Absolutely atrocious service. Would never recommend this place to anyone. Had extensive work done to the front end of my jeep. The vehicle still drove terribly after the work was done. We brought it back in and they essentially said nothing was wrong. It was fine. We had three other people drive the vehicle, and all said the same thing. We took it to another mechanic shop and lo and behold. One of the brand new ball joints they had replaced was bad. This is after them telling us over and over again nothing was wrong with the vehicle. "It drove perfectly fine. It drove like a "jeep" After arguing for 10 minutes, all they would offer me is a store credit on the bad ball joints. A store credit is useless in a place I would never go back to. When I called the vendor I found out the parts never were ordered at all. wrote a refund check after 8 months that bounced. If I could give Zero stars, I would! Husband used this company before and got great service HOWEVER under the current ownership- sh!tshow!! A $40 part that, granted, was a hard fix that would require 4-6 hours to replace turned into 3 weeks and a $3000 bill because they took the entire cab off, broke multiple items (I know because I stopped to check why it was taking so long and noticed all the new parts on the truck) that they said the dropped things and broke but wouldn't be billing me for (they didn't but charged me 12 hours labor to make up the difference) FINALLY got the truck back and the horn wasn't hooked back up, the DEF hose wasn't attached and subsequently melted on the tail pipe (have it at my regular guy to fix) forcing my vehicle into "limp" mode as well as several other things not bolted back in place or attached correctly. Still waiting for the bill on the repairs for their repair. DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLES HERE! you have been warned :) read more

Take your vehicle to Super Trucks and you will be Super Fuc*ed !!! Do not take your vehicle to these people !!! They do not stand behind their work and refuse to admit a mistake in their quality of workmanship. I took my Chevy Tahoe to them to have a lift kit, shocks & front end work, new wheels & tires. I trusted their expertise and never questioned their prices. I just told them I wanted the work done right, as I was shipping the vehicle to my winter home in Hawaii. After completion, I shipped the Tahoe and only drove it 1,500 miles and was having serious front end trouble. The front tires with only 1,500 miles were completely chewed off. I took the vehicle to two front end experts and they both said it was poor quality workmanship, the pitman arm was not installed properly, never torqued and the front end alignment was never tightened properly. I spent 1,650 dollars to have corrected the results of their poor quality workmanship. I called Chris the manager and explained the problem and sent him all the documentation showing what had to be done to correct the result of their poor quality work. After reviewing & saying he would discuss it with the owners and call me back, he chose to hide behind an E Mail instead of calling, to say if I had contacted them first, they would have been able to help me with the part failure, but they would not be able to reimburse me for the repairs. There was NO PART FAILURE, it was POOR QUALITY WORK on their part that they refuse to admit. I requested that the owner of the company call me to discuss, but they have not, choosing to be cowardly and hide behind the E Mail of their employee. I feel they are also hiding behind the fact that the vehicle is in Hawaii, and they don't care about a dissatisfied customer. They got my money so they don't care. These people refuse to admit a mistake in the quality of their work, they refuse to take responsibility that poor quality work puts the safety of others at risk. You cannot trust them to do the right thing, it's funny, when I first spoke with Chris about the problem, he said "send me the documentation & we will do what is right". They lie to you, they are cowards about returning phone calls, you cannot trust the quality of their work, they refuse to admit their mistake. It has been a number of months since our last visit. Having had work done here before with SERIOUSLY AMAZING results and great service with utmost satisfaction, there was zero question if we wanted to go back! :) Of course we are going back -- it is the best in town (was our thought)! However, the second visit was much different. Almost seemed like a different company. A senior staff member, claiming to be the owners "son", was a real jerk. We had $12K saved for some work but this guys response was so bad and embarrassing, I had to step outside and wait for this clown to disappear into the back. Went back in and gave them a second try (assuming one bad apple should 'maybe' not ruin the pie). My request was met with sarcasm, the alleged owner's son came back out and proceeded to speak down to me and embarrass me. Then when I asked to meet w/ him in his office, he grabbed a buddy and invited me out to the sidewalk, instead. Once there, they stepped forward (pulled the punk card) and caused me to have to step backwards off the sidewalk and stand in the parking lot while those two geniuses stood up on the lifted sidewalk with their arms folded and not listening to anything. I asked to speak to the actual owner and was denied because allegedly "a) he would tell me the same thing" and "b) was not available that day". While "b" may or may not be true, I have a hard time believing the owner would speak to a potential high-dollar customer ready to spend literally thousands, immediately, would speak the same. As a matter of fact, our very first visit was with the real owner and he was a real pleasure to do business with. By the way, my request was met but not by you (your loss guys) AND the request for improving performance at an interim level has also been answered by other companies (your loss again). I'm really sad for you and us -- we had wanted to give our business ONLY to you, based on our 1st visit. Such a shame -- the lost our business that day and in the future. We have been doing all our business at 4WP, which I do not even like, because I can't get the particular brand or part I enjoy. But, to be treated human and like you actually know something (some folks do, ya know), kinda goes a long way in our family. Wished they believed the same. It's OK - vehicle is back in a shop for another $2500-$3500 of upgrades this coming week. Once again, you and I suffer loss -- but we do NOT expect you to care. read more

Three stars for Really really high prices!! Went to get a quote on a product and installation. Looked up the same item online. The item was marked up over 100% at the store, and their install was the same. They wanted over a thousand for the item and install. Got the same item with install at a different location for only $475.00. I know in business, there will always be a mark up but dang!!! From $274 to $600 for the kit then $500 for installation is a huge mark up! Then, they said it would be next month before they could schedule and it would be an all day job. NOT! 2 to 3 hrs. max. Never in my wildest dreams....My wife called and scheduled to have the rear main seal replaced on her 94 YJ, while on the phone, they suggested replacing the clutch. OK, so why they had to remove the transmission to replace the rear main, not sure, but maybe to gain more room between the crank bearing and the flywheel. So once they got in there.....wait for it.......they called and told her the cam chain was loose. OK, so you can see the cam chain with the oil pan removed and I am sure it was loose with almost 200k, but here is the funny part, they told her that if the chain broke or slipped time, her engine was ruined as it would lock up the motor. She advised them not to replace the cam chain at this point. Now, I thought maybe I had misunderstood her, but, she has above average knowledge in car repairs since I have replaced rear main seals and clutches myself with her assistance. So, I went to the shop with her to pick it up 1100 dollars later. And sure enough, as we were checking out, the person behind the register again told us " if the cam chain breaks or slips time, it would ruin the motor as it was an overhead cam" NO LIE, I have the only 4.0 Jeep with an overhead cam and an interference head!!!!!! Needless to say, I will not be using this shop again and will advise anyone who asks to look elsewhere. read more

I walked in looking for a particular product and after about ten minutes and discussing my project, Chris realized I was better served going to a different store for my purchase. He could have told me to buy what he had and/or ordered what I was buying and he didn't do that, he said try this other store for my purchase. That is some great customer service. He lost the sale today and gained a customer for when I need what they have there. I love it when people listen to me as a customer and realize if it makes sense to stay or go.
