I have used Fleur de Lis twice. Once for my cousin and the second time for my mom. They were very patient, empathetic and helpful. They have a beautiful selection of arrangements for all events from Thank You flowers to a funerary service. And the plus side is they deliver on time and the price is good. read more

I ordered flowers for my sister-in-law who was unexpectedly in a hospital in Baltimore. I always worry a bit when ordering from out of town but could not have been more delighted. I walked over here and immediately felt welcome in their shop. I loved all of their options and the help they offered me. I pitched a few ideas to them and they made it work. Incredibly friendly and helpful staff. Pro tip: look at their flower menu to see price options when putting together a bouquet. (Unlike I did... I just spewed out "I like this. What is it? Let's do it.") but they happily assisted me. They have just about everything you could possibly want here. Stop by and have them help you with a beautiful arrangem read more

I haven't ordered a bouquet delivery in a long time but wanted to make sure I used a local company. I found Fleur here on Yelp and based on all the glowing reviews, I immediately placed my order online. I was able to purchase a nice sized bouquet in a color scheme I liked plus a card so I could write a longer note (they only allow a 50 character limit on the included bouquet card). The delivery was made in just a few days - I ordered it on a Tuesday and it arrived by Friday, although they do offer 2-day shipping if you want it. The receiver seemed to really love them and from the photos, they turned out beautiful. Ordering was a breeze and delivery was efficient. I'd definitely recommend getting your bouquet from Fleur de Lis. read more

Fleur de Lis Florist - small floral arrangement (pink and blue) - Florists Near Me - Baltimore, Maryland

I received the "Pretty in Pink" bouquet from my boyfriend for Valentine's Day. The packaging and delivery was good. However, for the quality of the flowers from a "FRESH" florist...so freaking disappointing. My boyfriend paid $100 for my flowers to dwindle and die in JUST 3 DAYS. I've never received "fresh" flowers that died so fast in my life. Even my bouquet of grocery store flowers lasted longer when they were already a week old. I called and spoke to an employee and see what could be done that would be fair. I was told they only guarantee a shelf life of 3-5 days. Instead of trying to satisfy the customer, they tried to justify themselves with baseless facts instructing a customer what the customer should have done. She said if I wanted longer lasting flowers, I should have let them know. 1) The flowers were a surprise from my boyfriend and 2) Excuse me, but who wants flowers that are going to die on day 3? Never thought a fresh florist flowers would die in less than week. When I mentioned my grocery store flowers lasted longer than their supposedly fresh flowers, they claim their flowers are specialized and flowers have different shelf life. So I asked what flowers were in my arrangements and then I looked up the shelf life and they don't come anywhere close to how long they should last: Roses: 5-7 days Gerber Daises: 7-14 days Snap Dragons: 5-16 days read more

Ordering flowers in a different city can always be challenging but Fleur de Lis Florist made it super easy! I was looking to send flowers to someone that was at John Hopkins Hospital. I wanted to make sure that I was choosing the correct florist that would not only make sure the flowers would look beautiful, but that would delivered them to the correct location. After reading some of their reviews and seeing their centric location I immediately knew they would be the perfect florist for my arrangement. Their website is super user friendly with multiple options ranging from wedding bouquet, flower arrangements and even plants. I decided to go with a medium size, "Make Me Smile" arrangement on color #3 (cheerful citruses). Since I ordered them early morning I qualified for same day delivery. The flowers arrived five hours after I placed the order, and they looked absolutely beautiful. It was exactly what I was looking for and I am so happy I decided to go with Fleur de Lis. read more

Today I wanted to send flowers to my friend for a sudden special occasion from out of the state. I found this florist after a quick search and I was very impressed. I ordered my arrangement on the phone at close to one and at 3 pm I had a picture that my friend had received them. The person on the phone was great! They discussed with me how the bouquet pictured online, In my Mood, may differ from what they currently had in stock. I appreciated that detail and they allowed me to make customizations by making the bouquet mostly pink instead of red. The pricing is not as inexpensive as your franchise locations but well worth the price in my opinion. I would order with them again. read more

