It's refreshing to work with a company that communicates well, does what they say they're going to do, and delivers quality work. After my General Contractor took the payment, I had provided for replacing my wardrobe mirror…read moredoors, I was left without the installation. The contractor explained that he had not installed the doors because they were scratched. Seeking a solution, I reached out to Orange Mirror and Glass and spoke with Mike. He informed me that the doors should have been installed and later replaced if necessary. Mike promptly scheduled an appointment to take measurements for the new doors. Once the measurements were completed, I visited the showroom to explore available options. Although I originally had two mirrored doors, Mike recommended upgrading to a set of three mirrored glass doors. He explained that this would make the doors lighter and provide easier access to the closet. I agreed with his suggestion, and Mike prepared a detailed proposal, which he sent to me via email. Later that week, I received the proposal and was pleasantly surprised by the price. Orange Mirror and Glass quoted a cost that was 50% less than what my General Contractor had charged. I promptly signed the paperwork and paid half the amount via credit card to proceed with the order. On the day of installation, Orange Mirror and Glass arrived 15 minutes ahead of the scheduled appointment time. I appreciated their punctuality, as it is uncommon for contractors to arrive early. The team removed my old, heavy mirror doors from 1973 and installed the new frameless doors efficiently within approximately 30 minutes. Based on this positive experience, I have decided that Orange Mirror and Glass will be my preferred glass company for all future projects.

I sent Gerardo multiple photos with the explanation to get an accurate quote which remained the same once on-site. We had two 2nd-story windows in our condo that failed a water test by our HOA contractor. I had a good feeling early on in my interactions with Gerardo and they proved to be right-on. I would find out later that he has over 23 years' experience in this field. He and his associate were very professional and efficient. He offered to wear booties, but I vetoed it since they would be continuously going from our outdoor patio at the ground floor to our 2nd floor balcony in order to get the job done on the two windows. We have old skool faux wood laminate so I knew it would be a quick mop job for myself after their departure. He examined everything on-site and explained what they would be doing and products used. Once completed he further explained what else they did to ensure a tight seal. He even pointed out a nail hole in our gutter that he felt warranted further examination by our HOA contractor. I greatly appreciate experts in the field who go to the next level to ensure things are done right. This was a great experience with a contractor, and we appreciate them helping us get our condo back in shape.
