Elmer, who was at the front desk greeted me immediately and he knew exactly what to do with my Groupon voucher I had purchased. I have nothing negative to say about my experience there today but I would certainly like to add on to the positive: I truly appreciate the under promise and over deliver when it came to the wait times, he mentioned 90 minutes for the work to be completed but was done in under an hour. My Groupon also only covered 5 quarts maximum and he was kind enough to cover two out of the three additional quarts that I needed. Elmer was friendly and even reset my oil life meter to 100% when they were done and had my vehicle waiting for me right outside the door. I am happy I went back there again today and I highly recommend this place.

I came to Radio-Active to fix a poorly-done previous attempt at upgrading the sound in my 2014 Corvette. You'll speak with the owner, Ash, first. He takes the time to listen to your objectives, talk about your budget, and understand your preferences. He'll offer suggestions and make sure you understand where you have price/performance options. We ended up special ordering a pair of mini-amplifiers and customizing a storage cubby in the trunk to create a "stealth" upgrade that didn't use up cargo space. During the installation, Ash called me to let me know about progress and to give me some further options after they had pulled off panels and seen some damage done by the previous installer. He emailed pictures so I could follow along. There was no "hard sell" attempt to urge additional purchases, but I decided to replace the damaged speakers as part of the project. They asked me to come in and sit in the car for final tuning by ear. I was able to get the frequencies fine-tuned to match my preferences and hearing response. I was impressed to see that they had applied protective film around all exterior panels where they might lean while working, and that they had the driver's seat well protected as well. When I was satisfied with the sound, they locked in the tuning on their computerized application and sent me on my way feeling well cared for, with a significant improvement in the sound and complete faith that the installation was done professionally and with attention to every detail. I've literally ridden thousands of miles and stayed overnight on HOG trips in 20+ states with these people. The HOG group is one of the best groups of people you will find anywhere. They do a ton of annual trips to the Dragon, Little Switzerland, The Outer Banks, and National Rallys--we went to New Orleans and St Louis and even West Virginia in 2025!! They also do new trips to new locations every year. They even have monthly dinner rides and weekly lunch rides--something for Not only does the HOG group host rides but the dealership does as well. I've camped in the mountains with the staff from the dealership who made all of our food for us and led rides on the Blue Ridge Parkway and other amazing roads, and they didn't care if you rode in on a Harley or not, there were young guys there with Honda's and they treated them just the same. That's not how Bulldog is going to treat you (and they don't even support a HOG group of their own riders if that tells you anything). They do a ton of public events for everyone. They often have free activities for kids like building Lego Motorcycles. They often have free food as well as an assortment of food trucks. Bands. Mobile shops selling all sorts of motorcycle items both handmade and wholesale. On top of all of that, they offer many amazing classes such as rider classes and safety courses. This is a five star dealer ten times over. I am thankful for having a place like this in our community that caters to all riders.
