The…read moresellers lied on the State of Ohio's disclosure form stating that the roof had been replaced in 2015. We were given a very short window to get inspections done and the roof was covered in snow during this time. Our inspector based off the disclosure form felt secure in the condition of the roof based on the roof being replaced in 2015. We come to find out that the roof was indeed not replaced and Janelle continue to stand by sellers lie as she never did her due diligence as a realtor to make sure the information was correct. I even tried to reach out to her supervisor Doug Green of which has never returned my call. If you see Cutler Real Estate as the selling agent my suggesion would be to run.

Horrific job of prepping ground for sod. Before they laid sod back in fall of 2022, my husband spent almost a week digging up big rocks, concrete, etc. to prep after the crew graded and prepped it. These concrete pieces only down in ground 4" below grade. Epcon's answer to everything is: this is how we do all our communities", or, "We've used these contractors for Years." It doesn't make it right just because you've used them for a long time. Take some pride in who you hire and how their jobs are performed. If I owned Epcon, I'd be totally embarrassed and ashamed at what you pull on all of the residents here. Also absolutely terrible lack of correspondence for EVERYTHING! We've been in our place more than two years and are still waiting for things to be accomplished. And that two year timeframe they've had six different managers in charge of warranty. I think that's pretty telling about how things get accomplished. No one will stay in that job because it's too overwhelming with all the repairs that need to be made and never accomplished. I have nothing but great things to say about Kevin Noesner and his property management company. As a person, he is extremely amicable and can carry a conversation about a multitude of topics with ease. As a landlord, he is concerned about the overall well-being of his tenants while maintaining professionalism. I know that his big thing is to rent to people with good credit and his rents are lower than market price. I had not even a handful of minor maintenance issues in my first apartment (the first occurring after I had been there for over a year!), which he and his team promptly fixed. This summer, I am transferring to a bigger place once its renovation is complete, and everything looks fantastic thus far. Kevin has been very receptive and accommodating to my suggestions and requests during the process. I should also note that my neighbors at this first place are wonderful, and his other tenants down the street are perfectly friendly, as well -- so, one could conclude that he rents to good people (in my humble opinion). As long as I am a renter, I will stick with NPG, and happily!
