Mark Fletchall is a great man of integrity. How often can you say that about the owner of an automotive service business? Mark was recommended years ago by our friend who's company (Richardson's RV Center) sends all of their out-of-shop repairs to him. From our very first service to now, Mark and his staff have taken care of our four cars like they were their own personal vehicles. The professionalism, promptness, and genuine courtesy guarantee that we will be bringing our vehicles to Fletchall's Auto Works forever. There simply has never been a better company and I HIGHLY recommend you take your car-care business to Mark! read more

Great service. Very honest. Took truck in for possible engine leak. No leaks found and lubed non working hood latch no charge

My Dad is a regular customer so he recommended that I come here when he couldn't fix something on my car. They are very upfront and fair and the repairs get done in a timely manner. They are now my go to mechanic. read more

Took my PT cruiser in for a blown head gasket. They fixed it correctly for a fair price. Everything was fine until a few months later I discovered I had a cracked radiator. Mark fletchall Repaired that as well, only charging me for the part. that's how you know this is an honest mechanic and does great work. PT cruiser is running great. Will never take my car to another mechanic ever. read more

Very good honest service Mark and his guys are all very knowledgeable and always helpful Prices are always great

My family will only take our vehicles to Fletchall's. Mark and his team are top level mechanics who deliver excellent service at reasonable prices. They will always make recommendations, but never pressure you into feeling like your car will fall apart if you don't do the work now. You can feel good about taking your car to Fletchall's...one of the last hidden gems for sure!! read more

What can I say that hasn't already been said. Mark and his team of experts are the best. I've been going there since 2014 and I've never had a problem. Honest, professional and extremely knowledgeable. Just took my 2016 Dodge Challenger in for a thermostat replacement and it was completely painless on my wallet. And they didn't keep my vehicle for 3 weeks like other mechanics tend to do. I dropped my vehicle off Wednesday and picked it up Thursday morning. They even inflated my tires and topped me off with all the fluids that I needed. Long story short, you're crazy if you trust your car to anyone else besides Mark and his team. read more

I was recommended to this shop by a coworker. I'm so glad for the referral. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The prices are reasonable and most work is done same day. As a woman it's hard to find a good mechanic who's reasonable and honest. I feel there is no need to worry coming to Fletchalls. I've referred my sister, who had some work done as well. I know I will keep them in mind anytime I need my car worked on. read more

Thank you, Fletchall's, for repairing my car in a pinch. My car broke down suddenly on a Sunday. I had it towed to Fletchall's on Monday and was given an estimate which I believed to be a fair one. They weren't able to make the repairs that day but had it all done the next day. The actual total was less than what they had projected so that was great! I really appreciate their help. read more

Fletchall's is literally the best repair shop I have ever experienced in my 67 years. The owner is more knowledgeable than any mechanic I've ever had work on my cars. He takes the time to find the exact problem and just fixes that. Most shops get a general idea and then throw expensive parts at it quite often fixing the problem but costing you sometimes thousands in unnecessary parts and repairs. I am incredibly grateful for having found this shop and owner. He has literally saved me thousands of dollars and is a very kind person to boot. He has a very talented staff as well and I will entrust all of my future work to them. read more

Excellent service and honest mechanic, I will never go any where els and always recommend this place.

Mark and his staff are awesome. We go there with all of our cars and my brother in law goes as well. I highly recommend Fletchall's. He is fair about pricing and honest. He knows what he is doing. You won't be disappointed if you go and see Mark. read more

One of the best auto mechanic shops in the Inland Empire. As a woman who doesn't know much about cars, it's hard to find an auto shop that you can trust to do work honestly, and not bullshit you just to add on unnecessary charges to your bill. Mark is always honest, will give me an accurate and fair price, will even tell me when stuff should be done, but can wait until I can fit it into my budget. The work is always done on time. I've rarely had them tell me they have to keep my car more than one day. They even fixed my daughter's broken glove compartment latch free of charge, since it just needed to be bent back into shape. Another shop would have most likely charged us for a whole new latch, plus labor to install. And we didn't even have the car in for the glove compartment latch! Mark just noticed the problem and fixed it. I wouldn't take my car anywhere else. One word of caution, though: Fletchall's isn't open on weekends. So, it does mean dropping the car off in the morning on a work day, and finding an alternate way to work, or taking the car in on a day off. Still, small price to pay for a mechanic that is honest and reasonably priced. read more

Great work & fair prices. Honest evaluation & they don't try to sell you things you don't really need. We've had our car repaired there twice now & will go back. Thanks guys. read more

Let me tell you about this place...it's amazing!! Mark has taken care of my vehicle for years! I had a 2003 Camry for about ten years before Mark told me to get rid of it because of it's constant wear and tear. Any other mechanic would love that I constantly came to repair my vehicle but Fletchalls is honest and really care about the customer and the car!! Price is worth what they do. Wouldn't take my car anywhere else read more

First let me start by saying that I've been taking both my personal and business trucks to Mark for almost 20 years. He is honest and upfront - ALWAYS! I had a major repair recently done and I took it to the dealer "Big Mistake". Not only did it cost me more and take longer then it should have, the dealer wrecked my truck. Lesson learned! So, trust me, if your car needs a little care or a major repair before you have the work done stop by and have Mark look at it. Odds are you won't be sorry. I will never make that mistake again. read more

Awesome, trustworthy, straight forward business! I moved here from Texas and needed some suspension work done on my lowered ford Lightning. Mark went above and beyond to take care of me. Truck rides perfect now. Hard to find a place you can trust to work on your vehicles that doesn't try to take advantage of you. He will be getting my business for all my automotive needs in the future! read more

I've known this repair shop for over twenty years and sent him customer after customer, word of mouth referrals, and what I tell them is Mark Fletchall doesn't lose customers, he doesn't disappoint, he doesn't hang part after part and say that didn't fix it, let's try this part. He's a good mechanic and finds what's wrong before he orders a part, he is honest, has integrity, and works hard, very respected in the auto repair community. Dave Foster and I'll be dropping off my car next week. read more

I've been taking my cars to Mark for 15 years. He is trustworthy and fair. My absolute highest recommendation.

