Go on a Saturday, you'll get excellent service and a great hand washed car even though the line stretches out into the street. But go when they have a little more time, and they go even beyond that. I'll throw another five-star review on the pile for Fernando and the team at Ultimate Auto Body…read more Fernando is a meticulous auto-body specialist who is courteous, helpful, and has a high ethical standard. When my car was side-swiped in a parking spot, he worked with me to find a convenient time for the repair, and coordinated with insurance, the rental car company, and me while I was traveling out of state, making the process easy and painless. He outsourced part of the detailing work, which resulted in a tiny dent on a panel, which I completely missed. I would have happily rolled off the lot but he made sure to flag it, and scheduled a quick return so he could make it perfect. I hope I won't have much need for autobody repair anytime soon, but if I do I'll be happy to take it back to Fernando. He's a pleasure to work with.
