It's really nice to walk into a business and have someone greet you that is truly happy to be at work and loves their job. Today, being Monday, I called to see about setting up a delivery time. So she explain to me what would take place during delivery. She said they would make sure that I knew had to operate the unit before they left. I can't tell you, how thrilled I am to know that they want to make sure I understand the workings of the unit. That shows HOW much they value their customers. GREAT JOB!!! 5 STARS

I hate doing plumbing; but this place made this job bearable. Not a huge store; but it seems well stocked with all kinds of needed stuff. So if you have a project and you need parts or advice it would behoove you to patronize this fine store.

After trying to get an answer for almost a week the salesman said they could and I would be charged 100.00 dollars. I agreed. Then a week later called me & said they couldn't deliver it by thanksgiving and that the charge would be 150.00 but he would hold it to the 100.00 charged. We decided to pick it up since we were having company for the holiday. To make an even longer story short, the salesman copped an attitude, saying he told me I had to have people to load it. Which he never did. But we own a company and just had two of our guys come over. I will never purchase anything from this company and I would suggest a buyer beware. I can't recommend this business
