BEST BAGELS EVER! we were excited to try this new bagel spot in Ridgefield after hearing about how great the bagels are. They were even better than we expected! These truly are the best bagels I've ever had and I've had my share of bagels. I work in Manhattan and would pick Fletch's bagels over city bagels every. Single. Time. My favorite is the everything bagel toasted with scallion cream cheese. My husband orders the everything bagel toasted with plain cream cheese and lox. As an added bonus, the people working here are very friendly and helpful! 100000/10 highly recommend.

    Low carb option too!

Best bagels we've had. Happy to have a new place for a local breakfast. Salad options, too.

Best bagels ever. They have a great assortment of cream cheeses too. Try the pastrami and corned beef, you won't be disappointed.

Best gluten free bagel I've had, definitely recommend! Super good and not too dry, looking forward to trying other things with it!

Best bagels in town, great service, coffee is quite good, but only straight hot or iced, nothing fancy.

A great selection of bagels and other baked goods. Impressed with ability to manage large crowds on weekends.

These are the best bagels I've had in a long time (maybe ever?) and the scallion cream cheese is fantastic.

And while the menu inspired me to try so many options, I was corralled into only a precious few since nearly none of those options were available. Black garlic spread? Nope, not available. Honey jalapeño spread? Sorry, we're out. But the Green Goddess spread, described as "herbacious", sounded good atop my Himalayan blue poppyseed bagel(!). The amiable woman at the counter somehow intuited I wanted tomatoes and for good measure I added capers. And then she kindly offered to make it open-faced and to bring it to me at their outdoor table. Wonderful, caring service. Nice! My friend wanted coffee, and drip - his preference - was available (others were not). He gave the coffee a solid thumbs down: watered and weak. I preferred a hot tea and at first was denied because something - I don't recall what - was broken (backup microwave not available). But ha! The kind lady then offered to "run the water" through the latte machine to get that hot cup going. And her intuition again arose to offer me an Earl Grey, my preferred flavor. But let's go back to that bagel (see photo): a bit small, or traditionally-sized, if you prefer. The spread had the consistency of crème fraiche, meaning it was thinner than cream cheese. That's fine, though it wasn't particularly herbacious as described, perhaps just delicate in flavor. However it was pleasant. My biggest disappointment was with the gravlox serving, which was decidedly tiny. That was a letdown and may ultimately decide whether to return. Honestly it seems ownership may have bitten off more than they can chew. The grand aspirations of the menu were hardly to be found, offering only a distant glimmer of what could have been. And machines do break, but sheesh, you absolutely need access to hot water if you're going to serve the morning crowd. If I do return I'll have to ensure I'm less hungry, for starters. And I'll need to go with a different friend, as my companion today will not return due to the coffee. While I appreciate their approach, there are some rough spots that will require flexibility.

Inside was very clean and well lit. The staff was actively cleaning, mopping, wiping tables, taking out trash. Always a good sign. There's a solid amount of seating too. We met Gabby at the counter and she was great. Funny, patient, welcoming, and genuinely easy to talk to. First impressions matter and she nailed it. I ordered a custom breakfast wrap with scrambled eggs, cheese, onions, spinach, and turkey bacon. Flavor-wise it was good and satisfying, but a little on the small side. I also grabbed two bottled drinks, a chocolate chip cookie, and a cup of mini muffins. The muffin cup only had about five or six small pieces. Total came to $28.99. That's where they lose a star for me. I get that it's Wilton, but it felt expensive for what we ordered. That said, the customer service was excellent, the staff was friendly, the space was clean, and the menu has a huge variety of food and desserts. Breakfast all day is a major win. Overall, a solid spot worth checking out. Just be prepared for higher prices.
