One of my favorite matcha spots here! I've tried most of their products iced matcha lattes and they don't disappoint. I love that there's a choice in which kind of matcha you want and sweetness level. I can taste notes in both kinds of their matchas and can tell they are good quality matcha powders used. Ingredients here are more natural and don't taste artificial and pair well in the drinks they are prepared with. Wish they had a bigger space to study as it can get packed at times but ambiance is calm and quiet which is perfect for studying. Employees are helpful in the way they can best and knowledgeable about their products.

First time here, and here's my experience: - Ambience (5/5): very clean, bright and nicely decorated. - Service: I ordered from a kiosk at the front and the drink came out quite quickly. - Drink: I order a double matcha and it was really good. It was topped with some foam which was really tasty. The matcha flavor was quite strong. The pearl was okay, I would prefer it to be sweeter. - I regretted asking for less sweet, I guess the regular sweetness would be perfect for me. The drinks here didn't seem too sweet, I bet. Definitely coming back!

Man, this place has really let me down. Since I posted my original review, I've been back about three times in the last month, hoping I'd get a better matcha each time, but unfortunately, it hasn't gotten any better. The quality and taste have dropped significantly. The matcha is now super watery and just doesn't taste anything like it used to. It's honestly disappointing because this place used to be one of my go tos. At this point, I don't know if I'll be back. It's just too expensive to keep paying for something that isn't the same quality it once was.

Fleur Tea has a lot of competition in that plaza, but it is a pretty good spot. The interior is quite nice, and there is free wi-fi and a lot of outlets. Great place to co-work but not too quiet. Goldilocks volume to feel surrounded by people but enjoy your own conversations. The coco matcha cloud was pretty good and quite filling. They use whole milk. I felt like I did not need lunch after drinking it. They also accepted my reusable glass cup to make my drink so I appreciated that.

Strawberry Matcha Bloom

My new fav spot for drinks!! Their menu looked so promising, especially the teas. The Ha Noi Plum Berry tea immediately caught my eye, so I had to try that along with the Hibiscus Berry Blossom. The Hibiscus Berry Blossom has a more floral flavor and is lightly sweet, while the Ha Noi Plum Berry is sweeter with a really refreshing fruity taste. Out of the two, the Plum Berry was definitely my favorite. The drinks were so good that I came back the following week to try more. On my second visit, I ordered the Lychee & Red Currant Tea (you don't usually see red currant on drink menus!) and the Strawberry Matcha Latte. The Strawberry Matcha Latte was an easy 10/10 for me. The matcha flavor really comes through. It was bold, smooth, and surprisingly refreshing. The strawberry complemented it perfectly without overpowering the matcha. I highly recommend trying it! I'll definitely be back again soon to try the Banana Matcha. I've seen so many people order it, and it looks delicious.

Matchanana w/ Oolong boba mochi

Been here quite a few times. Tried their genmaicha milk tea, orchid oolong milk tea, their oolong milk tea, golden passion, matchanana, and more. My favorite would be the orchid oolong milk tea for their light floral taste and their refreshing Golden passion. The thing that stands out is their oolong mochi boba and their ube mochi boba. Though I'm not a typical ube fan, their ube mochi boba is something that I would come back for. I love their mochi boba for their chewiness. My only con is their price point for the drinks are on the higher end.

I'm always on the hunt for new boba/matcha places to try! Fleur Tea is located in Vietnam Town and it stood out to me because of the beautiful, minimalist aesthetic. Definitely a must for Yelp pics. I ordered the Guava Bloom, while my husband got the Banana Pudding Matcha Latte. Mine was really good, it was sweet but light. I've been on a guava run lately, so I really enjoyed this one because it was a very natural-tasting fruit tea. Sometimes fruit teas can taste a little artificial/syrupy, but this one was great. It also came with tasty guava jelly too. My husband really enjoyed his drink as well, it literally tasted like a dessert on top since it's a large scoop of banana pudding on top of a matcha latte. He preferred eating it from the top vs. mixing it all together, but to each their own, right? I would love to come back and try more of their drinks! It's definitely a must-try if you're looking for a very cute boba/matcha place in San Jose.

Strawberry Matcha Latte, Oolong Milk Tea, & Double Matcha

I'm a fan! I would recommend this place if you love a strong matcha latte or a creamy (BUT FLORAL) milk tea. This might be my new go to in Vietnam Town! For first timers, I'd recommend the Strawberry Bloom Matcha Latte or the Jasmine Oolong Milk Tea. Incredibly high quality and really get the job done. The tea is fragrant and shines through the milkiness, but it's still super creamy! If you don't like a rich creaminess though, it might not be for you. I've also tried their oolong mochi boba, which seems to be made in-house! The texture is really gooey, but you definitely taste the fragrant oolong! Something really unique and worth a try.

amazing drinks, good variety to choose on menu and great portions as well. got 3 drinks and all were satisfactory and a hit for me which is rare.in fact it was so very well made and delicious, i had to take a pic of my finished cup. def one of the better spots for a matcha drink in the south east bay, and beats out what ive had in sf and east bay. this places got their general drink recipes down and and def would come back again

Double matcha
Jillian Maree B.

