Brought my 700 grizzly to have fluids changed, axle boot replaced, and winch installed. Power washed the quad twice before bringing it to the shop (power washed over after trail riding, power washed a second time to remove dust from quad sitting for 6 months. Made sure all dust/dirt was washed off and areas being worked on were cleaned. I keep this bike in excellent, clean condition. Picked up quad two weeks later to find mud, dirt and rocks built up all throughout the undercarriage, wheel wells and on top of the bike. Areas that I specifically made sure there was ZERO debris, are now filled with lose clotted dirt and rocks. The four wheeler has 16 new miles on the odometer, and the gas tank went from 3/4 filled to nearly empty when I picked it up. The shop owner swears that no one would take my quad off-roading and that the dirt, mud and rocks could've come from "over spray when washing other quads near by". I asked him how golf ball sized rocks and caked mud/dirt can get in the axle areas and underplate by over spray. The odometer reading on their paperwork reads 0 miles in and 0 miles out although I watched him document the mileage when dropping it off. This shop 100% took my quad off roading into deep mud and did a terrible job trying to clean it and hide the evidence. I was actually planning on buying a 2022 hayabusa from this shops showroom until this happened. Potential customers beware of this shop. Terrible attitude from the team the entire experience as well. read more

I waited months to write this review because I wanted to write logic/facts and NOT let my emotions be unfair. This almost sounds made up to even me but I can assure you it's not. Brought my 2016 bike in for an oil change and compression adjustment, keep in mind I drove the bike in after a day of great riding and had a friend pick me up. This was a mint condition R1 sportbike, a $10,000 bike that I drove several times a week. After I dropped it off, I didn't hear back for a little over a month, called to check in and the Tim guy was pretty unfriendly, I thought no big deal, I get stressed sometime as well, maybe he's having a bad day. He said it's not ready. I waited 5 more weeks, total of over 2 months. I call again and kid you not, this guy tells me the bike doesn't run and that I need a NEW ENGINE and of course tells me they can put the new engine in for a quick $1200 if I can bring them a new engine. Long story short, I had to rent a truck to come pick up my bike that was working beautiful when I dropped it off. I took it to a place in in Olive Branch and they said the guys at Performance Plus had spark plug wires crossed and several other mistakes and that's why the bike was no longer running. They fixed it in less than a week. I personally find it hard to believe that all those were accidental mistakes, I'm pretty young and maybe I looked easy to take to the cleaners? I'm baffled these guys have good reviews. The shop that finally got the bike back running charged me a pretty hearty price along with truck rental, these guys at Performance Plus cost me ALOT of money for their negligence. Tony, Jim, Marvin & Tim are great folks. I've bought two different BMW bikes from them and the buying experience each time was great. As well, this is where I get by bikes serviced, since Marvin is a certified BMW motorcycle tech. I love the new look inside the store (7/2015). It is clean, and the feel inside aligns with the expectation that comes with a BMW motorcycle. There's not a lot of BMW dealers in the area so I was just going to have to accept whatever level of service I could get; these guys turned out to be really great! Great service department Tim was awesome in helping me stay on the road. Needed a rear tire for my 2016 RT on a cross country trip to the BMW rally in Lebanon TN. My tire was down to the steel threads in Little Rock AR and I sent a service request to them from their web site letting them know I was headed that way. Tim emailed me and called me in the morning but I was already on my way. Once there Tim got right to it and I was back on the road in no time at all. Marvin and crew at Performance Plus helped me out when I was in a jam. I was in the middle of a 2600 mile road trip and basically ran both my tires into the ground. I was two hours away from Memphis (in the middle of nowhere) and 600 miles from home. I called these guys and Marvin said he needed to leave right at closing time to go an event for one of his kids. As you might expect, I ended up getting to their shop about 15 minutes before closing (5:45), but Marvin and another employee stayed until 6:40 to make sure that I got both tires put on. Even though his wife was calling to find out if/when he was going to make it to their son's event he was still extremely friendly and gracious in dealing with me. I bought a 2007 BMW GS1200 Adventure sight unseen over the phone last week from 800 miles away. Keith made the process quite easy and upon my arrival, he walked me through the process, which was simple as I was a cash buyer. The bike was nicer than I expected and I felt good about the purchase. Alyssa was quick to get me paid and on the road. Unfortunately for me, the fuel pump gave out 200 miles into my trip home from a 5 year old recall. Tim, the service manager, worked with the dealership that I had the bike towed to to get a claim into BMW for a repair. After the claim was submitted, I had to wait 2 days for the parts to come in and during that time, Keith called and checked on me. A very individual experience from a small dealership. Let me start with this. My father brought his 4 wheeler up here and when he finally got to talk about what was wrong (2 weeks after drop off) they guy started with "how much do you wanna put into this thing". Wow with-ought even telling us what was wrong gave my dad a list ( push start and ignition switch) 900$ and 2 months later we brought it home when we went to get it the had a hard time putting it on the trailer because now it had a flat tire it didn't g e before and they couldn't put air in it I guess anddd With new gas leaks... called they were chill took it back fixed the leaks started it long enough to get it on the trailer we get it alll the way home and nothing wont crank and they cracked the cover to the air filter box. I called pissed, since my dad has a traek and can't, The man got a little attitude saying that the fourwheeler is about to go bye bye because of ..... and I was like oh so it has these other problems now that it didn't have before again. To note it ran before it needed the replacement parts just fine. I'll add photos later if I remember but at this point I call this place a fail, even went past 2 other places that could have worked on it but because of the reviews we picked this place wow. After riding coast to coast, and coursing through some of the country's best mountain terrain, my new GS needed it's 6k service. I had planned only loosely, taking with me some experience from world record holder Carl Reese I'd read about, a copy of Jim Ford's book "Smooth Riding," and the intention of fulfilling my father's dying wish of taking Beemers together on an epic last trip. Riding from the California coast, I had seen a lot by the time I hit Memphis, been through a lot too, but these guys taught me how the trip was not over yet. I've never had such friendly, prompt, and accommodating service as I had with these guys. Though I was quite late for my appointment, they conducted my service when I arrived, installed some new tires, and really made me feel at home. These guys are the best! Once I got my bike back, service write Tim suggested I ride in to Memphis for Bike Night. I eventually made it down (after working on fueling and some other arrangements, a phone call, etc), but what a surprise when Tim is down there to greet me! After waiting for me for some time he decided to leave, but right when I was arriving I see this rider pointing at me from the middle of an intersection -- Tim?! He really set me up: held a parking spot for me, told restaurant staff about me, I was welcomed there more times than I can count, and bike night was incredible. After riding through Texas this was a real oasis for me. These guys did more than service my bike, they helped bring me back to life! Oh yea, and there was a signed photo of Carl Reese on their wall. Right, this trip was, despite certain windy conditions, back to being really fun. Thank you staff at Performance Plus! Carry more cool gear, I"ll buy it next time! Had a nice selection of bikes but customer service SMH. I asked to see a selection on used bikes and was pointed to the rep. When I asked if they had any sports bikes he told me yes and when I asked to see it he told me around the corner in the room. I would think a rep. Would excourt you to the bike while giving you more info. On the product. I came back and made a low offer to try and negotiate. He did not want to negotiate, maybe if I was given more info on the bike other than its really a almost 7k bike I would have paid 6k cash for it. I'm really disappointed because I did not want to leave there without a motorcycle, but thanks to this a hole I left KNOWING its a 7k bike and a credit union info. Slip..
