Spent $1300, and 2 months waiting, they supposed to have it fixed the first time, only to have to bring it in again, for $579 more, they put a used starter solinoid, which had rust on it, and said ( it was off a running bike, picked it up today, drove it off had smoke billowing out exhaust, had oil spilled on back tire, thank God I didn't go down, washed it, no leak, he may have been around, since the 70's, but he is dishonest, also was warned about going there, but he's the only one, that works on older bikes, simple a thief read more

Absolute crooks. Took my bike there for carb rebuild and look over. They sent it back with carb still leaking and coolant in the oil. They did nothing to my carb and charged me 400. I will never be back, and I will always tell people to stay away from this awful place. read more

On a cross country ride I got a nail in my tire in Memphis, TN. Fletcher's was the only shop that offered any assistance. The guys there were extremely helpful and got me back on the road in no time. Fletchers has been my go to place for any brand/style bike for over 30 years. Always friendly. Quick and excellent work.

So my review is based off a year ago. I brought my bike into flecthers for a stator issue and I told them I needed new rotors and pads. And that I wanted them to install a part to get my FI light off. The STVA to be exact. About a 2 weeks later they called me and told me they need 800 dollars in parts and didn't give me any information about what they were buying. And so I did. Thinking that I want gonna owe that much after the bike was done. After 2 weeks after handing them part money, they told me that I owed them 1150 more dollars to get it back. And I thought to myself why am I paying this much. My stator just went out now(3-13-22) and when I prep the spot cover to see what happened. They put a cheap stator on my bike. They have me EBC rotors which is out of my budget. And still didn't fix my FI Light. When I came and asked them what needed to happen to get the FI fixed, they gave me the cold shoulder. They said to watch my oil level because there was a oil leak coming from the stator cover that didn't happen before i bright it in. Coming from California and the will and desire to ride everyday I can, I will never bring my bike back to this place ever again. What a joke. And now I have to trust another shop to fix my charging problem I'm having now. read more

New sport bike rear tire on in thirty minutes!! I took a tire into Fletcher's and his guys put it on in less than a half hour while I waited in the lobby! Man what a great thing for riders who don't want to have to leave their bike and get a ride. Great guys very friendly and I am back on 240 before noon on Monday morning!! Chuck at Leo's recommended these guys to me after he closed up his shop on Summer. Looks like I have found my new and local primary motorcycle care provider! read more
