saw a little sign on the sidewalk advertising Flawlessly Fused and immediately knew I had to stop by!! there's a great selection, it was hard to pick a chain so I had to get multiple hehe. super fair prices! I had fun chatting with Hailey and she had great recommendations to add to my stack. she even offered to fix one of my other permanent bracelets that I got from another shop! all in all, I'm so stoked that I stumbled upon this spot and I will definitely be coming back next time I'm in town!

So fun! I stopped in on my way to a Mariner's game for some permanent Virgo love

This was the worst interaction I've ever had with a business. My girlfriend, her friend, and I went in for permanent jewelry. After the bracelets were put on, we were told the total was over $1,700. They were shocked and immediately said they didn't agree to that amount. They offered to pay for the time spent, but instead the owner called the police. We were then threatened with felony theft, even though no one attempted to leave or steal anything. It's not only inappropriate but illegal to use the police to force someone to pay for a service they didn't knowingly agree to. On top of that, the owner pressured them into signing a handwritten "no negative review" agreement -- which is illegal under the Consumer Review Fairness Act. No customer should ever be forced to sign something like that. While my girlfriend and her friend tried explaining the situation to the officers, the owner and her partner repeatedly talked over them, making comments about how they're "broke adult women" and "should know better." The level of unprofessionalism was unbelievable. There were no prices displayed anywhere in the shop, and the owner claimed they were listed online -- but we have proof they weren't. She also originally stated the price was $10 per inch. My girlfriend will be leaving her own detailed review, and I truly hope this doesn't happen to anyone else. No customer should be treated this way or pressured into paying unexpected charges. This entire situation is now being reported to the proper authorities...

My friend and I had such a great experience getting our permanent jewelry! The owner was friendly and made the whole process quick and easy. He also gave us recommendations on places to eat and places to check out. They helped us choose the perfect piece and explained everything along with pricing. The final result turned out beautiful. Highly recommend if you're thinking about getting permanent jewelry! I already have a few on me. I got a bracelet and pinky ring they are beautiful pieces.

Absolutely in love with how my permanent bracelet came out--so beautiful! She was incredibly gentle, sweet, and professional throughout the entire process. The experience was comfortable and enjoyable from start to finish. I truly loved every moment and would 100% come back again. Highly recommend!

I recently visited Flawlessly.Fused in Seattle for permanent jewelry with a friend, and unfortunately our experience was extremely upsetting. When we arrived, there were no prices displayed in the shop, and pricing was not discussed with us before the jewelry was welded on. After the services were completed, we were presented with a total of approximately $1,700 -- an amount far higher than anything we were led to expect. We explained that pricing had never been communicated beforehand and that we would not have proceeded had we known the cost. We asked about having the pieces removed and were told this could not be done without "damaging the product." In my view, price transparency should always occur before a permanent service is performed, not afterward when the customer no longer has a real choice. The situation escalated in a way that felt intimidating, unprofessional, and frankly frightening. Police were called, and I felt that their presence was used to pressure us into paying rather than to neutrally address what was clearly a civil business dispute. Using police authority to coerce payment in a civil matter is not appropriate. Under 18 U.S.C. § 242 (Deprivation of Rights Under Color of Law), it is illegal for law enforcement to misuse authority to coerce compliance or payment, and in my situation I felt that police authority was used to force payment rather than to fairly assess the dispute. After I paid under pressure, I was then required to sign a handwritten agreement stating that I would not leave a negative review. I was told that if I did not sign, I could go to jail. I later learned that non-disparagement agreements forced on consumers are illegal under the Consumer Review Fairness Act (CRFA), which prohibits businesses from requiring customers to waive their right to leave honest reviews. Overall, the lack of upfront pricing, the way the situation was handled, and the pressure and intimidation we experienced left me feeling taken advantage of, angry, and distressed. What should have been a fun, memorable experience became the opposite. Based on my experience, I strongly urge anyone considering permanent jewelry here to demand clear, written pricing before any work is done. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this business due to the lack of transparency and professionalism we encountered.

