Incredible wings, girl at the cashier really knows what she is selling. Real clean restroom.

Food is great! It's an awesome addition to the area. You do t have to drive far to get some great food or because it's great you can drive far and check it out. Either way you won't be disappointed. They are always very busy that can tell you how good they are so my suggestion is to order on the app and you can also pay with cashapp on the app. They text you once the order is ready for pick up. It's convenient for me. The fried apple egg rolls are the best. I'm addicted to those things!! They never make it home on the drive lol read more

Flavor Wings always has hot and fresh wings and fries. The service was great! Check them out for yourself

Wings were good... we got a 16 piece wing combo they shorted us a wing.. We got Mac and cheese and fries .. fries were nasty and Mac and cheese should've been labeled as Alfredo because it tasted like Alfredo without seasoning. They don't give refunds so don't get the Mac nor the fries.. I would suggest just get wings bone in and that's it because u can't swap for something else. Probably won't be returning. read more

Just don't. The food is decent. Not great. None of the flavors are robust or anything to write home about. The garlic parm tastes like saw dust. The food is always hot when I pick it up...so I give I give them that. I tried this place three times before writing a review. The only reason is because it's close. The fries are frozen. I haven't tried the other sides because they're out every time I go. But the service is the reason I'll never go back. Every person behind the counter is rude. As if you're bothering them asking for the food you've purchased. Then, on my third visit, the rude person behind the counter asked to see my card when I'd already paid online and used Apple Pay. The whole point of Apple Pay is to secure my card. Don't accept online payment if you require physical cards. Then, they are always out of things that are staples on their menu - like kool aid, blue cheese, and several sides. Yet they continue to accept online orders for these items and wait until you arrive to pick up your order to tell you. Bottom line - get mediocre food from people who are at least are nice to you ‍ read more

Have you ever done the "this food is so good dance" after taking the first bite? Now you know how I felt when I first tired flava wings. Mmm, mmm, good. I can't speak to service and ambiance, just to the flavor. It's probably some of the better wings in this area. My opinion is to ditch the chains and pick up some flava!! read more

Great food. Customer service is excellent. I would recommend anyone to this establishment.

Called ahead for a to go order. They let you know they will call once the order is ready. It was estimated 25 mins which was pretty accurate. The women working the front were kind and courteous. Opted for a 10 wing combo since I wanted to try 2 flavors. I subbed the fries for mac n cheese ($1 more). The wings are a good size...breaded, fried, and then tossed in sauce. They were still piping hot and crispy even after the drive home. The mac n cheese was creamy and not dry. I enjoyed both the dry garlic parmesan and the sweet & sticky. I would definitely come back to try more flavors. read more

terrible, chicken was cold in the middle. 45 min wait for something that I wouldn't even compare to jack in the box. rude. waiting in the store for 45 min and watched multiple people order behind me and receive there food 30 mins before me. close this place down and make it an useable establishment read more

Last weekend (Halloween weekend) my cousin and myself decided to throw a surprise birthday party for one of our cousins. She happens to like wings so we decided to try this place out. We first started with a google search which lead us to their website, the website was helpful as it laid out the prices for full transparency. So I decided to call and place my order ahead of time (day before) we ordered 100 wings for the party and picked 5 different flavors. The young lady who took our order over the phone was so nice and helpful, I believe her name was Ebony. She made suggestions and though the restaurant was busy she took her time to hear what we needed. After order was placed we scheduled our pick up and she assured me that everything was going to be good. When we picked up the order, the owner was there she was so nice and accommodating. They special wrapped our order as requested. Being a BOB sometimes you get negative stereotypes about bad customer service, but I did not experience this here. Great job! To top it off the wings were AMAZING. The hit of the party was definitely the sweet and sticky flavor This place is a must try! Great job! read more

Food was alright, The Korean bbq wings was 8/10, the buffalo wings was 6/10.. Chicken was crispy but very fatty. fries were something.. Very bland, little to NO seasoning. Tasted like it just came out the freezer. The best thing here is definitely the kool-Aid. 10/10 Also, if this your first time coming here make sure to take your time ordering so you won't regret what you order. Absolutely Zero Complaints. Loved it. Due to it's popularity the wait was about 40 mins. I expected that due to the BOR Group on FB. The staff was courteous and hospitable. The restaurant is spotless. COVID Safety measures are being practiced. Five stars for customer care. The food. Hot. Fresh. Delicious. Beingnets.... Melt in your mouth. The wings. Full of flavor. First time I have had Parmesan Wings and could acttually taste the fullness of the cheese. I had Garlic Parm, Lemon Pepper, and the Sticky Sauce. Good. Good and even better. The Boudin Egg Rolls. Everything. The packaging for take out. Perfect. There was nothing lacking in my experience. Super impressed. Worth every ounce of hype. Oh and they threw in some extra beingnets and egg rolls. I love this place. read more

