Freak local knowledge. Friendly. Old fashioned bait shop. Will be back. They sell fishing licenses as well.

I just picked up one of the new Radix blinds from The Reel Shot for my lease in Southern Indiana,…read moreand I can't say more about just how dialed into the latest gear and hunter needs these guys are. Especially Matt Eggert and his archery staff, as I've followed him everywhere he has been last 15 years to buy my bows and archery equipment. Why drive the 6 hours from Indy? Quite simply, Matt's tune on my Mathews is and has been as long as I've known him second to none. As well, he is also always my go to for an honest and educated opinion on the latest archery and hunting gear. I'll continue to make the drive back to the Valley from Indianapolis as long as Matt and The Reel Shot continue to be the leaders they have become in top notch hunting gear and customer service!

We just went in to get the bow set up and ready to shot. Matt 2.0 in the archery shop was beyond helpful. He helped us pick a great sight that would work for me. He got us the best arrows for my bow and cut them down for us. He even helped me start to sight in my bow. He was helpful and patient with us. Even stayed a bit late to fix an issue with my sight. To top it off the whole time we were working to get my bow set up my son was able to shot at the indoor range! He had such a great time! We can't wait to get back, as a family, into the range again to shot. Would highly recommend this shop! Great shop to work with.

(Day 1) Called gave email address, (Day 3) Went in and had it written down & waited until they sent it? (Day 4) the gentleman that needed it- called and finally got it from someone at Dutch's. Firearm came in they received it the day before I called, never bothered to let me know it was in. Went down to pick up and was met by a Young man Chayse who said he would help me? Went in backroom to get it. ( Firearm I ordered extremely hard to find, & if you do it is almost double the MSRP price, (Henry - Mares Leg 22 Mag.) Chayse brings the box out and rips the box to get it open? proceeds to take it out of the box and walk's it over to another employee he is holding in one hand waiving it and put it on his shoulder. I answered his question before the employee could, he walked back and I told him to put it back in the box!! All the info he needed was on the sellers sheet in front of him. He than decides to but it up to see how hard it would be to aim at something with one hand. Chayse was extremely Cocky and my impression was a know it all. If that gun would have been damaged, Dutch's would have been buying it. That place really needs to get it's act together. No Reason to ever, ever take a gun out of the box and touching it or waving it around. I will not ever be going back. I did get my Firearm back with Finger prints all over it, So I got to go home and clean the my Brand New Firearm! This post gets taken down, I will be putting it right back up. Thanx Dutch's
