I will probably never order from this business again. This is the second time i have had to wait an hour for my order. I called at 5:53pm and received my order at 6:49pm. I am not understanding why does 4 boneless wings and a side of mac and cheese take so long???? My third time here, I love them and the waffles. I rather flava wings over wing stop any day. You know it would've been five stars but the cashier needs to be more vibrant and welcoming , plus heat lamp the main dish while waiting on sides big no no for me. It needed to coming up all together instead of seating under a heat lamp waiting for the sides to come up. Totally not 5 star material. Do you Need to request them to drop food properly so I'm not waiting on sides? Everything should've came up at the same time. We have visited this establishment twice in the last three months. I attempted to place an order on Friday after picking my granddaughter up from school around 3 p.m. I was told that the order would take "45" minutes because it was the weekend. On the two occasions that I actually ordered food, it was The Best Chicken I've had. I purchased the Cajun Chicken which is Dry. It was well seasoned, but Not Overly Hot! My partner got the Bourbon Black Pepper (Which is Wet), he says it was delicious. The fries are great also. I got the My Boy Cajun Spice and they were SO GOOD! i also got a side of the uncle's hickory bbq (which was an extra $1) and the bbq sauce was top tier. my fries got cold by the time i got back to the airbnb which was disappointing, but they were still well seasoned which lets me know they woulda been fire if i got to eat them fresh (hence why i want them to reopen dine in). but all in all, i'll definitely come back here whenever i'm in houston. i want to explore the other flavas! read more

This little restaurant had some good wings. The spicy Korean had a little kick to it, a tad bit salty though. And the hot lemon pepper wasn't hot at all but the flavor was nice. The wings here are pretty legit. We got the black pepper (so goooood), garlic parm and the spicy Korean. All were delicious but the black pepper is a must. I also really enjoyed their white cheddar mac. Probably in my top 5 mac and cheese ever. The only dud was the corn. Not sure but it was really mushy and waaaaaaaaaaaay too much butter. It was sickening. I loved the way they package the food. Very classy. The service was quite good though. Probably best to call in and pick up. I believe the wings are made to order so if you go in to the store and order live, you probably will have to wait quite a bit. Final score: B+ Definitely on the top of my list when I am craving wings. read more

I should have gotten a bigger mac and cheese the small was a tease for me. The wing flavors that were my favs were the Banging Bourbon Black Pepper & the Oooowee Sweet & Sticky. The worst when it come to ordering from here. First time ordering wings it took over 2 hours after we order online so end up canceling and we came 40 minutes after we order! Second time tried ordering when they first open and were given a time to come pick up and wings were still not ready when arrived. An extra 20 minutes to wait. What is wrong with management here. Very disappointing. You're a wing place, shouldn't you be frying wings all the time? Very disappointing. To top it off wings were not that great. Wasn't crispy and over sauce.. Terrible service. Spoke to a rude female by the name of Dominique. She took down wrong order and I was charged for wrong order. I called in and was patient with her and was told there's nothing they could do about the mistake THEY made. I called back in asked to speak with manager she refused and hung up. I called several times she kept hanging up. I then asked to speak with the owner. She refused to give me his name. I had to have my husband call back to get the name and we were told it is Chris Bufford. I will NEVER visit or order from this establishment again. A friend recommended this place for their wings and added that it's a black owned business so hubby and I wanted to try it out. We aren't currently dining in these days due to COVID so I called 3x and waited over 2 minutes each time with no answer to place a take out order on a Monday night. Hubby made the drive there to order and was told 30-40 min wait. He went back in after 50 minutes in his car and still didn't have the order. He started talking to another customer about how no one answered the phone when they both called and the cashier got an attitude with him asking him if anything was wrong. At this point it's been an hour. He finally got food and once home realized that the order was wrong. We ordered half bone in and half boneless and received all bone in. Wings were huge and good which is why they get 2 stars. Mac and cheese and poppers were good also. Overall, food good but not worth an hour wait. I'll only go back if they decide to answer their phone so no one is waiting an hour in their car. read more

I ordered the 16 piece wing pack with 2 sides; bourbon black pepper and garlic parmesan with Mac and cheese and Cajun corn. Both wings were good but I like the bourbon wings more. The Mac and cheese was really good and I'm not a Mac and cheese type of person and the Cajun corn was like a grilled corn. I waited about an hour but it was well worth it. Cajun spice I really liked the black pepper sauce, it was different than anything I'd ever had before and flavorful. Spicy Korean sauce was really good as well, nice kick. The hot wasn't really hot at all, there was somewhat of a sour smell to it. I didn't taste any Cajun spice on the Cajun spice wings.
