First time here and it was absolutely 10/10! Our server, Heather, was super cool and the food was amazing!!

Had a great lunch on our trip back to California from Oklahoma! Had to stop in Winslow Az.! Super nice staff hole in the wall cafe'. Had Granny's Tacos that came with an outstanding bean dip! And fresh tortilla chips! Nothing compares to fresh tortilla chips!!

Enchiladas & Eggs. Tasty red sauce, beans, those potatoes & corn tortillas.

Nostalgic Restaurant with a Route 66 vibe, located across and just down the street From "The Corner" in Winslow Arizona. We had high expectations as we stopped in For lunch. Our server was great when we ordered, however after that it was up to the cook to bring out our food. We ordered chips and salsa and fried "hot" pickles as an appetizer however they did not arrive until we were half done with our sandwiches. The first set of pickles were burned and not edible the second set the cook brought out was good, but not spicy hot as noted in the menu. Chips were garlicky and tasty by them selves but the salsa was not very flavorful. I had the Philly Cheese Steak sandwich which was okay flavor but it was chunks of beef, not shaved beef as I expected. My wife had the BLT with fries that was good and our friend had the wings that he said was very good.

This little spot is definitely cute, but don't come here if you're in a hurry--the service takes its sweet time. I tried the chicken fried steak, and while some folks rave about it, I'd have to say... not my favorite. A bit chewy, with a few mystery pieces that went straight to the napkin. Now for the good stuff: the bacon? Absolute perfection. Crispy, flavorful, melt-in-your-mouth goodness. And the home-fried potatoes? Crunchy, golden, and packed with flavor--total win. One downside: the ventilation. About halfway through our meal, our eyes were watering like we'd been chopping onions in the back. A little fresh air would make a world of difference here. Cute place, tasty sides, just a few tweaks away from being a real gem. There should be 3 1/2 stars as I said, everything was good other than that chicken fried steak and the ventilation

pancakes were delicious, the breakfast was okay. the food took about 40 minutes to come out & I can't tell if the bug I found later in my eggs was cooked in there or landed in there other than the bug and the long wait for food, It was good!

We ate here while on spring break, driving from the Grand Canyon to Albuquerque. Obviously Winslow is a cool place to go, and such a fine sight to see. The restaurant closed an hour earlier than the listed time but thankfully we were seated in time. There were only two employees, one BoH and the other FoH, and they did a great job taking care of the customers. The food was hot and fresh, and very tasty. Everyone at our table cleaned their plates. It's Diner food served right.

    Burrito good, potatoes awful.

We had breakfast here. The french toast made with Texas toast , strawberries , and whipped crème was amazing. Loved all of the cinnamon throughout it. We also had the breakfast burrito which was very good. It came with small diced potatoes that were not good. They tastes of old pan grease, yuck. They were inedible.

    Eggs sausage and toast. Pancakes.

Super cute little cafe. Excellent pancakes. Lovely service. Perfect eggs and sausage.

Classic Breakfast,'good coffee. Third time here at Flatbed Ford Cafe. You can't beat it for the great food and relaxed atmosphere.

Great classic Breakfast, the staff is attentive and friendly. Third time here. If you're in Winslow, AZ check it out!

Excellent food. Goos coffee. Walked in and the music from the kitchen was 70's rock and roll. Felt right at home.

My friend and I split Pork Osso Buco. Split. We couldn't finish it. My husband had the special sea bass and raved. My friend's husband thoroughly enjoyed the shrimp with pappardelle pasta. Although he doesn't like having to remove the tails himself. I mean, who does? It was nice to go back to our room after such a great meal and not have to drive. Outstanding experience.

Quick, Friendly Coffee Stop in the Heart of Winslow's Famous Corner…read moreWe pulled into Winslow on a relaxed Sunday afternoon after a long drive, mainly to hit up the Walmart for some essentials. While we were in the area, we decided to grab coffee at this spot right on the bustling corner tied to the "Standin' on the Corner" park, the one immortalized by the Eagles' "Take It Easy." (Think: Glenn Frey statue, flatbed Ford, giant murals, and Eagles/Route 66 vibes everywhere.) The barista was genuinely welcoming and super accommodating. We asked for sugar-free caramel macchiatos, and they nailed the customization without any hassle. Both drinks were really solid: smooth, well-balanced espresso, and they hit the spot after hours on the road. The location itself is what makes it stand out, it's smack in the middle of a very touristy, lively intersection packed with Glenn Frey and Eagles memorabilia, gift shops selling Route 66 souvenirs, statues, murals, and photo ops galore. If you're already there snapping pics with the "flatbed Ford" or the bronze Glenn Frey tribute, it's super convenient for a caffeine fix. That said, it can feel a bit hectic and very geared toward tourists with lots of people milling around. If you're looking for a quiet, locals only cafe vibe, this might not be your scene. But for a quick, tasty drink while soaking in the classic Winslow nostalgia? It was exactly what we needed. Would definitely stop again if we're cruising Route 66 through northern Arizona. Friendly service + good coffee + prime location = win.

This is a cute little old school 50s-ish diner with a legit food menu and some truly excellent hot…read moredogs. In fact, I would go out of my way for these hot dogs. They are huge and delicious and you can get them smothered with cheese or bacon or whatever. They also have breakfast items, crepes, salads, sandwiches, ice cream, and some pretty fancy coffee drinks. Now about those hot dogs: We tried the Take It Easy dog (ketchup, mustard, diced onions) and the Kansas dog (bacon, cheese, and BBQ sauce). The Take It Easy may have standard toppings but the dog and bun are excellent. The Kansas dog was supreme. The dog, bun, and the toppings were fantastic. I don't know why the little town of Winslow has such good hot dogs but it just shows you never know what you may find.
