You could get points for your distributor and many old/off parts that young kids at other stores never saw and couldn't get. The prices have gone through the roof, and selection is cheap quality like or worse then any other generic parts store. I ordered a part (which used to be a quick process) it took several tries (warehouse didn' t ship, warehouse shipped to wrong location, lost part) I was told after several trips that they thought the part was there, they just couldn't find it. The new lady boss seems to have an attitude if you tell her you have been a loyal customer(30+years). She seems to think the store just started when fmp invaded! Sad, sad,sad. I think their days may be numbered!

My mechanic said he could get the part from O' Reilly's…read more I called on 9/2/20 and spoke with a manager and he took my credit card by phone, but never sent my receipt in the email. I called back on 9/3/20 after the mechanic told me that the store did not have the part. I spoke with a manager and he stated that the part did arrive and I asked why did not give the mechanic the part and he stated that he did not know why except for the fact that my order was placed under a business and it was not discovered until later. I asked this manager why he had not corrected this error and apologized and made things right. The manager told me that this "was not a dog and pony show" and I could demand anything from him. He repeated this same phrase about three more times during our conversion despite the fact that I was polite and respectful to him. I called the district office on this same day and never heard anything back from him. I called on 9/4 and I was made aware of the fact that both the district manager and the regional manager went on vacation without any follow up with me. This is the most outrageous way to treat a paying customer. I can only say that I will never do business with this company again. I will also discourage others from buying from O'Reilly's.

Shame on me. I waited until last minute (literally) to get my car inspected. The first two…read moreinspection stations I was familiar with were both closed on Saturday so I found this location and didn't have much of an alternative. The staff were very friendly and got my car in and out pretty quickly overall. I picked up that the same employees helping with the vehicles also run the front desk so if you don't have some reasonable amount of patience than this is not the place for you. Unfortunately, during the inspection they pointed out to me where one of my tires was severely worn (wires showing) on the inner portion from more than likely an alignment issue and would not pass inspection. The vulnerable area did not take well to the lifting and lowering of my car, split, and began leaking air at an exponential rate. The employees were very kind in recommending a place right down the road that sold discount tires. However, since I had my car previously serviced multiple times prior at the dealership we opted to take it here instead. The employees allowed me to park my car in their lot to wait for a tow truck. As the two truck was going to take a minimum of three hours I opted to have them put on the spare tire instead so I could drive myself to the dealership. They were able to get my car back into the bay in rather quickly to swap out the tires. The dealership strikes again! Bought my car certified used with an apparent spare with a nail in it so that too wasn't holding air. The employees kindly plugged the spare, recommended staying off the highway, and provided me directions from my current location to the dealership I was headed. My entire adventure at this station was around two hours and the employees were all very helpful and accommodating throughout my unpleasant debacle. I would absolutely recommend this location to anyone with vehicle repair/auto shop needs!

Came in with my girlfriend to get her new windshield wiper blades (neither of us know anything…read moreabout cars) and luckily James the store manager was there to help us. He was able to tell us what size wipers we needed, and tell us that adding on bug washer fluid would give us 10% off so it paid for itself, and offered to put on the blades for us. When he came out to put them on he looked under the hood first, showed us where to pour in the bug fluid, quickly told us everything he was checking on/looking out for under the hood, and saw corrosion on the battery so he went back in to get a spray to fix it, and then replaced the blades for us. Will definitely come back to this location for any future car needs! Very nice manager, and extremely helpful for two people that didn't even know what blades they needed! Definitely went the extra mile!!
