Sand Lake Dr Phillips location is BY FAR the best Pizza Margarita in all of Orlando!! I've never been one for chain restaurants, but there is no better Pizza Margarita anywhere in the city. I am an international traveler I'm originally from the northeast. I'm very selective and picky about pizza and this is just the best place. read more

I tried the new sesame crust pizza with cheese, bacon jam, peppers, and hot honey. this was a very unique pizza that I really enjoyed. the only thing that would have made it a 5 star is if the guy the crust crunchy on the bottom. a little too much flop for me read more

Chain, yes - but good!! Love a crisp crust and also love friendly service! Kristina was nice and attentive, our party of 6 was well taken care of. Clean, lots of seating, and family environment. I didn't get a chance to take pics of the food this time because we were starving! My favorite pizza is Hog & Honey, give it a try if you haven't already :) read more

Family oriented place with great attention, service and great delicious pizza. We all loved the garlic bites, we can't have enough of those. Pizza is fresh with better ingredients and crunchy not too thin or too thick, just right. Looking forward to returning anytime soon. read more

Flippers Pizzeria is in my top pizza places to go! I called to put an order in for pick-up and it was ready within 10-15 minutes! I ordered a large Margarita pizza and a small Capricciosa pizza and they both were to die for! Both pizzas were very tasty and delicious! This pizzeria also offers many other choices besides pizza like pasta, calzones, sandwiches, salads and desserts! You can pick up your order for to-go or you can choose to sit inside, there are many tables and booths to sit and enjoy your meal. Can't wait to come back to get another pizza! read more

$68 for a large cheese pizza and a large meat pizza that I picked up. Pizza was good, but $68? I went on a work evening and there was NO place to park to pick up the pizza. I had to park well past Jimmy John's and then hoof down to grab the pizza. Informed the counter I couldn't find a place to park and she said she wasn't surprised. I suggested they should alert their pick up customers there would be difficulty parking. She shrugged. read more

I mean... it wasn't terrible... but I also wouldn't come here again. Let me first start off with the service: My coworkers and I came here for the first time during our lunch break and were greeted by the staff behind the counter. We were handed paper menus before ordering since it was all our first times there. The young lady at the register tapped her fingers as if she were in a rush and continuously asked, "are you ready? what do you want?" I couldn't have felt more unwelcomed and as if we were inconveniencing her. I built my own personal pie, but it just didn't taste right. The cheese was lukewarm/room temperature and not melted all the way. My toppings were dumped right on top & also not cooked all the way. So much so that the tomatoes were still cold, as if right out of the fridge. Which to me was all a bit surprising since it took a whole half hour to get our orders. I give this place two stars and not on because of the atmosphere. Flippers is a large establishment with tons of options for indoor dining. The restaurant also appeared to be clean. read more

Flippers Pizza - Build Your Own - Pizza Near Me - Orlando, Florida

My family and ordered takeout from here when we were staying in Orlando. The pizza was good and the salads were excellent. We ordered the chicken Caesar and the Farmer's salad I believe it was. The dressing for each salad was delicious. We would definitely order the salads again. The pizza was ok but a little over cooked and the cheese was kinda burnt. Since we didn't eat in I can't speak to the service but they did have several tables inside and a waitress it seemed that was the pick up counter and helping with tables. read more

Flippers Pizzeria has multiple locations throughout the Orlando, Florida area (and now expanding throughout central Florida) and this particular location is on West Sand Lake Drive, so it is definitely a convenient spot to head towards if you are in that area and craving pizza. Flippers Pizzeria offers a lot of different pizzas, so I am confident that one of their pizzas will tempt and tantalize you and ultimately be a fine and satisfying meal. The ambiance here is laid back and inviting. The service is friendly and professional. The pizza is definitely good, especially when you factor in that it is coming from a chain (a small chain, but still a chain restaurant). You really can't go wrong with whichever pizza you choose. As I said, Flippers Pizzeria definitely makes a good pizza. I would definitely recommend this particular Flippers Pizzeria location and I will give it four stars. read more