I've found my new favorite wing place. The wings were delicious, the flavor was amazing, and they were FRESH! Even after picking up my order and driving home, they were still hot and not soggy. The lemon pepper wings were really good. Not super greasy or buttery, just the right amount of lemon pepper, that doesn't make your lips pucker. The bourbon place pepper were also amazing, sweet with a spicy kick. The sweet and sticky were also really good. The tenders were a bit dry, not sure what happened, but they were still good. The beignets were sooo tasty and warm. Practically melted in your mouth. I will definitely be back to try other flavors. The spicy ranch dipping sauce was a different alternative to regular ranch and I must say it was pretty good as well. This establishment was very clean, hand sanitizer at the counter. fountain drink station was tidy also. Keep up the good work! The wings here were pretty good! The breading was nice and crunchy, and the chicken was tender. We ordered the 16 piece flava pack with the flavors being hot lemon pepper and owwweee sweet & sticky (fried hard). Our sides were Cajun fries and corn. The fries could've used a little more seasoning but they were still good! I definitely recommend trying it out! The customer service was great too! The cashier was very friendly, patient, and welcoming. read more

What a breath of fresh...FLAVA! I'm so excited they're so close to home -- and not to mention, black owned! Flava Wings is true to their freshness of wings. The food isn't prepared until you order it. My advice, wait until you're home before you dig in because they're piping hot out the grease! My first visit was roughly two weeks after opening, we ordered a few lemon pepper wings and my boy Cajun spice. The wings had the perfect crunch, freshness and they were a great size.. one thing though, we couldn't differentiate the flavors of the wings, they just tasted like seasoned chicken. A few weeks later... was a completely different story -- the wings were amazing, the "oowee sweet and sticky" flavor is a game changer! The beignets were delightful and the Cajun corn was pure goodness. Wait time: 4/5 -- they're a bit slow. I try to avoid wearing my mask as much as possible (btw it is a requirement when entering this establishment). Even after putting in a call in order 20 minutes before arrival, I still waited another 20 minutes before I received my food. Both times we ordered. I can't believe I didn't have a review for Flava!!! Honestly these are some of THEE BEST wings that I've had since I've been living in Houston. The flavors are *chef's kiss* I just wish that they were closer to me because it's quite a drive, but worth it to me to get some good wings!!! Small restaurant that has a huge mural of victims of police brutality. It's so random for a wing restaurant but it definitely brings awareness and i thought it was super cool. The man who took my order is the chef and possibly owner? idk but he was super nice and helpful. I asked him what flavor he liked best and this is what he gave me! i think it was buffalo mild and lemon pepper, but it was super good. My friend got the bone in wings and they were huge, just forgot to take a pic. Takes a longggg time to get your food tho. Took us like 30-40 minutes, and a lot of people come into just to pick up. good vibes tho, great music read more

Based on the reviews, I wanted to support. First time visitor. I called around 345 Friday, n told 40mins. When I arrived for pick up at the 50 minute mark, my wings were not quite ready but it was only an additional 10 -12 min wait. By the time I left, 5pm, the wait was being quoted at 1hr45mins. Whoa!! Most of the staff was patient and kind. I ordered the lemon pepper and sassy garlic parmesan, fries n mac & cheese. Overall, the wings tasted like good home made fried chicken. Big , juicy, flavorful. I wish the lemon pepper tasted more like lemon pepper instead it was regular seasoned chicken but still very tasty. The sassy garlic parmesan was decent but lemon pepper was better. The mac & cheese was very rich. I was surprised how filling it was even though the packaging was small. Fries were not anything special to report. read more

I knew it was gonna be good when on Super Bowl Sunday there was so many people trying to get wings that the restaurant had to close and they ran out of chicken like when KFC was giving away free two pieces. I must say I was pleasantly surprised. The chicken was fresh, no black bones. The sauces were good, we went with the classic Buffalo and sweet heat joints. Both were good. I personally liked the Mac and cheese but surprisingly my GF didn't. To each their own. The fries were very good and not overly salty like you get with some cajun fries. Just perfect even though we had to drive a bit to get them home so the lost some of the hotness. If you are interested this is a Black-owned restaurant and they do provide extremely good service from my experience. The owners were in store that day but I'm assuming that they are not always there but I would expect the quality of the food and service to remain the same regardless. read more