Fleur de Lis did my wedding florals and they were absolutely beautiful -- they could not have been better. They followed my vision exactly and we had no bumps along the way -- our initial meeting was seamless and they understood what I wanted perfectly. Their proposal was easy to read and understand and they revised it accordingly throughout the wedding process. Everything was delivered on time without a hitch. It was perfect all in all. I am so happy that we chose to work with Fleur de Lis florist. From the beginning I found Lana to be professional, timely, communicative, and flexible. I also felt that her pricing was fair for what I was requesting. I had quite a colorful vision for my wedding day and she nailed the rich jewel tone color scheme I hoped for. She did a marvelous job creating tree centerpieces with hanging candles, as well as beautiful low centerpieces, aisle arrangements, floral arch, bouquet and boutonnieres/corsages. I was also so pleased that she was willing to move the arch from our ceremony space to behind our sweetheart table in the ballroom as well as repurposing the aisle arrangements to various spaces in the reception. Just altogether a great experience. My husband and our parents commented about how they florist definitely did an excellent job, as we were all talking about each vendor and how the day played out. I would certainly recommend Fleur de Lis for wedding florals! read more

Lana did an amazing job with our flowers!!! I am so happy that I decided to work with her. Her creations were beautiful - creative, elegant, and simple - just what I wanted. Most importantly, she was far and away the most budget-friendly florist I encountered through my process. When I started talking to florists, I didn't even know if I wanted to have flowers. I was getting married at an expensive and very beautiful venue (the George Peabody Library) that is so gorgeous I didn't know if I needed to add flowers at all. Also, I was totally uninterested in the aesthetic details of the wedding and had zero ideas of what kind of flowers would even look good. Still, my planner convinced me to at least talk to a couple of florists and see if I could find someone who could create floral arrangements that fit my (extremely low) budget. Turns out, she was right, and Lana was just the woman for the job! We worked with her to come up with a GORGEOUS simple garland for the ceremony, pretty bouquets that perfectly complemented my bridesmaids' mismatched look (and were then repurposed for the reception), and simple but very pretty table decorations. During our initial call, Lana was already coming up with great ideas for what we could do, and she executed them perfectly. I showed her examples from her Instagram and website to explain what I liked, and she built off that to come up with arrangements that I loved. 10/10 would hire again and would recommend for all of your flower needs. Thank you FDL!!! read more

Its extremely rare to come across a florist with stellar customer service and quality of flowers and plants. Every chance I get, I enjoy ordering flowers from Fleur del Lis starting with my order on the site to the delivery. I'm located in NY and have ordered from many, many shops from NY and locally in Baltimore and none match the excellence that Lana offers. I'm amazed how even for same day, you never feel like you just get what is left. We are blown away by each and every thoughtful order that continues to exceed any expectations. The entire family is lovely and you can feel the love and care that goes into each order. Thank you dear, Lana for brightening my mom and my spirit so many times. Dropped in this beautiful florist shop on a Saturday morning, hoping to obtain a classy bouquet on the spot. I've never seen so many varieties of flowers! Fleur de Lis Florist - Bouquet - Florists Near Me - Baltimore, Maryland

We had a small order for my wedding. The owner (?) begrudgingly helped us because she said her employee was sick. Instead of helping me brainstorm on colors/style she was demanding on if I wanted specific flower types without explaining what they were. Took her 15 minutes on a calculator to come up with pricing for a bouquet and a couple boutineers and she said "so you'll pay now?" when all we wanted was an estimate. Wilting flowers on display in the fridge... We felt simultaneously pressured and unimportant and went elsewhere. Go to Radebaughs where they will treat you so much better. Edit:This was a pre-scheduled appointment. Not sure what could have been "less than ideal" on our end per the owner reply. We had an appointment and came in with a simple concept and small order. Under the same circumstances we were treated much better elsewhere. read more

I just wanted to add my thoughts to the overwhelmingly positive reviews for Fleur de Lis florists. I was referred to them by another Baltimore florist who wasn't able to accept my order at that time. I found an arrangement on their website that I liked for my friend's funeral and called them to place the order to make sure it would be delivered the next morning on time. The woman I spoke with made placing my order very easy and she answered all of my questions, including the size of the arrangement. When I arrived at the funeral home the next day, I was so thrilled and relieved to see such an absolutely beautiful arrangement! I had chosen the medium sized arrangement, and even though I knew what its dimensions would be, its magnitude took me by surprise. And the flowers were so beautifully arranged, just as pictured on their website, and truly stunning. My friend's family told me that they all loved the arrangement so much that all the family members took parts of it home with them as a remembrance of their loved one. I can't rave enough about the quality of the arrangement and how reasonably priced it was, plus the terrific customer service I received. Thank you, Fleur de Lis! I will definitely use your services again. read more

Hi, I just wanted to let you know how happy I was with the flower arrangement you made for my girlfriend last week. She loved the flowers and the scent of the Hyacinths was amazing! A little background to our story. My girlfriend and I met back in 1989 when she was 18 and I was 22. We lived in different states and lost touch with each other after going out several times in 1989 and 1990. One of the dates we went on back in 1990 was a memory she had and never forgot, on that date she remembers smelling hyacinths and it became her favorite flower ever since that night. She never forgot that night and having those flowers for her this weekend was so special! We had not seen each other in 27 years before last weekend after recently re-connecting through Facebook. thank you for making our weekend extra special with the beautiful flowers! read more

Sent flowers to my daughter last minute who lives in Old Town. They were beautiful! This will now be our go-to florist in Chicago.