We just ate here after a long day at Volcano Bay and it was the perfect end to out day! Mikayla was our waitress and not only was she great and friendly, but she was incredibly attentive and even checked with the chef when our breadsticks were taking a long time to come out. She's the kind of person you feel like will do great in whatever she pursues! The food was also excellent, like usual. We love the breadsticks here. They are so soft and big! You just can't go wrong getting anything that has bread in it from Flippers. The dough they use is the best. My kids wanted to try the breadstick bites and we ended up getting them as well. They look exactly like the breadsticks, but are cut smaller. Same preparation with the butter and cheese. Seems like a great amount too, for less $$. Both come with marinara. We had a half cheese and half Hawaiian pizza and, again, just delicious! We almost finished the whole thing, with basically just two adults eating it. Only had one slice to take home, and we got the biggest size possible. Everything is so good here and always seems to hit the spot perfectly. Oh and I can't forget to mention, that with the large pizza, breadsticks, bread bites and a soda, the total was $43! That's not bad when most pizza places charge $30+ just for a pizza! Awesome service, food and doesn't bust the bank. read more

I used to love it here. The new girl at the desk has such a horrible attitude and everything is a chore for her. She clearly does not like working there. The manager is gone and it has gone down so fast. The pizza is burnt on the bottom and not cooked on the top. Very disappointing as I have spent thousands with them and this girl on the counter with glasses makes it a very unpleasant place to go to. read more

Took the advice from the hotel concierge and boy am I glad we did! If you're looking for delicious brick oven pizza delivered right to your hotel, this place is a gem! I recently had the pleasure of trying it out, and even though I wasn't dining in, the flavors and quality of the food were fantastic. They have more than just pizza. Calzones, salads and sandwiches too. The toppings tasted fresh and high-quality - from gooey mozzarella to flavorful pepperoni and a bright, tangy tomato sauce. They clearly don't skimp on ingredients, and the balance was just right, making every slice satisfying. Even though it was delivered, the pizza arrived warm and held up well in transit. The delivery time was also prompt, and everything was packaged neatly. Whether you're in town or just looking for a solid pizza delivery to enjoy at your hotel, this spot is definitely worth a try. It hits all the marks for a classic, satisfying brick oven pizza experience! read more

Tastiest pizza anywhere in Central Florida. Highly recommend. Great food, awesome service, fair prices. Two thumbs up.

Flippers pizza is hands down one of the best pizza places I have visited in the Orlando area in a very, very long time! With multiple locations scattered around, you should have no problem getting some amazing pizza at a wonderful price! For my first (and definitely not last) takeout order for this flippers location, it was me and my family, so we decided to get two personal pizzas to split, as well as an order of garlic bread bites. For the first pizza, we decided on the margarita pizza.... Words can't describe the flavor of this pizza, but I'll definitely try. Everything about the pizza, from the sauce to the cheese and then the bread, all blended perfectly. The cheese was the perfect amount, spaced amazing so that each bite had the best amount of cheese on it. The crust was baked to perfection, with the most amazing amount of crunch when you hit into it. The sauce was wonderful as well. The second pizza we got was the four cheese pizza, which consisted of Asiago, mozzarella, provolone and Romano. It was amazing but if you don't like cheese, you will absolutely be turned away from this pizza. Very strong cheese flavor, but that's exactly the point. I personally loved it. The bread bites were absolutely out of this world as well, the garlic butter being the absolute hero of this appetizer. My only thing about this was the marinara dipping sauce was served cold, I personally would've liked it served warm to keep the overall snack a nice temperature. Everyone definitely needs to visit one of their locations for some phenomenal pizza! Highly recommend it and can't stress to visit them enough! read more

The food tasted amazing and everything was very fairly priced. As a family of 4 with kids it was wonderful to have so many pizza size options to minimize waste and sample each flavor. The staff were very welcoming and attentive. The dine in experience was clean and the pizza was piping hot when it came out to our table. What a wonderful way to end the day after a day at the theme parks with mediocre food and high prices. I would highly recommend Flippers to all families! read more

The food was very small for the high price. The sandwich is really just a pizza flipped over. There is not enough meat or cheese on it either. The Sandwhich was extremely oily. I didn't like the fact the food did come with a side. For $16 was a complete rip off. Publix and Subway has better subs. We also saw a giant roach crawling around so please check you're food. read more