My experience here is a mixed bag so let me start out with the positives. The wings are large and have a wonderfully crunchy texture. Just top notch. They also provide a sizable variety of both wet and dry flavors. I ordered a 20-piece and divided them up amongst "Bangin' Bourbon Black Pepper" (wet), "Zesty Lemon Pepper" (dry), and "My Boy Cajun Spice" (dry). All of them were really good. I rounded out my order with a side of three beignets. The total was $29 which I consider to be quite reasonable. On the flip side, be prepared to wait a LONG TIME. Like a virtual eternity. This was my second visit, the first being a couple of years ago shortly after they had opened and there was a lot of hype with this place and I knew upfront that I would have to order 2-3 hours in advance. Considering how much time has passed, I assumed things had settled down and ordering some wings to go would be a pretty straightforward task. But I was so wrong. I placed my order online and soon afterwards I received a text message indicating the order should be ready for pickup in 26 minutes. That was a bit longer than I was expecting so I showed up about 10 minutes early in hopes my order just might be ready ahead of the ETA. It wasn't so I waited around patiently. Several others came in and picked up their orders and left. I have no idea whether they had placed their orders before mine, but there were a few who appeared to be just as frustrated as I was with how long it was taking. After about 40 minutes from the time I ordered, I asked one of the gals at the counter if my order was almost ready, so she checked with the kitchen staff and came back and told me it would be another 20 minutes. WTF? I calmly expressed my dismay that it was already well past the original 26 minute estimate and she responded that a lot of orders had come in since that time and that I really should order wings during the week as opposed to on Saturday. Wow, just unbelievable. Since I had already paid in advance, I figured I would just stick out a little longer. It's just another 20 minutes, right? No, of course not. It turns out to be another 35 minutes of waiting when my food was finally ready, a full hour and 15 minutes after I ordered! And for a mere 20 wings and a few beignets. At least the other counter girl who gave me my food was very apologetic about the wait. I really don't want to bash this place because they do have a great product, but after 2+ years in business if you can't provide a reasonably accurate wait time for a routine order, then you've got some serious issues to work out. I got the sense that it's probably like this every weekend, where they're repeatedly apologizing for the long wait times. It would be a shame if they don't get this under control because I don't know how many customers will be willing to put up with that again and again. read more

THE HOT LEMON PEPPER TURKEY WINGS ARE FANTASTIC. The tenders are good, wings are hit or miss. I prefer non breaded so my opinion may be biased. They don't put enough sauce on the wings even if you ask for extra. The apple pie egg rolls always taste like they're fried in the same grease the chicken is cooked, in I've tried them twice on separate occasions months apart. I've never dined in so I can only base my opinion on the food. The mac is garbage, The fries are good with cajun seasoning. The koolaid is hit or miss, sometimes it's the perfect amount of diabetus and other times it's watered down. I still go just for the turkey wings. read more

If you want to spend an hour waiting on wings this is the spot for you. The service was sub par and actually kinda rude. I ordered my wings and was told it would be a 30-35 minute wait time. I paid and gave the cashier my number to alert me when my wings were ready. I went to my car and waited for a long time it was way past the time I was told. It was about 10 minutes into closing time so I walked in to see about my order. The person who took my order told the young lady what I was having and just seemed annoyed by my presence and walked to the back. Turns out my order had been ready and just sitting there getting cold because they forgot to sent the text via whatever system they use. I got in the car and my wings already lukewarm had a 45 min ride home. By the time I got home they were cold. I was so frustrated I didn't even eat them because I just moved and didn't have a microwave yet, they went in the fridge and into the trash the following day. I got an email to review my experience and I just put my bad experience on it. I did get a response from management on my response to the satisfaction comments I posted but they wanted some info off the ticket/receipt I had already threw in the trash. So I just moved on and decided to give them a second chance in the future. Learning from my past experience I called ahead and ordered over the phone then got in the car for the drive down. I pull up because I did curbside and I'm calling an no one answers the phone! Finally someone answers and it takes an additional 15 minutes for my food to come out keep in mind I called from home I live about 45 minutes away. At this point I've given it 2 chances and my original thought of a 1 star review stand. I'm assuming the wings are really good HOT but once cold it just does not taste the same. They really need to work on this. read more
