FeetFarm sells 24/7 on their website. Customer service hours are Monday through Friday 8am to 6pm. Which calculates to 168 hours per week FleetFarm is trying to sell to customers and only 50 hours per week is Customer Service available to help the customer be successful in their purchases. Hmm... that is less than 30% of the time that a customer can reach and talk to a person to help them complete their sale online. It's obviously plain to see that there is NO customer service available for "the vast majority" of the same hours that they are trying to sell products online. Their website screen interaction with customers trying to purchase items... certainly lacks the robustness and sophistication needed to even think of not have the need for CUSTOMER SERVICE 24/7 as well. Simply put, I tried to buy and had problems that I should not have ever had and NO customer service to help me finish my purchase transaction. I'm now gone and maybe may never return to their website to make a purchase. FleetFarm maybe should look around... they are not the only source for any of their products sold that I need. Especially as people buy online... the world is waiting to sell to each of us with a computer or phone in front of us! Oh, and 90% don't leave any comments when they are dissatisfied... they just leave. It's a little expense savings that FleetFarm does not have by not providing customer service 24/7... Customer Service is purely an expense to FleetFarm... but maybe the savings gained should not be sought in an arena where sales are failing to materialize? read more
