    I had a repair on my 1999 Ford Expedition. My mechanic said he could get the part from O' Reilly's…read more I called on 9/2/20 and spoke with a manager and he took my credit card by phone, but never sent my receipt in the email. I called back on 9/3/20 after the mechanic told me that the store did not have the part. I spoke with a manager and he stated that the part did arrive and I asked why did not give the mechanic the part and he stated that he did not know why except for the fact that my order was placed under a business and it was not discovered until later. I asked this manager why he had not corrected this error and apologized and made things right. The manager told me that this "was not a dog and pony show" and I could demand anything from him. He repeated this same phrase about three more times during our conversion despite the fact that I was polite and respectful to him. I called the district office on this same day and never heard anything back from him. I called on 9/4 and I was made aware of the fact that both the district manager and the regional manager went on vacation without any follow up with me. This is the most outrageous way to treat a paying customer. I can only say that I will never do business with this company again. I will also discourage others from buying from O'Reilly's.
