Eggs hash browns, bacon and toast. $11.99

Food was ok. It's tough to mess up breakfast, but the hashbrowns were rushed. Hence they were a little burnt. I had butter on one piece of toast. Wife had all four pieces buttered. Bacon was ok. Main reason for the two stars is it's dirty. The bathrooms were filthy. Random roll of paper towels just plopped on the dispenser. Just looked like grease was oozing out of everything. The outside is rusty. I wouldn't eat here again. The food isn't good enough to overcome the gross atmosphere.

If you are looking for an iconic diner experience, this is the place. Fast, filling, straight from the griddle with more butter than you probably want think about. Personal favorites include the Hippie hash and the tempeh reuben. Servers are wildly sweet, refill yourand you get the sense there are a lot of regulars.

BEWARE of the SAUSAGE GRAVY!!! I brought back my food to show them the raw sausage in the sausage gravy, and was told they boil their sausage. Having worked in the restaurant industry for 15+ years, 5 years being at IHOP, I know the difference between raw sausage and a slight pink. The sausage was fully pink, only the casing was kind of white. I was not given an apology, offered a refund, nor offered a new meal. Just told that they boil their sausage, as if boiling sausage eliminates any food borne illness even if the sausage is still raw. I walked in assuming it was a mistake, and they would 86 the gravy until they made a new batch, and keep others from consuming raw sausage. I also assumed they would do what I would do if I was ever in the situation of serving raw meat to someone. Starting with a sincere apology, then giving a refund, and offering a free meal as a replacement. None of the above happened. Just an explanation that they boil the sausage. The picture really doesn't do it justice, it was so pink. Not a spot of cooked sausage even around the exterior of the ground sausage.

Gyro Hippie Hash with eggs over easy and sour dough toast. Sorry, I took the pic after I put hot sauce and ketchup on it!

We try to make it to Fleetwood whenever I am on vacation, because my schedule doesn't normally allow time for breakfast out. We chose Fleetwood because it is one of the few brunch places open on Monday. The building could use a good spot and polish. When we entered, the first two tables we looked at to sit down were still dirty. The place was not busy, and it was well staffed. Now for the good stuff: our waitress was speedy, patient, polite, and attentive. The food was warm, plentiful for price, and flavorful. The coffee was delicious as always. For a standard diner with loads of comfort food, Fleetwood serves. I do wish they took some time during COVID shutdowns to have done a DEEP clean. If memory serves, the bathrooms are kind-of gross, so I usually try to avoid if possible. If they cleaned up their place, it could be a five star place!

I stopped here for dinner on a Monday night at 5:50 pm. I was seated right away and was given a menu. The menu was huge, there was something on there for everyone. I ordered the Roast Beef "Leftover". It was sliced roast beef over two pieces of Texas toast and covered in gravy. It was served with mashed potatoes. It should be noted that the photo on the menu showed mashed potatoes with no skin, yet the potatoes that were severed were loaded with potato skin. They tasted OK, I just don't care for a bunch of skin in my mashed potatoes. The roast beef was good along with the gravy. Overall, I was underwhelmed with this dish, I liked the restaurant and would give them another try. The next time I think I'll go with the turkey.

Food was amazing! Enjoyed a nice breakfast. The meaty hippie hash was a big favorite but also enjoyed the biscuits/gravy and French toast! Highly recommend. Service was excellent. Very friendly and very efficient. Everyone at the diner was nice and friendly. They all greeted us and said goodbye. Most definitely will be returning.

Had breakfast at lunch time today. The Hippie Hash was really good, as was the coffee. The hash browns would be great in their own, especially if you get them crispy.

Oh, how I missed this! Fleetwood's meaty hippie hash is probably one of my top five breakfast dishes in the Lansing area and it was as good as ever this weekend! I got a side of crispy bacon to go with it and it didn't disappoint. Looking forward to next time!

Came on a Wednesday and it was packed but the wait went pretty quick. Inside has beautiful artwork on the walls that can be purchased. To get us started we ordered a cup of seafood chowder, cup of chicken noodle, and yes bread pudding as an appetizer, lol. The soups were great. But that bread pudding was phenomenal and the star of the show.I highly recommend it. As our main entre we ordered the wet burrito, pastrami, build your omelette with mushrooms, tomatoes, and green onions. Everything was delicious. A special thank you to our server Kecia.

Our party of four were served the food in phases rather than everyone's plate coming at once. I'd consider the service slow since we waited a bit 10 minutes (?) to order. Had the seafood soup which was fine but the bread I asked to be served with it was cold, dry slices of a French baguette. The salad someone else from our party ordered had a nice serving of beef on it and looked tasty. The beef stroganoff another person ordered was overly seasoned to me as I was given a taste and beef wasn't very tender. Overall food is fine. Place is nice with some outside seating.
