Friendly staff, and great service!…read more I have seen Caroline regularly for the past month and she is super friendly, kind and make sure I always feel comfortable. Her space has music to help you chill out too. I tried dry needling for the first time and it wasn't nearly as scary as I thought! It's more like a dull, deep ache. The office is also a pick up location for 212 meals, so order and grab them if the space is convenient for you!

Have I never done a review of CSC?!? *hangs head in shame*…read more I've been going to Josh since about 2012-ish. I had (key word is HAD) back pain in my lower back for years. YEARS. I was prone to throwing out my back at least every other month back in the day. Friend of mine (who has run a handful of marathons including the Boston Marathon) suggested going to CSC and going to Josh. The first meeting with josh he said and I quote "My job is to rehab you, equip you with home exercises to do on your own and to get you to heal and not have to see me so much." I was hooked and knew that he didn't want to just take my money and just "adjust" me for the sake of adjusting me (if that makes sense) He worked on me and my lower back pain went away. Fast fwd to now and I come to josh when I have a nagging pain that just won't go away. He's thorough, asks tons of questions and super nice and easy to talk to. He has two locations and the one I go to is in South Park across from All American Burger. Staff is nice and friendly too! Love CSC

They explain my issues in such depth because I need to understand what I am doing, how to do it, and why I'm doing this movement. They have made me aware of issues, I have developed over time, that i need to correct. I thoroughly trust these two, and am amazed, at my age, I can feel a change for the better! Thank you Oliver and Jordon, I'm sorry I don't tell you how much I appreciate you both. And I also have to mention Grayson, at the front desk. She is just amazing at keeping that office and appointments running smoothly. She's the first I see, when I arrive, and the last as I walk out the door. Grayson, you are amazing! Shame be on Novant for not providing you an assistant! God bless y'all, Jon Palumbo

As someone who has played soccer all my life,…read moreboth in college and professionally, and has undergone four knee surgeries (two on each knee, including both ACLs), finding him was a stroke of luck through an internet search. My traditional orthopedic surgeon had suggested steroid shots for my knee arthritis, which only treated the symptoms rather than addressing the root cause of the inflammation. From my first appointment with Dr. John, it was clear that he was committed to treating the underlying issue and genuinely wanted to help me get better. With his extensive experience and caring nature, he stands out among the many doctors and athletic trainers I've encountered throughout my soccer career. His staff is incredibly welcoming, making each visit to his clinic a positive experience. After just two knee injections, I've seen significant improvement and can now play sports with minimal pain and inflammation. Dr. John's integrity is exceptional; he recommends treatments based on what will genuinely help your condition, not what will benefit him financially. I am truly grateful to have found him and will continue to seek his care as long as he is practicing.

And I greatly enjoyed both visits I had to the clinic because of them.

Excellent surgeon who took good care of my wife and her knee…read more We first started going to this practice back around 2004 when Dr. Barron's partner, David Holmsley did a knee replacement me. Last year, he did a hip replacement and we were very pleased with the care and outcome from both procedures. This is a practice with three doctors. Dr. Barron specializes on Arthroscopic Surgery of the knees, Dr. Holmsley specializes on joint replacement and Dr. Valentine specializes on the Hands. Back before Christmas, my wife hyper extended her knee and was in a great deal of pain. We met with Dr. Holmsley and he ordered an MRI and referred us to his associate Dr. Barron because this was the area he specialized in. MRI was done before Christmas and while she could have gotten in to see Dr. Barron on the day after Christmas, she was flying to Pittsburgh at that time and the next available appointment was around Jan 8th. We met with Dr. Barron and he had reviewed the MRI and the conclusion was that she had three tears in the medial meniscus plus some arthritis in the joint as well. He gave her the option of arthroscopic surgery or doing nothing in the long shot that it would heal on it's own which was unlikely. Needless to say, we chose the obvious surgery. He wanted to do it the following week but a bed was not available at the Surgery Center till the 20th. 20th came and we were first and were there at 6 am, Surgery was at 7 am but they did take her a few minutes early. By 9:30, we were checking out and heading back to Cornelius. Since then progress has been very quick and we are very pleased with the outcome. The following Monday she started Physical Therapy and is recovering strength in the knee quickly. We went back yesterday and they took the stitches out and showed my wife the pictures they had taken of the damaged tissue. She still has some swelling and bruising from the surgery but that is improving daily. Next appointment is in just over a month just prior to our trip to Israel. Very professional and great Doctor and glad my wife was in such good hands. Would recommend this practice to anyone.
