They delivered the products to our home in Neenah, WI They did not tell us they will not go to Neenah for service. When we had a problem with our washer, we called their service department. The lady we talked to, first of all was not very nice in her tone. Then told us, "We don't go to Neenah for service". She said call this number and gave me a number for a third-party service company. It turned out to be "Sears Appliance Service". We had to wait three days for a tech to come. When he came and took the washer apart, he did not have the part. he said it was common part with GE, but they don't stock it. It had to be ordered. Another three days to get the part. You have to call when the part arrives to set up another appointment for installation of the part. Another three days. We will NEVER buy from Silica again.

The location is downtown, and it's clearly a building with history. One of the things I've been saying to my husband lately is that I miss the days of department stores, and this store had a bit of that feel. On top of that, we went to the counter, asked the employee about this particular light bulb and were pointed to the exact location, and they had said somewhat uncommon lightbulb in stock. $3. A win.

Called to ask about plants that showed they were in stock on the website to verify that the plants…read morewere in fact onsite. Was told that the plants were on site. Borrowed trailer and drove 45 minutes to get them. Talked to the girl at the register and she called someone in the yard. Went out and talked to yard person and was told those plants weren't in stock for 2 years. So I wasted about 3 hours of my time and $25 in gas and ended up with nothing. Very frustrated and disappointed. Will never visit this place again.
