I went to the store to ask the salesperson about it and right away she said we don't fix phones. I was not asking that question, I was asking if they could help me out with it getting fixed thru LG. She had no CLUE about warranties on their phones that they sell. She didn't want to take the time and call LG either. Now I got there at 9am Sat morning. Only 1 other person in the store being taken care of already. She was not busy cause I was the only other customer there. As she said its LG's problem and You should call them yourself. Thanks for No help. I will never shop at a Premier Location again. I guess when my wife and daughter phones are done under contract, I will be going to another phone service.
