Super cute storefront with that minimal, clean aesthetic. Good selection of chains and charms. I've had permanent jewelry done elsewhere before so the stars knocked off are based on the pricing (almost a 100% mark up) which isn't listed anywhere but Hailey did mention it when I was in the seat. I had a 7" enamel/brass/ gold-filled bracelet at $16 an inch and added a $35 charm coming out to $147 before tax, card fee and gratuity. She did disclose the price while I was in the chair and I got serious sticker shock but it felt awkward for me to cancel on the spot. That's on me for not asking prior but a list of prices somewhere...online, IG or a placard in store for convenience would be appreciated. I also take a while to decide on things so choosing a chain and charm took a few minutes but there were some walk-in's that were posted up in front of the displays which delayed that, despite my communication to squeeze in and take a look. I was worried I'd cut into the appointment time (not certain how long an appointment is set up for), so for those who are indecisive maybe carve out some time prior. I had an appointment at open (10AM) which was delayed due to business operations on Hailey's end which she communicated to me and was fine, but again wish I had some isolated time to shop around. Lastly, there's an undisclosed 3% processing fee. Transparency is appreciated as a client. Overall, love my bracelet but this studio is definitely priced very high if you're comparing so, if budget isn't a concern, this place is for you. EDIT: While I can appreciate the business owner's response in defense, I posted my experience, not the business owner's perception of my experience. You could say that the sky is green...it's still blue. At this point I'm actually questioning the materials of the bracelet since it seems you have to market brass and enamel as 'ethical'. As of this date, there are literally no prices anywhere. Review knocked down from 3 stars to one for the business owner's inability to acknowledge polite and constructive criticism to aid in improving their business and for blatantly lying on a customer to make their business look better. I should have done some research and given merit to all the one star review's on Google and the notable ones on Yelp and Google's AI overview of the business all describing the same theme with the same general aggressively defensive response. I'd take off the bracelet so I wouldn't be reminded of this negative experience but it'd be an insult to wasted money. read more

This was the worst interaction I've ever had with a business. My girlfriend, her friend, and I went in for permanent jewelry. After the bracelets were put on, we were told the total was over $1,700. They were shocked and immediately said they didn't agree to that amount. They offered to pay for the time spent, but instead the owner called the police. We were then threatened with felony theft, even though no one attempted to leave or steal anything. It's not only inappropriate but illegal to use the police to force someone to pay for a service they didn't knowingly agree to. On top of that, the owner pressured them into signing a handwritten "no negative review" agreement -- which is illegal under the Consumer Review Fairness Act. No customer should ever be forced to sign something like that. While my girlfriend and her friend tried explaining the situation to the officers, the owner and her partner repeatedly talked over them, making comments about how they're "broke adult women" and "should know better." The level of unprofessionalism was unbelievable. There were no prices displayed anywhere in the shop, and the owner claimed they were listed online -- but we have proof they weren't. She also originally stated the price was $10 per inch. My girlfriend will be leaving her own detailed review, and I truly hope this doesn't happen to anyone else. On 12/27 I was Forced illegally by police not to leave a negative review. Since that's illegal under the Consumer review fairness act, here I am and this is my review on Flawless Fused. When I arrived, there was no pricing listed anywhere in the store or on the website. I later learned--only after this experience--that pricing must be requested by email, but this was never communicated beforehand. At no point prior to the service was I informed of the cost. After the jewelry was applied, I was told the total price and expected to pay, despite never agreeing to that amount in advance. At that point, I requested that the jewelry be removed and stated that I no longer wanted the product. I even offered to pay for the time spent applying the jewelry, but not for the jewelry itself, since I was declining the service. This request was refused.
