Fleet Farm Auto Service Center in Plymouth WI is the most unprofessional place I have ever been! Disrespectful, rude, no care for what a customer has contracted them to do. A guy named Nic backs up another tech for not reading the instructions of what a customer made an appointment for with verbal rape. He should never be allowed in any business that deals with women. A man, would have just punched him for sure. Fleet Farm Auto Center Plymouth WI is the most unprofessional place I have ever been!!! I contracted, with an appointment to have my tires rotated on a car that has never been there before. They did Not know the tire rotation history on the car. I Do! When I asked the tech if he rotated them as the contract clearly stated he said NO, he then said he did it how it was suppose to be, which was right back the way they were before this current pattern. I was then forced to pay for the tires to be rotated, where I did not want them, did not contract in writing for, or asked for them to be.I was then harassed, belittled, slandered, insulted, negatively questioned, and told this in Not Burger King, I can not have it my way by Nic. As a women its hard enough to get good service, or the service we ask for, and to get a fair price for that work, we also should not have to withstand the scrutiny and insults as if it was the 1960's all over again, or before for that matter. I tried to place an open letter of this account in The Sounder News paper of Random Lake WI and the Review News paper of Plymouth WI and both papers refused as they did not want to get involved. Funny they will print both sides of politics, and both sides of property zoning disputes but No help for a single widowed women who has been verbally raped by a male, masquerading as a professional! Terrible store policies and customer service.! I waited thirty minutes for help at the service desk with seven staff members in the first two checkouts. What a waste of time at this location. The women at the Checkouts are chatty and not motivated at all! They were happy to gossip while we waited . Don't waste your time here. Management needs to be alerted. read more

The store employees are great. The auto Service center is horrible. They had my car in the system wrong so the wrong tires were held for me. They also did not have any technicians on property to fix my flat tire after buy four tires from them. I understand it's COVID but doesn't mean you don't need mechanics. read more

This is the most disappointing store. They are typically out of stock of items with what seems like no effort to ensure items are on hand. We have been there 5 times now over the past half year, each time walking out with at least one less thing we went in for. The employees as well are not the most helpful; somewhat kind, but hard to find and not able to provide much information on the products being sold or when they will be in stock. This is one of the poorest runs stores regarding inventory being available to purchase. read more
