If you park in the indoor basement garage, there's a staircase that brings you right up to the entrance of the gym. You enter the gym by fingerprint reader. Right outside, street level, there's restaurants/bakery coffee shop. I utilized the gym today, 6:30pm to 7:30 pm and although there were other people exercising, there was still plenty of space for everyone. Plenty of machines and free weights to use. Plenty of lockers and ample showers in the locker rooms. The restroom facilities are right outside of the gym in the hallways. WiFi is provided if you require the internet to stream music for your workout. I would suggest to bring your own towel. Paper towels with spray disinfectant were available at the front desk. Met eric, he seemed very cordial and was very helpful with anything he can further provide.

When I asked hime for the club code he said it was for members only. What? Why didn't he say that when we discussed it TWICE. He NEVER once said it was for members only. I emailed him and texted him and asked him to call me so we can discuss which he never did. When I showed up at the studio to my first class after purchasing my belt he never said anything but instead of teaching the class properly he was on his phone and computer the whole time. Turns out he was deactivating my Myzone belt and did it more than once without saying a single word to me. If that's not unprofessional and sneaky I don't know what is. He is sneaky and lacks communication skills. This last go around will be my last and will not be returning just like many of his original members.

The staff work together as a team and the care is seamless. I especially appreciate and value the care from Jackie, the bestest physical therapist! She has seen me for all three occasions. Jackie is friendly, knowledgeable, and explains what's causing pain and how PT will decrease pain, strengthen the muscle, and increase mobility. The continuity of care is a game changer. I trust Jackie and know that in time, with hard work, my knees will get stronger, just as my shoulders and neck have gotten stronger.