I recently visited this spot and tried the Double Matcha. It was decent, but honestly, it was pretty average. There wasn't anything particularly unique about it--it was essentially a matcha drink topped with more matcha, and it didn't really stand out compared to other matcha spots in the area. That said, the ambiance was really nice. I loved the lighting and the overall vibe of the café. The barista was also friendly and welcoming. They have a few seating areas that make it a great place to sit, study, or catch up with friends and family. I think it would be great to see more creative and unique matcha-based drinks on the menu to help set this place apart. Overall, it's a nice spot with a cozy atmosphere, even though the matcha itself didn't quite wow me.

Fleur tea has fresh and fragrant tea. I got the matcha latte macchiato and it was very earthy and creamy. This place is my favorite place to go for a long studying session. Plenty of seating even when it's busy, outlets at every table, bathroom, and lots of other restaurants nearby. There are also waffles which I will try and review soon! The employees are very dedicated and offer great suggestions. Definitely come here on a weekday to focus and have a good matcha!!

Silky Matcha

6/20/2026 Fleur Tea was such a lovely stop during our day in Little Saigon! When we walked in we were immediately greeted and got our orders take. We tried the Silky Matcha, Guava Bloom, and Love Peach. The Silky Matcha came with silky tofu, which sounded a little different at first, but it was surprisingly delicious. The Guava Bloom was the standout for sure--so refreshing with real bits of guava inside. My dad ordered the Love Peach (he's a big peach‑drink guy), and while it was good, I'm still convinced my drink was better. I forgot to snap photos of the Guava and Peach drinks, but trust me, they were worth it. The decor inside is modern and clean, with limited seating, and a lot of people seem to hang out or work on laptops. There are tons of food spots nearby too. I'd definitely come back just for that Guava Bloom--I'd make the trip again, haha!

Decided to give this place a try - sadly both my friends and i's matcha tasted like water :( Not worth the visit imo, we didn't finish our drinks

Enter through the front entrance of the Grand Century Mall, turn left and make your way down the hall to the food court. Among the colorful array of food shops, is a bright green shop that is Nuoc Mia Ninh Kieu where a silvery machine to the left is seen squeezing out sugarcane juice! I shouldn't say that I hate carrots -- that's unbecoming of me -- but I strongly dislike carrots. This is one of the only ways I would enjoy carrots: nuoc mia ca-rot! I rarely order anything else from here but I would encourage you to explore their menu and come back for more! Nuoc mia ca-rot has a wonderful blend of mild earthiness of the carrot and the grassy undertones of sweetness from the sugarcane. It takes the edge off of what would otherwise be a very sweet drink! I would much prefer nuoc mia over boba milk tea (particularly on hot, summer days!). Sugarcane juice is a bit pricey here, but I chalk it up to this is a specialty shop just for nuoc mia which lends a certain nostalgia for Vietnam. There are versions of the drink here that you can't get anywhere else. If you want to experience a taste of Vietnamese culture, Nuoc Mia Ninh Kieu is a great place to start! Try them out!

