Mechanic started working on Nov 28th. Found out that the parts that was purchased Here at the dealer were the wrong ones. Mechanic notified me on Dec 13. Finally got the rite parts from a different place. Mechanic compared the differences. Picked up parts from Mechanic on Dec 21st. Contacted this dealer. Talked with manager and was told that it only had a month for a refund. Yet it was a month between the time it was ordered and was told it was in. But yet with all calls to them. They state parts was in on Oct 6th. I asked how come no one told me that when I had called numerous times. He had no answer. Well needless to say I am out the money. $366 because the don't back what the sell and don't do enough research. They act like I have them the numbers and all. Ohh and they also told me this was supposed to be Yamaha Genuine Parts. But they was Aftermarket parts. Stay away if you want the rite parts and the customer service you deserve

Second day In the trip and Saturday around 2pm I hit something in the road and snapped a bakers dozen rear spokes right outside of Memphis on the interstate. After talking to the Harley dealer in Memphis 2.7 miles from where I was and being told they don't work on spoked rims, which is mind blowing, I called the Harley dealer right across the border 17 miles from me they said it would take weeks and they honestly didn't have anyone that knew about spoked wheels. The Harley dealer recommended me calling Gemini. Called them up and explained my situation and with out hesitation they told me to bring it in and they will get me back on the road. Well the tow truck was a nightmare to deal with but I didn't get there until 6pm those people stayed over 2 hours after they closed to wait for me and trying to get me back on the road. Unfortunately there was nothing Gary could do my rim was too heavily damaged. Told them I was renting a bike to finish my trip and I would be back in town on Thursday. They had my bike fixed ready for me Wednesday. Super nice people. You don't get that in a shop anymore where they honest care about the customer and not rip you off.

Con men all the way…read more Y'all I have a little story time. If you have never used El Mante in Horn Lake as a mechanic, you are missing out. We have used him to lift my jeep, replace tires and spacer, truck tires, etc. We have always felt like he was very fair with his pricing. This morning I needed to get my brakes replaced so I dropped off at Raleigh Tire Auto Service Center in Olive Branch for convince on my way to work. They called and said I needed rear and front pads, and rotors on the back brakes. Ok, I've had that done before and it didn't break the bank. They call to say it will cost $1200+ to do that work....I said nope, and i picked it up (boy, were they mad at me, as I was with them ) and took to @El Mante in Horn Lake. He said we had the same issue that Raleigh said, but guess what the price to repair is? under $500!!! So, Raleigh Tire Auto Service Center is a rip off and we now know why they don't have to be open on the weekends! Never will I ever go to Raleigh again. ************************* BUT WAIT, there's more!! El Mante inspected my front brakes and said I didn't need them. What??? I'm am just truely amazed in the most wonderful way!! So my repair was less than 360!!

They will overcharge you for parts, labor, and fail to execute agreed upon repairs. About 3 months ago my brakes seized on my car. I brought it here, since the other shop in town is notoriously bad at communication. They called a few hours after dropping my car off, and let me know I needed an entire brake replacement. Cost was over $2k. Ok fine - I needed my car back soon and didn't have time to get other estimates. They replaced all 4 brakes, pads, and rotors. I got the car back after a few days, and noticed a loud clicking sound that was consistent with the wheel speed. Brought the car back in - they said they found a burr on one of the rotors so they resurfaced it. I got the car back, and there was still a loud clicking. Brought it back a third time now and they had it for a few days "diagnosing" it. They told me they took the brakes off and put everything back together and couldn't find the issue. One of the mechanics told me it was because my car has rust (makes no sense since the clicking was in rhythm with the wheel speed). Picked it back up, and decided that weekend to find the issue myself with a buddy. Took us an hour - a tension clip on the calipers was completely misshapen causing the pad to move within the caliper. Had they actually tried to diagnose the issue and take the brakes off they would have noticed that this tension clip wasn't tensioning anything - it was loosely fit into the caliper. Ended being an $8 fix with a new clip from Autozone. A month or so later, brought my wife's car in for a failed AC. They had the car a few days, and diagnosed a failed actuator. Charged us $1k in labor and parts to fix it. Picked the car up, and a few days later the system failed again. Brought the car back, and after 3 more days was told by Eric it's the AC compressor and it'd be another $2k to fix it. I let them know I needed to get other estimates - I had just spent $1k there for it to get fixed so to be charged another $2k was ridiculous. They sent me an invoice estimate for parts and labor. The AC compressor kit they quoted from Napa was $799. I found it on Napa's site for $450ish. Called and let them know that I found the parts cheaper, I'd buy the parts and bring the car in for the service. Eric told me no problem. Received the parts this week and tried to set up an appointment with Eric. Eric said to just bring it in. I called yesterday and spoke to Eric again. knowing it's a holiday weekend, I asked if he could get to it today 5/22. He told me to get in in early and they'd do it. The night of 5/21 I dropped the car off with all the parts in the trunk so they'd have it first thing. My wife called today 5/22 in the morning to make sure they had everything and would do the repair Eric said not to worry they'd get to it today. Called back at 430 or so, and we were told they hadn't even started it. We went to pick it up and spoke to Tim and the lady at the front desk. I asked what happened, and he said Eric was supposed to call with a labor quote (which Eric had already provided to me in writing) and he never did so. So instead of calling and telling us the labor, or telling us they can't get to it today or whatever, they left us hanging with a car with no AC. Picked up the car and there was ZERO effort from Tim or the lady at the front to try and retain our business. No effort to make an appointment for us to have it fixed, or to try and correct the situation. They've already taken over $3k of business from us, so I guess lesson learned. DO NOT come here. I have zero confidence in their technicians and their lack of communication will leave you hanging as it has us several times now.

So they called Raleigh to see if they had my tire and could replace it for me. keep in mind I am a woman and I had my 3 year old son with me so I'm sure this is a classic case of them taking advantage of the fact that I'm a woman who doesn't know much. Anyways I go to get this tire already almost in tears and the older gentleman at the front desk was just blatantly rude to me the entire time. Told me how much it would cost and sent me on my way. when he told me the price it seemed good considering the tire I had on my car is a grappler and they're decently expensive. An hour passes and they're call and tell me I can pick it up. when I get there the tire that is on my car is an entirely different tire,not even the same tread and costs 92$ regularly buy I see on my receipt that I was charged 198$ just for that one tire. All the man had to tell me is that it wasn't the right tire but atleast it would get me from point A to B. I will never ever recommend or do business with this place ever again and if you do make sure you are smarter than me and get an estimate and see what you are paying for first.