Their breadstick bites were super fluffy, served warm with a side of pizza sauce! We decided to get half of the pizza Hawaiian & the other half Hawaiian with grilled chicken, and onions. Getting their Honey Bacon Buns is a MUST. It's cinnamon buns that are filled with little pieces of bacon that are placed all around the bun, and drizzled with honey sauce. Literally one of the best things I have evertried! Everything was made fresh to order, and so delicious! Highly recommend checking them out! & Shout to our server Nick for the awesome service! read more

Called the store to place a takeout order. The staff were so friendly on the phone. When it was time to pick up my order, I went in and paid. The cashier was wearing a mask and there was hand sanitizer I could use. I noticed the rest of the restaurant was phase 1 ready with some tables marked off and stickers on the floor so those in line stood 6 feet apart. I chose the California Classic with a drizzle of ranch (old Midwest habits die hard). The ingredients were really fresh and I liked the basil pesto sauce as the base. My husband ordered the Italian Club sandwich and said it was tasty. The bread was perfect. read more

We completely recommend this little spot!! Great customer service from the moment we entered. Ally was a big part of our great experience. She shared her knowledge on the history of the pizzeria and her pride beamed. When I could not decide on which (Triad Artisan pairing mini pizza with salad). She had them make half / half! Great pizza with a crust that will give any place a run for their money. The Salsiccita Rustica is so gooooood! Next time in Orlando, we will be stopping in! read more

The Pizza was delicious, and the service was A-1. I am visiting from Atlanta, and I order my pizza through Uber eats and there was a small mix up but the staff was excellent and took great care of me and I would definitely recommend for anyone looking to grab some pizza!!! So we are here in Orlando for a family vacation. I was craving me a pie. Using the power of yelp, I found flippers. I chose flippers based on the pictures and the reviews. Please don't disappoint. The wife went to pick up the pies. She had to wait for the pies. I ordered online and I think she waited about 40 plus minutes after she arrived. She came to the room with the pies and now it's time to eat. My first bite and I was in heaven. Pizza heaven that it. The pizzas I ordered were DELICIOUS!!!! I totally recommend this place. They definitely put out a great pie. The picture says it all. Time to go, the kids are getting on a ride at universal studios. See ya read more

Very disappointed. Came here because I wanted pizza and I saw they had gluten free crust..... after I ordered I see a sign that there's most likely cross contamination and should order a salad..... I wish places would realize it's not a fad and some ppl get really sick.... I don't want to eat salad, I came here for pizza, don't offer GF if you aren't going to attempt to avoid cross contamination! I was hungry, exhausted and decided to gamble, I only had a few slices and thankfully didn't get sick. My kids really loved their pizzas, wanted to eat there again.... I like the idea of gf and cauliflower crust options but I wouldn't come back. Order also took forever and staff seemed miserable working there. read more

For Florida, Flippers is pretty great pizza, and don't get me started on their breadsticks... wow. They are a Central Florida chain that has been around for quite a while for a reason, and that reason is consistently good pizza. They have all your normal toppings and I love the "my pie" size, perfect for lunch or dinner for one and they also have good lunch specials that include one topping and a drink. This location is decent, but very small. They do have one very large table for groups which is great, but their seat selection can be limited when it's busy. Service here is *incredibly* hit or miss - unfortunately they suffer from the same turn over most other restaurants in this general area do, and you rarely see a server stick around longer than a few months. In short, pizza is good, breadsticks are awesome... visit today! read more

This has come to be our go to dinner spot after a Long Day at the park!! Best food and great service!

I've only tried a few pizza places in Orlando so far, but this has been the best yet. Placed an order online for delivery. I was happy that the delivery was very fast, only took about 40 min from ordering, which is pretty good for a pizza place on a Saturday night. We got the traditional style triple pepperoni, SO good! I liked the ranch too, I'm kinda picky with ranch dressings, so that's a plus! The buttery garlic dipping sauce was a little too rich for my taste, but not bad. We ordered the chicken wings as well, which I would not recommend. They were more like chicken nuggets and were burnt. However, at a pizza parlor, I mostly care if the pizza is good, so the pizza earned this place 5 stars. Great service and easy ordering process! read more
