First time at this location and wasn't happy with the service…read more Employees were standing around talking amongst each other while there was a line of people waiting to check out. It took us to get their attention to have someone come up to check us out. Once Marcia came to the register, she wasn't friendly. The box the shoes came in was destroyed and didn't have a lid. We asked her for a new one and she said that's the only one they had. I signed up for the email program to save $5 on my purchase and didn't get the email coupon right away. I showed the screen showing I signed up and she would not honor the $5 off, stating she didn't have a barcode and couldn't do anything about it. The customer next in line was disappointed as well, so much so that she set the shoes down and left the store. After having to wait for 1 of the 3 employees to attend to their customers, not having a put together box with a lid, and the lack of customer service environment, I am disappointed and will not visit this location again.
