I knew a few people who lived at Deco, and I consistently scoured the web for any negative issue. To my pleasant surprise, I never became aware of any significant problem. I have been living here happily since May. I have had two small maintenance-related issues, and the facilities staff were inordinately prompt in resolving them. Everyone on the staff is kind and professional. Virtually every resident I've encountered is likewise kind and welcoming. I highly recommend this complex to anyone seeking incredible value at a very reasonable price!

Here it goes about 2 weeks ago I was in an automobile accident that devastated and destroyed my car and my career. I have been left with despair, poverty, despondency, physical injury and shame. A career ending type of catastrophe. What has the Quincy done to help at a time like this well I asked Armando if they could do a make ready restoration of my apt since I have been living here over 3 years to maybe help lift my spirits some and they were faster than breaking news reporters on the scene. They have been cheering me up and working on my apt it has brought me to tears. My apt looking brand new with few more details to go. This maintenance staff is out of this world. 6 stars and a million thanks would not be enough. 100 spectacular reviews could not tell it all, free tamales for the rest of their life to these guys especially Elisha could not pay them back and to all the Quincy staff their goodness can never be repaid for all the parties and social events they put on is the best. My life is recovering slowly and getting a little better now thanks to the Quincy.

I absolutely love my apartment and most of the time keep the lights off because of the fantastic natural light the building provides. The area is great! My move in went seamlessly. I really appreciated the communication from both Arlette and Hannah throughout the entire process. They were great at responding to my multitude of questions and concerns. Especially since I was not in the area and everything had to be done electronic. One week into my move in, they organized a resident event. It was so fun! It feels great to be a part of a building that wants to foster good relationships with their residents and help the residents meet one another. They have MONTHLY events. How fantastic is that! I also really appreciate that all the residents I have met genuinely enjoy living here, everyone I have encountered says they love the building and love the area. So far I have only amazing things to say about the building and the property management.

I lived here for just a couple vears and there is not enough to be said for the care they take of the property grounds and tenants Everything is kept extremely clean and don't even get me started with the amount of time they put into the landscaping! It seems someone is planting flowers, watering gardens, pulling weeds or tending the vegetable garden daily. (Did i mention there's a community vegetable garden!!) Anyways.. this property is beautiful inside and out and I truly didn't want to leave but my work took me elsewhere. If I ever find myself back I will most definitely go here first before looking elsewhere. I was lucky the first time I just happened to walk in right as a unit was listed but it seems they don't come available very often because nobody moved in or out it seemed the entire time I was there. All in all best property i have ever lived at

By far the best in my opinion. When we moved into our 2 bdrm apartment, it was very clean and everything worked. Then a few weeks later our cooking stove went out. I called the office and they said that since the one we had was pretty old we would get a new one. Then a new one was installed within days. There's a community garden, they keep the yards clean and well kept, there's a gas grill that is operable anytime during the year, a pool that is not kept too cold to enjoy, a playground, onsite laundry and it's close to olde town Arvada, where there is a lot of things to do. When we moved in, we were warned the apartment hadn't been professionally cleaned - they forgot, I guess. The apartment complex was built around 10 or 15 years ago and it's obvious very little has been updated since then. I am charged $10 a month to park my car in the lot and still have to rely on street parking if I get home after 9pm, because the lot fills up and the garage parking is egregiously expensive. I'm pretty sure there's only like 3 people who work here, so the timescale on issues getting addressed really depends on how many people are in front of you. So why is this a five-star review? Because the rent is incredibly competitive for the area, the view from my apartment is breathtaking, I am in Olde Town and a couple blocks from the rail station. Because this is the first place I've lived in 5 years that didn't raise my rent from one lease year to the other. Because this is the friendliest, most supportive apartment community I've ever had the pleasure of calling my neighbors. They can pry this outdated apartment from my dead hands.

However, last Friday, the elevators started dysfunctioning (my friend was stuck in the elevator until someone opened the door from the outside). Since then they have not worked at all. Management has been called numerous times with no response. Finally, yesterday afternoon, after four days with no elevators email was sent that the elevators don't work. I'm handicap & cannot easily walk up & down five flights of stairs for doctor appointments & groceries. I can understands mechanical issues, but lack of communication to renters is unacceptable. We'll be looking for a different facility. I recommend renters & prospective renters look elsewhere as well. Code enforcement for the city of Arvada has been contacted and is working with management. The building is well maintained and we haven't had any major issues with our apartment. When there has been the need to have the maintenance team over (like when the screen on the balcony door got stuck) the process to request and get help was super fast/easy. The location is also incredibly hard to beat -- you are only a 10-minute walk from Olde Town Arvada which is the cutest little area that gave us "Stars Hollow" vibes. It's filled with cute shops and restaurants, in the summer they have farmers markets, various festivals and even Yoga in the park! Not to mention you also have the train station, which easily takes you to downtown Denver. Solana is also extremely dog-friendly! The staff all knew our golden retriever by name and he would get so excited to stop in the office to greet them everyday. Yes, this apartment is expensive because it is a luxurious place to live!
