But, it didn't crack and it was the best job possible with what I had going on with my chips and cracks. Didn't even sell me a new windshield knowing my insurance covers it. I was able to make the necessary changes, repairman was able to update my order and only needed to pay my automobile insurance deductible. The repairman was able to replace my windshield in about 30 min, it was an expeditious replacement process and would recommend using them again.

We leave car and come back little over a week later. They still couldn't get the pillar and fender to line up. I say it looks like shit. They are suppOder to be a professional shop but I guess if you call them out on their shoddy work they decide to insult you. So he proceeds to call me a cocksucker again and says I am not allowed on the premises any longer. What a lousy, unprofessional and apparently can't fix your car. It's one thing to just fix or not fix a car but I guess the intelligence level of the manager here is pretty low. Long story short, we had our truck in here for hail damage repairs from last May, they had it two separate times because they were waiting for a roof to come in. Well there, they screwed up our seatbelts, they were pulled all the way out to the floor and would not retract, they scratched our truck in multiple places, and then when we took it back to have the roof repaired, they didn't seal it properly and we've had leaking, they screwed up the entire center console in the top of my roof and broke the light out, so it won't turn on, there's water damage to my screen, they broke my aftermarket on 10 off etc. I reached out to my insurance company, they reached out to Cole Creek collision, and found that because they can't prove that it was vandalism on purpose, there's nothing I can do because my policy doesn't cover vandalism. But I'm telling you right now, these guys caused thousands of dollars worth of damage to my truck That I had to come out of pocket. They are shady and manager or owner is an absolute prick. He talked trash to me, to my wife and told us that if people don't like his business that they can stick their opinions up their ass. And if you think I'm joking about that, reach out to me and I'll be happy to send you the audio of him saying that. I also have emails from my insurance company, saying that there was damage cost to my truck, but because we went with them and not there requested Shop, that there's nothing that can be done. Stay as far away from this place as you, if you're worried about how long it's gonna take to get in somewhere else, save yourself the trouble and wait the extra couple of months, this is the worst business I have ever dealt with in my adult life.
