Over three months ago I took a shirt design to Ken, one of the owners of the company and we talked…read moreabout making it a t-shirt. He said that if I drew the design in black and white he could scan it into the computer and fill in the color. It took about two months, being brushed off several times, and many phone calls before I finally received my design. Although I had spent hours drawing and detailing the design it looked like it was done by a 3yr old. Even worse, it was not what we discussed. Ken had recommended the t-shirt color and it was done on the wrong color. Swim and Sport toold me they would fix it and get it to me by the end of the week. I waited those 3 days and the next week. With no call back I call again the next day and am told the manager I talked to is out and I'll get a call back (even though it sounded like the exact same person I talked to). No call back. A couple weeks later (I'd forgotten about it) I call again and as if he was reading off the same patter sheet from last time the manager Chris (same person I'd talked to) tells me he's super busy and needs to call me back- he'll call back by 3pm. With no call back by 4 I call again and he tells me the same- he's been super busy with customers and is going to need to call me back- he'll call back by 5pm. By 4:50 I call my bank and they reversed the charges right away. Don't buy from this place- if you have ever been to Spring Hill mall you know the place is not busy by ANY stretch-especially a hat shop inside the mall. The guy was obviously avoiding me and still hasn't bothered to call back, total scam!
