Ohio Health recently moved to Nike Drive, and I as a patient have decided to find a doctor within the Mount Carmel system. I am distressed because while I confidently made the move, I feel in some ways the professionals with Ohio Health did not.. I do not need a game regarding my health..And I am kind of wondering what the camera is for with Rome Hilliard office park...There is none across the street on Nike Drive. I work in the automotive industry and I am still distressed thoug I started seeing another doctor.. I felt confident parking at Rome Hilliard Office park and I do not now aceoss the street..I feel interfered with, while Rome Hilliard Office Park at least seems secure. The tenants ( Ohio Healths) move across the street has aggravated me personally and I have had to seek an alternative health provider.

There were some fixes needed during our stay. The management and maintenance team responded to our requests in a very timely manner. For example, There were two ceiling fans that makes weird squeaking noises in the house. After we reported the issue they immediately contacted the property owner and brought two brand new fans for installation. No hassle, no extra charge, no back and forth arguments. We are very glad that we chose this company instead of renting from a private landlord. I think they are very professional and have a high quality of customer service.

The house was advertised to be noise-proof but I can hear the neighbor's conversations. Not to mention the sounds of their dog walking around the house. It's not the neighbor's fault-- they are just living their lives. But wow, I have lived under at least 5 different housing management teams before and it has never been this bad. Maintenance requests do not get done until couple months later, and even if they come over to fix the said problem, I can't tell that it was properly fixed. I honestly can not WAIT until I can move out of this house. EDIT: Bijan (the landlord) and I had a conversation. We came to the consensus that there was quite a bit of miscommunication on both sides of the party. Bijan definitely cares about the tenants' well-being. Once a distinct & straight-forward maintenance system is placed, I have no problems with this management company.

My partner and I decided to make contact and ask some questions and set up a viewing. Jim was very slow to respond and then just totally ignored the last email. So, I called. It didn't take long to see that he was more interested in selling, which is understandable, instead of leasing... thus the reason for the slow responses to email and then being ignored. During the phone conversation instead of learning anything about me or my businesses it was a forceful sales pitch to buy the building. Against my better judgement, I set up an appointment to look at the building. Once again, even though I made it clear I was interested in leasing, he once again brought up selling it. Furthermore, he made the announcement that the City of Cincinnati was interested in the building so I had some very tough competition with loads of money. I was polite, even though I wanted to curse him out, because I liked the property. I was going to lease it, see how it went and then buy. Well, he gave us an intent to lease form to fill out which we did and emailed. Several days late we get a condescending response: "Sunny I have four showings over the last few days. I am expecting an offer from a qualified, experienced, Cincinnati company. In the interim, please see the Intent to lease below." First of all... Sunny! That is not my name or my partners! My partner who has been emailing is 29 years old, so I guess he felt he was okay with this. I'm 55! Anyway, 4 showings in the last few days! After the property sitting for so long... yeah right. A QUALIFIED, EXPERIENCED... wow, so he is saying that we are on the back burner because we are not qualified or experienced! First of all, I've been in management for over 30 years, and one of my businesses has been in service for 14 years! My partners company has been in business for 9 years! Multiple businesses were going into that location... but he assumes we aren't qualified or experienced! Maybe if he would quit looking down his nose at individuals interested in leasing instead of buying, he would have found out that we are probably more qualified and experienced then the company that he put in front of us...which looked at the building AFTER we did! Once again, I understand wanting to sell instead of lease...however, don't bullsh*t someone and NEVER condescend or make assumptions! Avoid this company if you are looking to lease! And avoid Jim for ANY reason!
