5/5 Stars We made a quick stop at The Sipp Shoppe before heading out of Winslow, not really knowing what to expect. We honestly thought it was just a coffee shop, but it turned out to be the perfect place for a light meal and a relaxing break. The shop has a cozy, welcoming atmosphere with unique décor featuring photos of the local community and its history, which gave it a lot of character. There are several seating options, including high-top tables for two, lower tables with four chairs, and bar seating. The menu offers much more than coffee--they also serve sandwiches, ice cream, and other drinks. We ordered the Southwest Chicken Quesadilla, which came with a side of salsa, and it was absolutely delicious. To drink, we had the Raspberry Cream Soda and the Detox Water with strawberries, lemons, blueberries, and cucumbers. Both were refreshing, and the detox water was especially good. The background music was just right--not too loud, making it easy to enjoy a conversation. The shop was spotless, and the staff couldn't have been friendlier. The ladies behind the counter were welcoming, and the gentleman who prepared our food did an outstanding job. This was the perfect way to wrap up our visit to the area. We left with full bellies, great conversation, and a wonderful last stop before hitting the road. If you're passing through Winslow and want a coffee, a light bite, or even some ice cream, I highly recommend stopping by. Five stars all the way! read more

This is a cute little old school 50s-ish diner with a legit food menu and some truly excellent hot dogs. In fact, I would go out of my way for these hot dogs. They are huge and delicious and you can get them smothered with cheese or bacon or whatever. They also have breakfast items, crepes, salads, sandwiches, ice cream, and some pretty fancy coffee drinks. Now about those hot dogs: We tried the Take It Easy dog (ketchup, mustard, diced onions) and the Kansas dog (bacon, cheese, and BBQ sauce). The Take It Easy may have standard toppings but the dog and bun are excellent. The Kansas dog was supreme. The dog, bun, and the toppings were fantastic. I don't know why the little town of Winslow has such good hot dogs but it just shows you never know what you may find. read more

Quick, Friendly Coffee Stop in the Heart of Winslow's Famous Corner We pulled into Winslow on a relaxed Sunday afternoon after a long drive, mainly to hit up the Walmart for some essentials. While we were in the area, we decided to grab coffee at this spot right on the bustling corner tied to the "Standin' on the Corner" park, the one immortalized by the Eagles' "Take It Easy." (Think: Glenn Frey statue, flatbed Ford, giant murals, and Eagles/Route 66 vibes everywhere.) The barista was genuinely welcoming and super accommodating. We asked for sugar-free caramel macchiatos, and they nailed the customization without any hassle. Both drinks were really solid: smooth, well-balanced espresso, and they hit the spot after hours on the road. The location itself is what makes it stand out, it's smack in the middle of a very touristy, lively intersection packed with Glenn Frey and Eagles memorabilia, gift shops selling Route 66 souvenirs, statues, murals, and photo ops galore. If you're already there snapping pics with the "flatbed Ford" or the bronze Glenn Frey tribute, it's super convenient for a caffeine fix. That said, it can feel a bit hectic and very geared toward tourists with lots of people milling around. If you're looking for a quiet, locals only cafe vibe, this might not be your scene. But for a quick, tasty drink while soaking in the classic Winslow nostalgia? It was exactly what we needed. Would definitely stop again if we're cruising Route 66 through northern Arizona. Friendly service + good coffee + prime location = win. read more

Such a great place! Good to be back Friendly, welcoming staff And I have to spotlight Don. I remember him from my last visit here. Makes lots of great suggestions Like he pointed out that not only do they make the sweet crêpes as listed, but that it may not be obvious, but they can make any of the sandwiches into savory crêpes for $1 more The place is clean, also welcoming, with natural light and at 1100 2 weeks into January, not at all crowded and Don is handling it all with easy capable grace. Summertime I can verify can be a heady, crowded time But such a great respite from the crowds that flock to , literally, *that* corner in Winslow, which is directly across the street from the front door. All my fare here has been delicious, often sticky sweet, and yet another reason to carry water in your car on a road trip. But the sandwiches were good too! Bon Appetit! read more

I didn't take pictures of multi and a shake but we were in Winslow and wanted something cool and refreshing. They sell coffee to ice cream and other food. The desserts were good and the only lady behind the counter was keeping up it's the orders with the crowd that she had. It would a good stop if you were looking to get out of the hot sun after visiting the shops and the sites. read more

