Reading the reviews prior to meeting up with my group for dinner had me a bit worried. Majority…read morethough seemed like customer service related. But a handful were about the food. My experience yesterday evening was absolutely opposite. We were seated at a large round table in the corner at the front of the restaurant. We were 11 seated at this great round table. It was perfect because we could talk with anyone at the table, and see each other. Our server, Hunter was fantastic! Friendly and while waiting other tables she was able to cater to our needs just as well and as fast. She did have another person checking on us when Hunter was not at our table. I did not get her name. Tonight it was hopping with other gatherings taking place. There are TV's lined along the upper half of the wall with all kinds of sports happening being televised. The room is very open with great outdoor seating off to the side of the restaurant. Looked like comfortable seating too. A few of us ladies order appetizers to share. When the platters arrived they were placed on the large lazy Susan in the middle of the table. Appetizers shared: Sampler plate: Gyoza, Shrimp Tempura, Spring Rolls and Cream Cheese Wontons Meatballs Wings Margherita Flatbread Hummus Flatbread My dinner was: PSH Chicken Penne Pasta My drinks: Espresso Martini and Benoit Dearg "red Beer (Barley & Sword Brewery) Red Ale-Irish My Dessert: Beignets to share and Affogato Appetizers were great. Though I did not get to try the meatballs, I was able to enjoy bites of the sampler plate. With the wings I requested the mild sauces to be off to the side. Thank goodness! They were spicy and I do like spicy food. The windows were nice and crispy! Came with carrots and celery sticks. My Chicken Penne Pasta was delicious. I don't know if it was my imagination but there seem to be some sweetness to the sauce. Maybe wine added? My desserts! The beignets were fresh. The arrived with the look of almost a donut hole. They were piping hot. The bread was light, with a bit of dense texture. Very delicious. My affogato was amazing. If you love coffee this might be for you. I had my first affogato in Italy, this is the 2nd best. The hot espresso mixed into the vanilla ice cream, was heavenly. Both my drinks, Espresso Martini and red beer were both delicious! The martini was very creamy and with the right amount of sweetness. The red beer was mild and very smooth. I would love to return and can't wait to try some of the other beers available as well as the yummy dishes on the menu. Parking is busy in the this busy street mall. Shares lots with DMV, Walmart and other businesses.

Maybe she is nicer once you get to know her or you are a regular but I felt a little off putted and didn't want to interact with her due to this. Over all I had a good experience, I had the meatballs with marinara and oh my goodness!! I could eat that all day! The tater tots were perfectly crispy and they give you the option of ranch, ketchup, or Buffalo sauce which I appreciated! The drinks were flavorful and make perfectly. I would come back but not to sit at the bar.

The staff was very warm and welcoming, though throughout the evening it definitely felt like they may have been short staffed and stretched a bit thin. Since we were headed to a movie after dinner, we decided to keep things light and share appetizers plus dessert. We tried the Fried Shishito Peppers, Veggie Potstickers, Grilled Broccolini, Rosemary Garlic Fries, Whipped Burrata, Garlic Noodles, Salmon Poke Tacos, and Lamb Chops. Overall, the food was decent but nothing especially memorable. The lamb chops were cooked nicely but could have used more seasoning, and the poke tacos were tasty but tiny -- literally about the size of my pinky for each taco. We were disappointed they had sold out of both the Crème Brûlée Bread Pudding and the Budino, which were the desserts we originally wanted to try. Thankfully, the Butter Toffee Cake completely saved dessert for us -- absolutely delicious and easily the highlight of the meal. Overall, a cute spot with good vibes for a girls night, but the food itself didn't quite live up to the hype for us.

I really wanted to give this place five stars for the food alone, but unfortunately the service…read moreheld me back. The sushi was genuinely delicious. Our server recommended a special habanero roll, and my friend ordered the Hawaii rolls--both were excellent. Another friend ordered a burger and really enjoyed it as well, so the kitchen is definitely doing something right. Where things fell short was the service. Our server started off great--friendly and with a good vibe--but as the evening went on, things slowed down noticeably. The host was not very attentive; we had to ask multiple times for items, and drinks were delayed until our server eventually followed up. It felt like no one else was stepping in to help. There were also a few mix-ups. We ordered crème brûlée and cheesecake, but were mistakenly given bread pudding that belonged to another table. It took about 20 minutes for the server to return and let us know about the error. While it wasn't added to our bill, there wasn't much effort made to make up for the inconvenience. I also ordered another glass of wine that never arrived--though, to be fair, I wasn't charged for it. Toward the end of the night, service became even more inconsistent. We were ready to pay, but the server disappeared for a while, and when he finally took our card, he seemed distracted and took extra time chatting with another table. Overall, it's a nice spot--especially for a summer dinner--and the food is definitely worth trying. However, the service needs improvement before I'd consider coming back.

We got the house burger and the smash burger. My wife got the chicken salad. We also had the artichoke appetizer. In addition to the burgers being great, the fries were amazing too. You can get other sides too - which I'm sure are just as good. The server was spectacular, keeping glasses full, food coming and very knowledgeable about the menu. This place is on our list to stop in the next time we're in the area for sure! It's worth a drive out of your way - it's that good!

They have a nice bar area and service was impeccable. Megan, I think, was her name. Many of the patrons here knew her by her first name and seems this place is where locals go. She was on point on everything, best server ever! TVS were all tuned into FIFA so that was great. I ordered a burger and fries ($19) and this came out in a timely fashion. I also had a Luguna wheat beer ($9). Beer wss good and burger was typical, but the bun was more dry than I like. Plenty of parking outside and the place was very open spacious. I'd come back again, but would wanna try something else than the burger and maybe come back for HH as prices were on the higher side.

We made reservations on OPEN-TABLE, but they were not necessary. When we walked in, we were seated at a table by the window. We were greeted by our SERVER JAMES. FIRST, he took our drink orders, THEN our meal order. We both ordered a TWISTED GRINGO BURGER; mine was Medium Rare, my partner's was well done. I ordered Onion Rings, and Gonzalo ordered French Fries. WHEN THE ORDER ARRIVED, a mix-up. MY BURGER came with French Fries, my partner's with onion rings. SERVER JAMES, responded correctly by saying, "I'll take care of it." In 10 Minutes, we had NEW BURGERS, AND French Fries and Onion Rings. WE ENJOYED OUR MEAL!!! It was as expected, AND MORE!!!

We noticed they weren't very full inside when we joined their waitlist--they also had this huge outdoor seating on the side with only a few guests seated--but we had to wait about half an hour or so before we were called and told that our table was ready. Service was alright--our server was nice, but our food took about 45 minutes to come out and we've already been waiting for so long to get seated. Ambiance was cool--they have this unique rustic and old Western style going on. The place was generally clean, as well as their restrooms. Food was average--nothing to write home about. We got the Maple Bourbon Steak Tips with Garlic Mashed Potatoes and Tater Tots; the tater tots ended up being much better than everything else on the plate. When they asked how we wanted the steak cooked, we said medium rare. It arrived all well done and dry. We also got the Twisted Gringo Burger with Fries; this one was good as the burger patty was still a little bit juicy at least. Will we come back? Maybe, maybe not. I think there are other much better options to visit around the area.
