I never found myself staring at the clock counting down the minutes -- and I didn't dread my next visit either, it's hard but doable. The class is a combination of floor exercises, and the Skiers Edge machine. You rotate in a circuit between the different exercises. I'm not a skier but found I really enjoyed the skiers edge machine and it helped me activate rarely used leg and glute muscles. Shred is new to the fitness scene so they have some great introductory offers. Absolutely worth a try, they found a loyal customer in me!

Angel made me feel like I was part of the family and still managed to give me personal attention even with a class full of people.