Cute little shop, but unfortunately very overpriced and sandwiches are gross. My son and I got two sandwiches, no drinks and the total was over $30. They didn't even give us a side of chips or e. Worst of all the sandwiches were drenched-completely soaked- in mayonnaise. I hate mayo, son hates it. The menu said they came with basil aioli, which should be made with olive oil and basil. Nope, we got disgusting mayo with some green flecks in it. My son took two bites and tossed it. I ate mine only because I was starving. read more

Stopped and ordered some sandwiches, crepes and coffee on our road trip back from Phoenix. The club and turkey avocado sandwiches were delicious as were the Nutella and strawberry crepes. Windsor, Arizona Two places I wanted to go to in Winslow, AZ was Sipp Shoppe and the corner of Winslow Arizona. Lucky me they were directly across the street from each other. This café is small with 6 to 8 tables. They do have a counter with a few chairs. One girl take your order and a guy makes all of the drinks. There were two people in the back cooking. The staff was friendly. I ordered the daily special grilled cheese on ciabatta bread served with a pickle and tomato soup. It also came with a large drink. My husband ordered the turkey cranberry sandwich. It came with chips and a pickle. The drink was extra. The grilled cheese was delicious. However, it comes with a pesto sauce. It did not say anywhere that had pesto on it so please be aware for those of you that may have an allergy. The tomato soup was piping hot! It was deliciously homemade. The turkey cranberry sandwich was served on a roll. And had lots of sliced turkey. Came with cranberries and lettuce. It was a good sandwich, but nothing special or extra extraordinary. It was served with chips and a pickle. They have ice cream that the hand scoop and make milkshakes that look delicious. One of the other customers was eating a crêpe and it looked fantastic. However, there weren't any crêpes on the menu that had any protein. So I chose against it. If it was morning instead of lunchtime, I might have chose differently. This place is centrally located and charming. I would most definitely stop back here if I was in town. Plenty of street parking as well as an open lot around the corner. There is no charge for parking. Bathrooms were clean, but all three stalls were empty of toilet paper. The only thing I saw that needed cleaning were the lights on the wall above the tables. read more

There was a small wait but plenty of seating. We initially went in for root beer float. A little disappointed they did not have vanilla but overall good. I ordered the cream cheese chile dog and my husband the tuna melt. Both were 5 out of 5.it was full of flavor and just the right size. The employees were friendly and professional. This is truly a hidden gem. read more

Best ice cream I have had in a long time. So rich and creamy. I had a large cup. It was stuffed to the brim....so was I after eating all of the deliciousness. Worth the trip to Winslow and the calories. You may not want to be standing around much after indulging. Walk around the little town to burn some calories. Not a big selection of flavors but this is real old fashioned ice cream. read more

The food here was great and not overly expensive. We all had leftovers to take home with us as well. The dining area is a little small and it did get crowded, but the service was fast so it wasn't overwhelming. The cashier/waitress was very sweet. We had a great experience! read more

Donovan was great and got all of our drinks and ice cream ready. I had three hangry kids on the road about 1800 miles into a 2400 mile road trip and we stopped in to get milkshakes and for the status at "standin' on the corner." We got a vanilla ice cream, two cookies and cream shakes, and a caramel pecan praline shake. Everyone was happy with their choices and I'm convinced it's the best ice cream in the desert. read more

We popped in for some treats and decided to try their chocolate malts. Delicious!!! Perhaps the best I've ever had.

Solid 4 stars overall. 5 stars for the server, Don. He was busy and multitasking like a champ! Bathrooms were clean. Sandwiches were as described. Not huge portions. A bit pricey for the size and lack of flavor. Small amount of seating space. It was good for a one time pass thru. read more

We were disappointed in the coffee here. My husband got an iced latte and it was burnt tasting. They did not have decaf coffee or espresso available. We got two Nutella crepes and they were good. Good location for a quick stop after visiting the Standin' in the corner park. read more

