I walked over here and immediately felt welcome in their shop. I loved all of their options and the help they offered me. I pitched a few ideas to them and they made it work. I received the "Pretty in Pink" bouquet from my boyfriend for Valentine's Day. The packaging and delivery was good. However, for the quality of the flowers from a "FRESH" florist...so freaking disappointing. My boyfriend paid $100 for my flowers to dwindle and die in JUST 3 DAYS. I've never received "fresh" flowers that died so fast in my life. Even my bouquet of grocery store flowers lasted longer when they were already a week old. I called and spoke to an employee and see what could be done that would be fair. I was told they only guarantee a shelf life of 3-5 days. Instead of trying to satisfy the customer, they tried to justify themselves with baseless facts instructing a customer what the customer should have done. She said if I wanted longer lasting flowers, I should have let them know. 1) The flowers were a surprise from my boyfriend and 2) Excuse me, but who wants flowers that are going to die on day 3? Never thought a fresh florist flowers would die in less than week. When I mentioned my grocery store flowers lasted longer than their supposedly fresh flowers, they claim their flowers are specialized and flowers have different shelf life. I ordered my arrangement on the phone at close to one and at 3 pm I had a picture that my friend had received them. The person on the phone was great! I also felt that her pricing was fair for what I was requesting. I had quite a colorful vision for my wedding day and she nailed the rich jewel tone color scheme I hoped for. She did a marvelous job creating tree centerpieces with hanging candles, as well as beautiful low centerpieces, aisle arrangements, floral arch, bouquet and boutonnieres/corsages. I was also so pleased that she was willing to move the arch from our ceremony space to behind our sweetheart table in the ballroom as well as repurposing the aisle arrangements to various spaces in the reception. Lana did an amazing job with our flowers!!! I am so happy that I decided to work with her. Her creations were beautiful - creative, elegant, and simple - just what I wanted. Most importantly, she was far and away the most budget-friendly florist I encountered through my process. When I started talking to florists, I didn't even know if I wanted to have flowers. I was getting married at an expensive and very beautiful venue (the George Peabody Library) that is so gorgeous I didn't know if I needed to add flowers at all. Also, I was totally uninterested in the aesthetic details of the wedding and had zero ideas of what kind of flowers would even look good. Still, my planner convinced me to at least talk to a couple of florists and see if I could find someone who could create floral arrangements that fit my (extremely low) budget. Turns out, she was right, and Lana was just the woman for the job! We worked with her to come up with a GORGEOUS simple garland for the ceremony, pretty bouquets that perfectly complemented my bridesmaids' mismatched look (and were then repurposed for the reception), and simple but very pretty table decorations. During our initial call, Lana was already coming up with great ideas for what we could do, and she executed them perfectly. I showed her examples from her Instagram and website to explain what I liked, and she built off that to come up with arrangements that I loved. 10/10 would hire again and would recommend for all of your flower needs. I found an arrangement on their website that I liked for my friend's funeral and called them to place the order to make sure it would be delivered the next morning on time. The woman I spoke with made placing my order very easy and she answered all of my questions, including the size of the arrangement. When I arrived at the funeral home the next day, I was so thrilled and relieved to see such an absolutely beautiful arrangement! I had chosen the medium sized arrangement, and even though I knew what its dimensions would be, its magnitude took me by surprise. And the flowers were so beautifully arranged, just as pictured on their website, and truly stunning. My friend's family told me that they all loved the arrangement so much that all the family members took parts of it home with them as a remembrance of their loved one. The lady had it all ready and told me my total cost, but then put me on hold to return to the phone and said she was just informed the strawberries and teddy bear were only add ons if you purchased a flower bouquet value of $35 or more. So I said the the lady my gf doesn't like flowers and that's why I wasn't ordering any. So she asked if I wanted to continue my order by adding flowers after I had explained I did not want any. They need to put specific information on their website that you have to buy the flowers in order to get anything else. So false information and a waste of my time. read more

My now wife and I were on a Friday lunch then go to the beach date at Mekong Delta Cafe, which is on the corner right by this store. When we walked by, the guy bringing flowers in politely complimented my beautiful wife, so I stopped to get her a rose. They were obviously busy, taking a delivery, making arrangements, on the phone, etc. I wanted one rose. It was as though Donald Trump had stopped in for a rose because everything stopped and the freshest long stem rose I've ever seen was shown to me and then wrapped the way you wrap a rose (not my thing at all). So happy that establishment received good reviews. In contrast when I tried to order from California and asked if I could email a photo from their website to show what I liked the representative told me they wouldn't accept that. Secondly when I asked if they could show me some colors of flowers instead he claimed that would be an "extra step" and also couldn't do that. I relinquished, gave my credit card number, etc. A few minutes later they called and said they couldn't do my arrangement (for $65). That was my experience with these people. You would think in the time of this pandemic a little extra good customer service would be warranted. I went through a few florist before finding this place. You wouldn't think getting a bouquet would be so hard! The shop is located in the heart of downtown. With that comes limited parking. It's technically street only. Directly across the street is a lot, however it says towing enforced. I rolled the dice and parked there with no trouble but beware. The shop itself is very small with a few displays. I talked to Lana and sent her pictures of what I was thinking of and what my budget was. We talked over a few details but she didn't have much to show me. I would have liked to have a better idea of what my bouquet was going to look like. I made a few changes along the way and Lana was very responsive to my requests and overall made it work. The reason for my four stars: Day of, I was expecting someone at 1pm as that's the time we agreed to. At 9am someone showed up to my hotel room. The man was extremely nice. I was a little upset it arrived so quickly because I didn't want it to look bad for the ceremony which was hours away. The delivery man and my hotel were nice enough to put it in their kitchen fridge and it looked fine. When it was time for pictures we got it from the fridge and I noticed about five or so lilies had no bloomed yet and where sticking straight up. This was extremely noticeable and really looked odd. We tried a few things to try to open up the flower but nothing really helped. I ended up just cutting them off completely and it looked much better. I would overall recommend this place for any Baltimore bride. read more