My now wife and I were on a Friday lunch then go to the beach date at Mekong Delta Cafe, which is on the corner right by this store. When we walked by, the guy bringing flowers in politely complimented my beautiful wife, so I stopped to get her a rose. They were obviously busy, taking a delivery, making arrangements, on the phone, etc. I wanted one rose. It was as though Donald Trump had stopped in for a rose because everything stopped and the freshest long stem rose I've ever seen was shown to me and then wrapped the way you wrap a rose (not my thing at all). They were incredibly professional and accommodating even for this tiny order. Oh and it was CHEAP! Two words for this place: EXCELLENT SERVICE read more

I received an astonishingly beautiful arrangement of flowers from Fleur de Lis Florist! The flowers were so artistically arranged that I could see amazing compositions of colors and shapes from every viewpoint as I looked at it from all sides. I honestly cannot say enough good things about these lovely ladies. They did the bouquets for my wedding, and did an absolutely OUTSTANDING job. The whole thing was totally last minute, and they pulled it off with ease and grace. The flowers were GORGEOUS - almost every guest pulled me aside and complimented our bouquets. They were also very reasonably priced, given our last-minute scramble. Most importantly, my mother and aunt (who took point on ordering the flowers after a huge debacle stemming from a failed Pinterest-DIY-floral mess) had peace of mind when it came to this aspect of the wedding. I love my mom and my aunt, and it was so great to have Fleur De Lis take this off their plates and allow them to enjoy the wedding as well. Brides - do yourselves (and your bridal party/immediate family) a favor and concede the fact that seeing an "easy DIY wedding flower" tutorial on Pinterest does not mean you can (or, more accurately, SHOULD) do your own wedding flowers. It is ABSOLUTELY WORTH IT to hire a professional. To that end, call in professionals at Fleur De Lis who will do a bang-up job for a reasonable price. To all of you lovely ladies, THANK YOU! read more

They need to be more specific on their website.. I was on the phone with them ordering chocolate covered strawberries and the teddy bear that they had advertised. The lady had it all ready and told me my total cost, but then put me on hold to return to the phone and said she was just informed the strawberries and teddy bear were only add ons if you purchased a flower bouquet value of $35 or more. So I said the the lady my gf doesn't like flowers and that's why I wasn't ordering any. So she asked if I wanted to continue my order by adding flowers after I had explained I did not want any. They need to put specific information on their website that you have to buy the flowers in order to get anything else. So false information and a waste of my time. read more

So happy that establishment received good reviews. In contrast when I tried to order from California and asked if I could email a photo from their website to show what I liked the representative told me they wouldn't accept that. Secondly when I asked if they could show me some colors of flowers instead he claimed that would be an "extra step" and also couldn't do that. I relinquished, gave my credit card number, etc. A few minutes later they called and said they couldn't do my arrangement (for $65). That was my experience with these people. You would think in the time of this pandemic a little extra good customer service would be warranted. I own a small business here in Calif. and am trying to bend over backwards to be accommodating to my customers. read more

I went through a few florist before finding this place. You wouldn't think getting a bouquet would be so hard! The shop is located in the heart of downtown. With that comes limited parking. It's technically street only. Directly across the street is a lot, however it says towing enforced. I rolled the dice and parked there with no trouble but beware. The shop itself is very small with a few displays. I talked to Lana and sent her pictures of what I was thinking of and what my budget was. We talked over a few details but she didn't have much to show me. I would have liked to have a better idea of what my bouquet was going to look like. I made a few changes along the way and Lana was very responsive to my requests and overall made it work. The reason for my four stars: Day of, I was expecting someone at 1pm as that's the time we agreed to. At 9am someone showed up to my hotel room. The man was extremely nice. I was a little upset it arrived so quickly because I didn't want it to look bad for the ceremony which was hours away. The delivery man and my hotel were nice enough to put it in their kitchen fridge and it looked fine. When it was time for pictures we got it from the fridge and I noticed about five or so lilies had no bloomed yet and where sticking straight up. This was extremely noticeable and really looked odd. We tried a few things to try to open up the flower but nothing really helped. I ended up just cutting them off completely and it looked much better. I would overall recommend this place for any Baltimore bride. read more