An old-time soda shop with a modern-day twist. You'd think you walked into a soda shop in Mayberry with Andy and Barney sitting there. They serve several ice cream treats, lates, shakes, malts, and, of course, ice cream. I got a scoop of salted caramel expresso ice cream. Fresh, homemade, and good. Cold weather is the best time to drink hot chocolate and enjoy some ice cream. We took an afternoon break and enjoyed some hot hot coffee, hot chocolate and ice cream. They are quite generous with their scoops. Three of us shared the double scoop of ice cream. The staff is friendly and there's indoor and outdoor seating. This place appears to be pet-friendly as one of our fellow customers' companions was a beautiful dog with piercing blue eyes. Parking is street parking. read more

To start, don't go by the menu online. I was set to get one thing but that changed when I got there. They had a breakfast burrito on the menu in the shop. It was excellent. I highly recommend it. Stopped in here for a quick bite to eat and get a root beer float. Literally right across the street from the "standing on the corner" park and statute. Mainly ice cream, floats, burgers and hot dogs. Me and the wife got a root beer float. The oldest daughter and me got the Kansas City dog (bbq bacon and cheese hotdog). The wife got the Texas dog which is essentially a chili dog. The kids got a kid grilled cheese and hot dog meal. They actually gave and charged us two hot dog kids meal (the wife thought the price was extremely high). For me the food was just ok. My daughter and I didn't particularly like the bbq sauce on our Kansas City dogs. The wife said her dog was good. My daughter didn't like the grilled cheese at all and we didn't end up touching the second hot dog we got charged for. Meals came with chips and we were half way done eating befire we realized that. The chips were on a rack in lobby so we just grabbed some. So I assume it like a subway deal where you got go pay attention to what you order and then your on a trust system? It was a cool little throwback diner and I'm not disappointed we went here. I just wish I liked it better. Maybe I just chose the wrong meal. The root beer floats were good. read more

You know you want a milkshake. Lets get something out of the way. We all know why you're here in town. Everyone here wants to stand on a corner in Winslow, Arizona. I know. I know. It's such a sight to see. Besides the whole photo opportunity and couple of souvenir shops there isn't much to do here. Or so I thought. On my most recent visit to the area my kids decided they were hungry. Who gets hungry in Winslow? A couple of randos that's who. Anyway, they needed food and I noticed a steady stream of people going in and out of the Sipp Shoppe. Hmm. Why not? Outside the building is rather unassuming. Inside it is exactly what I imagined an old ice cream/soda shop would be. In fact, I think it was cooler inside than the whole standing on a corner thing. Because of its convenient location, it was jam packed with people. Ordering took a little while due to the crowds, but the staff were very friendly despite being slammed. Getting our stuff also took a while, but when it did come out, holy hell man. These were some damn fine milk shakes. I got a chocolate malt and it was very good. The kids forgot all about wanting real food too. Apparently ice cream is a good substitute for lunch. In closing, you should really come here. I know you will be in the area anyway so stop in and get a shake. read more

If you ever find yourself in Winslow AZ Standin' on the Corner...march your butt to Sipp Shoppe. It's on the corner. Go in there and whatever you do...get a crepe. I got mine with blackberries. It's the best crepe Ive ever had. They have a lot of syrup flavors for your coffee. I have banana added to my caramel macchiato and that was a good choice however I got a large size and it's more like a bucket of coffee! You'll definitely get what you pay for!!! The service was OK I think it could've been better, the girls working the counter seemed a little distracted, I think because their friends were visiting them and sitting right up at the counter...they were nice enough...and seriously They could've given me the worst service ever and I still would give this place a five because that crêpe is outstanding. read more

After reading all the positive reviews, we made this a destination while visiting Winslow. $5.09 for a child's size ice cream is not reasonably priced. Not many flavor options, but we 'flavor tested' the salted caramel espresso and while it was good, I can't honestly say it was worth $5.09. The servers were friendly. We left disappointed. read more

Cute little shop across from the Standing on the Corner monument. We first saw it early in the morning when we were taking pictures. The place was packed for breakfast (which we had already had) but we knew we wanted to stop back for a shake or a malt. We returned that afternoon for our sweet treat. The place is small with only a few tables but we were able to snag a table for 2 inside. Our shakes were delicious! Definitely on our list to return to the next time we are in Winslow. read more

Stopped and had a turkey avocado sandwich here with the parents while on the road. It was very conveniently located right off the interstate and the building was beautiful. I didn't take a photo but the ceiling detailing was especially stunning. Also the food was amazing! Just recovering my sense of taste post Covid and that sandwich tasted like life.
