Enchanted Petals has done it again! This is my second time using them for large event flowers and I will never go anywhere else. We wanted to arrange flowers ourselves for a memorial party and Avalon was so helpful in picking types of flowers that would fit the vibe and color palette we were looking for. All I had to tell her was the event, sizes and quantity of vases and about my grandmothers personality and she designed the order perfectly! She took the stress out of having to choose my own and place a bulk order online, she is so detail oriented and even chose greenery that would accent the flowers chosen. She even timed when to take them out of fridges and when to cut them so they opened perfectly for the event time. Everyone at the party raved about how wonderful the flowers looked and knew my grandmother would have loved them. If I had to do this on my own it would have been terrible, I definitely would not have known to order certain types and colors that Avalon knew would add pops of color & detail like we wanted. She is an artist at her craft and I cannot wait to order from Enchanted Petals again! Even the value was much better than other florists and bulk stores. What a fantastic customer service experience. I was in town for the Running Festival and wanted to greet my friends with flowers as they crossed the finish line. As a walk-in customer on a Saturday morning, with a very small order, I did not have high expectations for service, and boy was I wrong. These ladies went out of their way to take care of me, and I felt like I was sitting on the porch just sipping some tea with lifelong friends. They were pleasant and personable, and I am pretty sure I got more than I paid for - certainly more than I'd expected! will be back next year to get finish line flowers again! Horrible service. I called to confirm they were open because I was 8 mins away at John Hopkins Hospital. I was looking to purchase flowers for a sick friend. I arrive in exactly 8 mins at 2:48 pm. They close at 3:00 pm. She complained the entire time!!!! Talked about her other appointments which totally confused me because THEY CLOSE AT 3:00 pm. Charged me $53 and had an attitude!!! I ordered for Valentine's Day a simple 6 rose arrangement about 3 weeks prior to the day. That process was easy and I was followed up with by Avalon to schedule what time I could come pick them up. On that day 10:45 came by and they weren't quite ready BUT I completely understood as they were swamped for Vday. They quickly looked at my order and fulfilled it! This is the second time I used Enchanted. The quality of my flowers were incredible. I ordered a delivery of a dozen red roses to my girlfriends job. The delivery time was on point, as scheduled. Very disappointed in customer service, delivery, price and product. Excited to order my first flower delivery to friends on vacation. Avalon didn't know what arrangement I wanted had to tell her where to find it, asked what time for delivery responded noon (this was more than 24 hours before noon) then flowers weren't delivered till 4 o'clock after multiple calls. Flowers arrived on Friday and were dead by Tuesday morning thankfully they were checking out. Price went from $75 to $100 in the blink of an eye. I am an executive assistant and need to buy flowers fairly often for work reasons/boss' personal reasons, and I could not be a bigger fan of this place. Everything I have purchased from here was beautiful and reasonably priced. Times when I have needed last minute bouquets, I was able to walk in or call - and the result is always great. Just today I picked up a gorgeous get well bouquet, and everyone in the waiting room where I delivered it (they would have delivered it for me but it was a last minute order) wanted to know where it was from. My family hired enchanted petals to do the flowers for my wedding and I have to say it was some of the worst customer service I have ever received. Avalon was polite and lovely during our first meeting and once we decided to work with her she became rude and unaccommodating. She refused to tell us what we were ordering until we paid and then never gave us a break down of what we ordered so we still don't know specifically what all we paid for. We asked for a flower crown for my three year old niece and the one delivered was too big even for a grown woman. The boutineers we comically large to the point where they wouldn't even stay pinned to the groomsmen's suits (even though we sent everyone's heights and weights as requested to have them properly proportioned) and on top of that they were delivered late and delayed my ceremony service, when we called Avalon regarding this she told us that it was no longer her problem because the delivery driver had them. We asked for peonies and we're given roses instead. We were quoted one price and then it doubled inexplicably at our next consultation. Unprofessional service and a terrible product. Not worth the stress and definitely not worth the financial expense. read more

Fantastic experience working with Avalon. I called Enchanted Petals on a Wednesday (from Martha's Vineyard, MA) about ordering flowers for a wedding celebration to be held that Saturday evening in Baltimore. Even though it was a tight deadline Avalon made me feel that it was totally doable. I explained what the bride thought she wanted and Avalon put together a beautiful modern bouquet, flowers for the mothers, boutonnieres for the groom and the fathers, five table center pieces and five cocktail table flowers. All of the pieces were gorgeous. Everyone loved them - in fact, one woman told me they were nicer than the flowers she had ordered months in advance of her wedding!
