was in love with though they were all totally drinkable. I feel sad because I was excited to come here to try this Aussie vibes coffee shop. I kept hoping my first trip, then my second was an anomaly, but alas~ three stops in and it's been pretty much the same every time. Honestly, I enjoy my mornings started with friendliness so I don't foresee coming back to Little Lunch Coffee.

The vibe is casual and beach chic. All of the food is delicious and this is one of the best breakfasts I've ever had. The restaurant has very few parking spaces on site. The only downside is that the paid parking is ridiculously expensive. Anywhere from $10 to 15 minutes to an hour, $20 for two hours and the price goes up and up. There is one hour metered parking nearby which isn't very convenient if you have to keep going back to refill the meter. If you're lucky you might find distant street parking that is unpaid. This is nothing against the restaurant, but as Venice as a city in general. High prices like these without any special validation, are sure to keep people from coming to these places at all if you can't afford it. Perhaps that's how Venice would like to keep it. Only people who can afford the parking are allowed to enjoy these businesses.

The ambiance was very chill California energy (I'm from New York lol), which I loved. The decor also was giving spa vibes in a good way. Byredo hand soap in the restroom, okayyyy! My server Joshua was super friendly and attentive, appreciated his good energy. Breakfast menu had a lot of delicious sounding options but I went for the breakfast burrito with hot sauce and it was fantastic. Breakfast burritos are very hit or miss IMO and this was a hit. I also had two cappuccinos bc I am a caffeine fiend and also jet lagged and they were both very good. Highly recommend to anyone in the neighborhood. I just realized they have other locations throughout LA too which I'm sure are also good but this one did not disappoint at all.
