Bryan (Noble IT) was professional and friendly right from the first phone call. He explained his IT knowledge and was willing to look in my situation. He said that he believes he can help and if he can't fix the issue, he would not charge me for his time. Honest. He quoted me his hourly charge and thinks the issue could be resolved in an about an hour. He would most likely know within 20 minutes if he could solve the issue. We did a screen share. How convenient for both of us, both in front of our computers in our home. As he worked he answered all of my questions in a friendly manner.
