PLEASE DON'T TAKE YOUR CAR TO THIS SHOP. THEY ARE NOT HONEST!!!!!!!! I AM EXTREMELY DISSATISFIED WITH THE WORK DONE THERE. My experience with this shop was horrendous!!!!! Geico suggested I fix my car with them after I was in an accident. After the accident my car's bumper was loose, the front grille was broken and the trunk's door had a dent. I was told that my car was going to be ready in two weeks. It almost took a month for them to fix it. They returned my car to me without fixing the bumper. Them bumper was still loose. I went back to them and the young gentleman(Richie) took care of me. when I asked him to refix the bumper, he told me the following: "What are you talking about? "That's how Honda cars are". I replied to him, NO, that is not Honda cars are. My sister has the same car as mine and I showed him pictures of her car's trunk and he had the nerve to tell me "You are comparing apples to oranges". He finally agree to fix my car. They fixed the bumper. However, my trunk's door needed to be refixed. It was not opening or closing properly. I took it the car back to them on a Monday and it was not fix until Thursday evening. They returned my car with a complete empty gas tank. I wonder if they were using my car for their personal use all those days? The gas tank was filled when I brought the car in. To make matters worse, I had two shoves and one ice scraper in my trunk and they are gone!!!!!! I called Geico and complaint about them and asked Geico not to advise anyone to take their cars for repairs there. Ever since they moved next to my residential neighborhood this business has caused the air quality to be almost unbearable on certain days when the wind blows in my direction which very often..I have two young children and Waverly Elementary School is just up the block. My daughter was playing outside one day and she said, "Daddy I smell Gummy Bears." I had to bring them both inside even though it was a beautiful day. i can't say anything about their work on cars but they are very decent nice people. I came in today and had gotten scratched up by a car when they were double parking... it left scratches and a small dent on the side of my brand new car... I asked him for a quote and he just looked at me like I was being silly and got some remover and buffed off the paint scratches on my car... he then told me how much it would cost to fix the small ding but that it was not really worth it ( i agreed) and he wouldn't accept any cash for his time/tools. Very nice people... looked busy in there too. If i were in the area and needed assist... this is a place to check out, they will be fair and nice. read more

Fleetwood Collision is the most honest business I have the pleasure of doing business with. The owners are totally honest and make you feel comfortable with any problem you bring them. I have brought three cars to them and always got a fair deal. They definitely go out of their way to make sure you're happy with their service. That's very rare to find in a business nowadays.