Mark and his team are the most knowledgeable and caring mechanics I have ever found. Three different shops, including a factory dealership gave me three different diagnosis on my car which were wrong. I was referred to Mark and he called it right immediately and fixed it for less than half what I was expecting to pay. They are my new mechanics for myself, family and friends. Honest and caring service with premium work. read more

You know you're dealing with an honest mechanic when his bays are full of cars, he's too busy to service your car without an appointment and yet he still takes the time to look under the hood and give you his opinion, advice and even an estimate so you will know what to expect at the next shop. Note, the owner, Mark, didn't have time to service my car. He came recommended by a friend. He was upfront and honest with me. I'd go back to him. read more

Mark and his crew are awesome! I've taken my last three vehicles to him for the past 7 years and have referred everyone from family to my boss; they have all been extremely pleased and thankful. From my experience Mark has not completed unneeded work and has been honest and clear with the work completed. I recommend his shop to anyone looking for a mechanic. read more

Mark and his team are great. Ive been taking my cars there for many many years and theyve always taken care of everything quickly and at a very reasonable price. I would highly recommend. read more

Its very difficult to find a repair shop that you can trust, but Mark runs an honest repair shop. He is very straight forward with you from the beginning. I heard about the shop by word of mouth from one of the guys i work with. I have taken my cars to him a few times, each time he has found the problem and given my options on whether to proceed or wait on a repair. He will do his best to diagnose the problem and give you a fair price and have your car finished by the end of the day. The shop is only open M-F, so you will have to make arrangements or bring your car in when you have a free day. There is a small waiting room, so bring a book if you are going to wait, there is a diner, starbucks, movie theater, and mall all within walking distance if thats what you want to do while you wait. read more

The kindest, most honest mechanic you will ever find. My husband's family has been coming here for 15+ years. We drive 40 minutes to come here because we will not go anywhere else! read more

Fair and honest. They give reasonable estimates and stick to them. Excellent work done.

This is by far the best, most reliable and honest repair shop I have ever patronized. Mark is a great guy to work with and he will always treat the customer right. I took my car to another repair shop for air conditioning repair and was told the job would be 1200 dolars. Got a second opinion here and was told 800 dollars and the repairs needed were different than the other place told me.Well you guessed it this shop was right on the money and the head honcho was very cool and professional and my air works great !! They have earned my business and anyone I know should use this shop!! Thanks Mark!! read more

Fletchall's Empire Auto Works - Sofie says two paws up!! - Auto Repair Near Me - Riverside, California

Honest mechanics that did the work for what they quoted. That's rare. My girlfriend needed her AC charged and an oil change. They were able to get the AC blowing cold again had the oil changed quickly for a good price. Lower than the other places we checked. I decided on Fletchall's because of their reviews. The reviews are accurate. The mechanics at Fletchall's do the work they say they're going to do for the price they quote you. I highly recommend Fletchall's if you need a mechanic and live anywhere near the Riverside, CA area. read more

Hands down the best shop I have EVER been to. This place was mentioned online for someone looking to find a decent auto shop. Upon checking out the reviews online I felt comfortable coming here. I have been to other places (including dealerships) & have been quoted outrageous prices, suggested to fix things that didn't need to be fixed, & the work was mediocre. Mark is HONEST, which I thought was unheard of in this field. His prices are great, but most of all his work is OUTSTANDING. A majority of his business is referrals and now I can see why. I have recommended him to everyone I know. I have a Cadillac SRX & a Mini Cooper. He takes care of my cars. As long as Mark is in business I will never go anywhere else. read more

All the reviews were right on. Great customer service, very competitive pricing, will definitely be back.

Mark is good people. I've taken my vehicles here twice to fix what other mechanics out of the area have butchered. I pick up my cars ready for the road and have not returned for any work to be corrected. He is a small operation, so they sometimes miss their commits for completion, but I go in there knowing this small business sometimes has a bit more than they can manage. But Mark is such a good guy to work with, that it's not worth taking away a star. read more

Fletchall's was great! I thought something was wrong with my transmission and even took it to a different mechanic first who told me it had to be some computer issue and they couldn't fix it. I explained the problem to Mark and it was ready the next day! Great service and good prices. I'll definitely be going back next time my vehicle needs to be looked at! read more

"mark" uses bottom of the barrel or close to it parts!! and charges you the same or more as a quality part!! steer away from this place! research the parts he uses versus a quality part then question his pricing..classic shyster with a smile read more

I was visiting my daughter from out of town and brought in my car with an air conditioning problem that was difficult to diagnose. Mark was relentless in tracking down the cause and got if fixed. He went above and beyond in getting me back on the road before my departure deadline. I have never had a more pleasant experience with a repair shop in my life. Thank you, Mark, for a COOL and comfortable trip back to Texas! read more

Mark replaced a radiator in my vehicle for around $400. 10 months later it started leaking at the bottom seam. Since he only guarantees his work for 6 months I took it to a AAA recommended mechanic (who gives a 24 month guarantee). He said the radiator Mark installed was for a vehicle that used an oil cooler but mine did not. The difference is that it's slightly wider and the tight fit caused it to bind up and break the seal. Mark even verified that my vehicle didn't use an oil cooler before he replaced it but he installed the wrong one anyway. Why, I don't know but I sure won't be going back to him. It cost me another $400 to get it done right. read more
