We have been longing for these warming, Indian flavors and are so ecstatic we found this truck. Prices were extremely fair considering its Sedona and the portion sizes were also great. You can't go wrong with anything at this truck, and they're open late until midnight. One of their employees that was off for the day just so happened to be there and he was the one that drove it to us. On top of that, even though we waited so long because of DoorDash, the food was AMAZING. It's literally on corner of Zalesky Road and 89a on outskirts of Cottonwood. I believe the cook is actually Oaxacan because there's a friendly order-taker guy by the window who notes your order and passes to the cook inside. Delicious, authentic, real food. Most people seem to prefer eating in their vehicles in the ample parking area. But they do offer outdoor cafeteria style tables under a tarpaulin cover with patio heaters if you avoid eating in your car.