RANG Final…read moreThoughts: 4.50/5 Review for Rang. They have weekly matcha pop ups at Rose Tea Lounge. Original location is in Elk Grove, but they are here in San Jose area. Kind of hard to see and find them? given that there aren't really any signs posted outside. I perhaps wouldn't have known about it if my friend didn't tell me about it. Drink: Guava Matcha Einspanner: 4.5/5 This is their matcha with house-made guava puree at the bottom and topped with silky guava foam. Their foam is so nice and creamy. Felt very light and just thick enough. Silky consistency that mixed well with the drink. My friend noted that they make it fairly sweet, so I opted for the 25%. This was still quite sweet for me. Each component is sweet itself, so when you combine it, its mostly just sweet. No tartness to cut any of it. Perhaps the guava has something to do with that. Guava is a sweet fruit in general, so I seemed to expect as much. The matcha itself had a nice color to it. Very vibrant. Light bitterness. Lovely consistency overall. I like each component separately and I like them together when it's fully combined. Strawberry Matcha Einspanner: 4.5/5 This was my friends drink and I also really liked it. Had to try it for my review purposes. Per their Door Dash description, this is their matcha latte with their home-made strawberry puree and topped with velvety strawberry foam. There really wasn't much of a difference with this one and mine besides the fruit. His was slightly more tart than mine, which is something I like. Again, the drink itself leans more on the sweet side, so any sort of tartness would be nice to cut some of that. Matcha color is amazing. Nice and vibrant. Lovely silky consistency. I like the ratio of fruit flavor and matcha. Some places will make it just taste like milk, others have an imbalance of flavors. This one was just right for me. --------- Quality: Ceremonial Matcha and whisked to order We saw them whisk the matcha to order. Not really a display cooking kind of counter, but they do do all of that in the front where the cashiers are. You are able to watch if you so choose. I do like the matcha that they use, so it seems like a high quality one. That or it's because they aren't batching their matcha like other places. I understand that batching doesn't make it lower quality, but something about whisking it fresh is always better. Price: Average Will depend on the drink, but the prices are around $7 to $9. For our drinks, average around $8.25 per drink. Quite a common price range for a cup of matcha. This one was made well, so no complaints here. There was no upcharge for the oatmilk, which is always a plus for us. Service: Whisked matcha fresh No interactions today. We ordered directly on the kiosk and then just waited for our drinks to come out. Something that I like is that they whisk and make the matcha in front of us. Kind of hard to see, given my height and spot that we were standing, but they do whisk it in the front for us. Of note, they use this hand towel or cloth to wipe the bowls. Not sure how sanitation does with that, but I digress. Just an observation for today. Ambiance: Quaint Flower Café Vibes This place is giving very quaint flower café vibes. I would totally work here if I could work from home or if I needed to study. Space is incredibly spacious on the inside contrary to how the outside and plaza area is looking. Little dim lit inside, but that might be from the little lighting that's hitting through the windows given the angle and evening sun. Location/Parking: Small Plaza This place is like a pop-up/collaboration with Rose Tea Lounge. There's really no label for it outside of the storefront, but when you go into the café and on the kiosk, you can directly order from them. Kind of interesting how it works and I probably would have never seen it if my friend didn't bring me here. Location is not the best as it is right in a smaller plaza on the side of Story Road near the 101 freeway. At least they chose an area that is slightly less saturated. Vietnam Town is really close by and they really do have too much going on over there sometimes. Parking lot is also small, but it seems to work well with the smaller plaza size.

Plenty of parking and seating inside. Interior is giving classy but elegant club lounge vibes…read more There's also outdoor seating as well. Drinks: - Thai Tornado (house milk, 75% sweet, less ice): creamy texture, can still taste the Thai but may be oversteeped, creme is good - Wintermelon Milk Tea (jasmine base, whole milk): strong wintermelon, creamy, on the sweeter side - Black Sugar Boba: soft and chewy, sweeter than your regular honey boba Snacks: - Popcorn Chicken (mild, sweet chili): meat is soft and cooked, crispy, seasoned, mild is a bit spicy for the low tolerance. Wish they gave more but majority of the pieces were big so it does make up for it

The inside of the shop is small, though the seating arrangement inside looked roomy with bar seating against the window, tables, and even a bench. The decor and ambiance were very floral and inviting as well. The shop was completely empty when I arrived aside from a lady behind the counter who appeared to be eager to take my order. Since soursop is somewhat hard to find on a menu anywhere, I decided to order the Soursop Snowhite under blended drinks (I'm not sure if the misspelling was intentional or not). This was one of the two most expensive items on the menu and came out to $10.95 after tax, which is quite pricey for a simple smoothie without anything added to make the price justifiable. My drink was ready in about five minutes. If I had to guess, the cup size used was 16 oz with overflow in the cap. The drink had the soursop flavor I was hoping for and the texture was thick, but fortunately not overly thick that it was hard to suck out of a straw. However, I only noticed smalls bits of soursop as if only a small amount of real fruit was used and the rest of the flavoring was artificial or filler. For $10.95 I was definitely expecting more in terms of quality and I felt ripped off getting this smoothie. Perhaps I should've played it safe and ordered a che dessert or one of their special drinks. I'm not sure if Hien Khanh Dakao gets busy during peak dining hours or on weekends, but I could see why I was the only customer during the time of my visit. I think I would've had a better experience if the pricing was not much higher than drinks from other businesses in Vietnam Town. Even though the shop was nearly empty, she had to wait at least 15-20 minutes on the weekday and almost 45 minutes on the weekend just for coffee and bread. That kind of wait time is simply unacceptable. What surprised me even more was that every time I visited, there were only 2-3 employees working. This is a well-known coffee shop, yet it feels severely understaffed. In the U.S., customers value their time, and any business should understand that. If you consistently make people wait this long, don't expect them to keep coming back. The drinks used to be one of the reasons I loved this place. They weren't the absolute best in San Jose, but they were good enough that I kept returning. Unfortunately, the quality has noticeably declined. One day the coffee is overly bitter, another day it's overly sweet. The taste is inconsistent from visit to visit, which tells me there is little quality control. I'm extremely disappointed. This used to be one of my favorite coffee shops, but the way it's being run now makes it feel like customer experience is no longer a priority. Long wait times, inconsistent drinks, and chronic understaffing are not what I expect from a business with this reputation.
