I think the other places I went to would just tell me they couldn't do it cause of the shape of my eye or charge extra for more lash fill-ins but she just took her time to fill more lashes in (no extra charge) and worked her miracle. Most places I've been to in manhattan or flushing makes my eye super sensitive the next day but I haven't had this issue at all. This is the 3rd time I've been here and I can say the lashes are consistently great each time. I really like that the owner is also the only beautician/cosmetologist so she's really attentive and manages her time well so I never had to wait when I go in for my appointments/ be disturbed by another customer. Also the pricing is unbeatable for the quality and how long lasting my lashes were. I think fallouts began AFTER 2 weeks (plus I apply eye makeup daily ). I got one of the most basic facial yesterday mostly to remove the dead layer on my skin since its dry and patchy all year, but this is the second day and I'm really noticing a significant difference; will definitely try this again next month. The facility looks so pretty and clean too! I was definitely surprise considering where it's located. but as they say... pictures are worth a thousand words This is one side my eye filled.

Jenny is extremely talented, very friendly, professional, and is the kind of person that you can tell genuinely and passionately loves what she does. I have very thick and long hair, and Jenny does an amazing job adding layers, textures, and allowing for more volume. She is very experienced and truly has a natural talent of knowing what will look great for you! Highly recommend. I had an appointment at 2:30PM on a Sunday and was seated promptly. The lady who washed my hair was gentle and explained what products she was using. Aisha, the woman who cut my hair was attentive to what I wanted. I wanted around 2 inches off, layered and she delivered just that. She always made sure to show me how much she was going to cut and if I was okay with the length. I love how she texturized my hair, which gave it more volume and definition. I ended up loving my haircut with the layers -- not many places know how to layer hair well. They used Paul Mitchell products during my visit and I ended up purchasing a hair serum online when I got home since I really liked how it made my hair look. In all, I would definitely come back if I ever need a haircut and I recommend this spot for your hair needs!

I did lashes and brows with Farha and the last time I did it she was going between me and another customer who came EARLY but instead of having the customer wait for her time she was bouncing back and forth between us and not washing her hands. The technicians don't wear PPE which is insane since they are breathing on you and touching your face the whole time. I complained to management and in attempts to placate me they gave me a gift card that expired in a month. Please avoid this place unless you want pinkeye!
