    Tomato, mozzarella and pesto panini

Good food! I stopped in to check out the place and grab a coffee, the place is so cute. They had nice lunch menu so I decided to stay and try the tomato, mozzarella and pesto panini. The person who waited on me was very friendly and made a really tasty sandwich. The flavors were perfection. I will be back! Oh and my coffee was really good :)

    Cake

We ordered my sons 2nd birthday cake here. It was chocolate, with strawberries and whip cream. The decoration was a rocket ship. Not only did it look amazing it tasted out of this world. We also stop in for coffee and weekend treates. It's all delicious.

I have only had the vegan BLTA (avo) -- excellent! The inhouse bread is fantastic. I will keep going just for the BLTA

Heavenly croissants. Heavenly. The menu had an avocado toast that I'm dying to try and a burrata too. I'll be back for sure.

She has a great menu for breakfast or lunch, with the avocado BLT being a standout.

In terms of the atmosphere, it was bone chilling inside. All of us had to put on extra layering and ordered hot drinks to keep our hands warm. Service: Woefully understaffed. Multiple errors and waiting for simple requests - a coffee refill? The one wait staffer (handling the entire restaurant was literally sprinting to handle customer requests). I could see why the room was not cold to the servers... It was not their fault. They did their level best to accommodate guests. Food: Rack of lamb was excellent which we shared as a starter. Bacon sides were very generous for the price and very tasty. Potatoes were excellent. The waffles could have been better. Nice portion but half were overcooked and the other half smothered with blueberries which I ordered on the side. Coffee was average to below average. Shouldn't be since they apparently roast their own beans. The understaffed help could have been overlooked. The extra required layers and frozen feet were hard to ignore. Overall, they need to be sure they're fully staffed, food is served timely, hot and "done just right," we will not be returning anytime soon. And, please turn up the heat!

The breakfast menu offers egg plates, omelettes, benedicts, huevos rancheros, egg sandwiches, pancakes, French toast, waffles, cereal, corned beef hash, bagels & muffins. The lunch/dinner menu offers sandwich/wrap plates, burgers, salads, soups, fried appetizers, pasta dishes, seafood dishes, London broil, steaks, and desserts (cakes, pie, rice pudding, ice cream treats) . They also have a kids menu (under 12). The prices are moderate, most entrees $10-$30 range. I stopped by Pop's Diner for lunch recently. The place wasn't busy and I was seated at a booth. I got an ice water and ordered the French Dip ($15.95 plus tax) served with fries, cole slaw & dill pickle chips. My entree plate arrived in 10 minutes. The French dip sandwich had thinly sliced roast beef (med well), melted mozzarella cheese on a soft Kaiser bun (cut in half) and a cup of hot au jus for dipping. The standard golden fries lightly salted were hot and crisp. The crunchy creamy cole slaw (shredded cabbage & carrot) was smothered in mayo. After I was done, the server brought over the check with a SkyTab QR code, to pay online. Overall, a pretty good lunch with prompt service. If I'm back in town for a show, I would stop in for dinner.