On 12/27 I was Forced illegally by police not to leave a negative review. Since that's illegal under the Consumer review fairness act, here I am and this is my review on Flawless Fused. When I arrived, there was no pricing listed anywhere in the store or on the website. I later learned--only after this experience--that pricing must be requested by email, but this was never communicated beforehand. At no point prior to the service was I informed of the cost. After the jewelry was applied, I was told the total price and expected to pay, despite never agreeing to that amount in advance. At that point, I requested that the jewelry be removed and stated that I no longer wanted the product. I even offered to pay for the time spent applying the jewelry, but not for the jewelry itself, since I was declining the service. This request was refused. The business then called the police and claimed theft, even though I clearly expressed that I did not intend to keep the product and asked for it to be removed. When police arrived, I was threatened with a felony charge if I did not pay, despite there being no intent to steal and the service being fully reversible. Using police authority to coerce payment in a civil business dispute is not lawful. Under 18 U.S.C. § 242 (Deprivation of Rights Under Color of Law), it is illegal for law enforcement to misuse authority to coerce compliance or payment. In my situation, I felt that police authority was used to force payment rather than to neutrally assess a civil dispute. After I paid under pressure, I was then required to sign an agreement stating that I would not leave a negative review. I was told that if I did not sign, I would be taken to jail. I later learned that non-disparagement agreements forced on consumers are illegal under the Consumer Review Fairness Act (CRFA), which prohibits businesses from requiring customers to waive their right to leave honest reviews. I felt coerced throughout this process and did not feel I had a real choice at any point. This entire experience was extremely distressing and avoidable. At minimum, pricing should be clearly disclosed before services are performed, and customers should never feel pressured by a business or by law enforcement--when attempting to resolve a dispute. This was my experience Attached are the illegal invalid "agreements "

Such an amazing experience, Hailey was so sweet and was super helpful and made the whole experience very special!

I'm extremely happy with my pieces but prices were misleading. I wish the discounts offered actually reflected on your final bill.

They are the original jewelry store prior to everyone else. I have been doing business with them since 2006 after my fallout with another jewelry store in close proximity, who I was doing business for decades. I regret not doing business with this place originally. In my experience i would like to inform every yelper that if you are looking to buy gold for personal use or investment, Their Gold is almost as pure as a gold u.s. minted coin.....Please keep in mind i said ' almost ' There are other unique pieces besides gold and most ladies and men will quite frankly have a nice selection. They can even custom make any jewelry piece if you desire as well. Diamonds are a girl's best friend. Why not try here first, prior to the other big establishments, i am sure you will get a better stone at a much much better price. As you get buzzed in you will see a cute quiet old lady who have done business here in China Town for so many decades and had one simple philosophy. Treat customers right. Treat customers with honesty. Give customers the best deal possible and still stay in business. Yelpers I am slow to let you guys all know mainly because i wanted to ensure that I will be sending you to the best of the best. Of course i also wanted to keep this place a secret for myself. Yelp didnt exist til recently so there was no way for me to let anyone know vastly anyways. I hope you will heed my mistakes and learn from them just as i did. I hope you will cherish this place like I do. I hope that you will find something beautiful to bring home one day.

We arrived and were introduced the selection of bracelets, ranging from $65 all the way to $400. The add-ons include a variety of gemstones, diamonds, and dangle letters. My friend and I each chose the 2.2mm curb chain in silver ($80) with an 3mm 14k white gold gemstone ($100) for our bracelets. Once you choose the bracelets, it's a super quick process for them to zap it on. I had a great experience with our associate and she was super friendly and helpful, but I have to admit, this is a pricey experience for sure.

We walked in thinking we could just get bracelets same day, we were very wrong. They were so booked out because of the new rush, that we had to schedule out online, which was a little tough with our schedules. We walked in and there wasn't anyone there, but we were still turned away, which was a bummer since we drove quite a way for this, but I'm sure they have to turn a lot of people away to respect those with appointments. I went in knowing which chain I wanted, until I tried them on in person. There were so many great ones to choose from, especially when my boyfriend noticed the person who was helping us on had a black chain, which was not one of the options presented, and he told us we could oxidize the silver chain options to make them black. So not only are there silver, rose gold and yellow gold options, but there is the hidden oxidized silver (black) option! I could tell my boyfriend wasn't 100% happy with the chain choices, until they happily offered to oxidize his, and now he loves his chain! I went with a very dainty chain, which is very much my style, and we wanted to test it out to see what it was like not being able to remove something. But now I think I want more
