Idk the way the front desk made it seem is like, they've been telling that story for a while now. It is actually "false advertisement" & why are we paying a high monthly fee for amenities that you don't even have? *In response to your message Rosa. LHF website shows a ton of classes that you don't have- which is false advertisement. Also, NO I did not have a consultation when joining, none of the 16yr olds you have at the front desk bothered to tell me anything they were too busy on tik tok & NO it's been 3 weeks and none of your trainers called for a free workout with them, I probably would have joined up for some 1 on 1 training but I'm over it now. Also, more than half of your treadmills are broke. Just an FYI.

At no point did either employee direct us as to where anything was. I had to ask where the bathrooms were. The basement is where the cycling room is which is a room with broken equipment and cycling machines. The locker room was actually very nice and clean. They have their cardio machines on the first floor along with the two workout rooms that have a selection of weights but with absolutely no ventilation which makes it impossible to work out there. Their second floor has their machines which they do have a great variety. However, I felt like there was no ventilation either. The walls had patches of white and unfinished paint which gave the gym a weird look. There were tvs but none of them were on which didn't make sense. On our way out, the front desk returned my ID but didn't ask me anything or if I would be interested in joining. Wouldn't recommend this gym to anyone

Instead of properly linking our accounts, they separated them without telling me, so I was under the impression the hold went through. They had all of my son's information, yet claimed they were "calling him," when I'm the adult and account holder. To make things worse, when I offered to provide a medical note, the staff member mocked me and my email, as if the situation was some kind of joke. That kind of attitude toward a parent handling a medical matter is disgusting and unprofessional. This gym seriously needs to train their employees on respect, communication, and accountability. To make matters worse, this was the response from a manager. Parents -- be careful before signing anything here, because they clearly don't care about doing the right thing.

Max taught me how to jump rope which I have never ever done as a kid and I've finally gotten more range of motion with my left shoulder. He is awesome! Their facility is unique and fun and the environment is edifying - not intimidating like other training facilities. They have their own unique way of training and teaching and believe me - it works. If you park in the indoor basement garage, there's a staircase that brings you right up to the entrance of the gym. You enter the gym by fingerprint reader. Right outside, street level, there's restaurants/bakery coffee shop. I utilized the gym today, 6:30pm to 7:30 pm and although there were other people exercising, there was still plenty of space for everyone. Plenty of machines and free weights to use. Plenty of lockers and ample showers in the locker rooms. The restroom facilities are right outside of the gym in the hallways. WiFi is provided if you require the internet to stream music for your workout. I would suggest to bring your own towel. Paper towels with spray disinfectant were available at the front desk. Met eric, he seemed very cordial and was very helpful with anything he can further provide.

I saw a lot of people tapping others to ask how many more sets they were going to do. We are gym hopping to find the best gym for us and we did not sign up.
