He was very kind and patient with me - even when I said, let's look at the other sample again. Everytime I called the office Danielle answered all my questions and was very informative, polite, and professional. She always kept me apprised of how things were moving along. Alex was the one who did the installation of the blinds. First of all, there was absolutely no mess; second, he was very timely, and then went right to work; and thirdly, being the blinds were remote controlled, he was very kind and patient with explaining how everything worked, which he had to do at least a half a dozen times. He was also very diligent going over all the paperwork and explaining the same to me. Each one of these individuals told me several times, if I had any questions, to just please call them. I wish to thank these kind and helpful individuals for making my family room look warm and inviting.
