From the first phone call to the final installation, communication was outstanding. They were punctual, professional, and kept me informed every step of the way. The quality of the workmanship was impeccable. They also connected my new gutters to my existing underground drainage system, giving me a much cleaner and more integrated drainage solution. The installation is clean and precise, and the crew treated my property with respect, leaving everything neat when they were finished. After a previous nightmare with another contractor, I had become very cautious about hiring anyone. The Rain Gutter Company completely exceeded my expectations. It's refreshing to find a company that does exactly what it promises with professionalism, integrity, and attention to detail. I couldn't be happier with the result and would recommend The Rain Gutter Company without hesitation. They have earned my trust, and they'll be the only company I call for gutter work in the future.

The previous rain gutter contractor didn't do a good job, so I needed a contractor who would listen to my needs and design a good solution. I normally get three quotes for any construction work, but after reading the consistent positive reviews about The Gutter Guys, I decided to take a chance on them. From the very beginning, Lorraine (scheduler) was so professional and accommodating. When Angel (estimator) came out, he was polite and he patiently listened to the back story about the problem roof section. He emailed me a design plan that exceeded my expectations. Once the job was scheduled, I was so pleased that the crew of three (Angel's dad, brother, and employee) was punctual and came in two vans, fully loaded with all of the materials. Angel's dad patiently listened to my concerns and described where the gutters would be placed to best move rainwater away from my house. He also gave me choices on the height of the rain shields to minimize water splatter. As the work progressed, Angel's dad asked me to come out to see the layout of the downspout to make sure I was okay with it. Oh, and another important note is that my house has tile shingles that can easily crack if a contractor walks on it carelessly. I had just re-roofed the entire house last year for a lot of money, so I asked the crew to please be careful to minimize cracked shingles. At the completion of the job, not one shingle was cracked! Another amazing bit is that they replaced for free and without my asking, a small rain shield at another part of the house with a 6" high shield to match the aesthetics of the 6" high shield that they installed for their contracted project. The crew finished before the estimated time, and they cleaned everything up. I'm so grateful for the amazing overall experience, and now I can sleep in peace for the upcoming El Nino storms. Kudos to The Gutter Guys for their professionalism and care!

Before even they gave me the price, my minds was kind of set, Antonio and other guy are confident but not pushing or oversell. I could tell they've done so many jobs, they gave me comfort. They were able to start few days later. It was a very hot day, but Antonio and crews (4-5 people?) were happy to do the project. All crews are friendly, I can hear they were singing as they work, it was cute and assured me they were doing great job. I had whole house gutter and 5 downspouts installed. It only took them 4 hours! The result is fantastic! It far exceeded my expectation and made my house looks nicer! The color white is perfectly matching with exterior and downspout placement is just as I expected. They also gave me extension to divert water from foundation. Antonio and his crew were hired to replace the gutters and downspouts of our property, and I regret doing business with them. The only reason I am writing this review is to help prevent anyone from paying for sloppy work, incompetence, and lack of common sense. I needed to go after them each step of the process, and communication with his workers was very difficult because he was never there and they don't speak English. We needed to repeat ourselves several times about every point and we were not satisfied with their work what so ever, we made list and review the project repeatedly. After Antonio called saying the job was finished and asked for his final payment, we walked the property one more time and marked the corrections needed to be done. He came and spent one full day with his crew just fixing the things he thought were completed. Ridiculous!!! I have much more facts to share for this review, but this is enough to get the picture. If I had read a review like this, I would have never spent my money for a job with such a poor quality.

We received estimates from five different companies, and while they weren't the cheapest, their pricing was very competitive. The biggest selling point for me was their willingness to go the extra mile. I wasn't completely satisfied with the color options they initially offered. Another company had the exact colors I wanted for my gutters and downspouts, but their pricing was significantly higher. I mentioned this to Fabian, and without hesitation, he said he would see what he could do. He took the time and effort to track down and secure the exact colors I was looking for. I knew what I wanted and didn't want to settle, and Fabian made it happen without making me feel like I was being difficult. He also worked us into his schedule, and the entire installation process went smoothly. The finished gutters look fantastic, match exactly what I had envisioned, and are functioning perfectly. I'm extremely happy with the quality of work, pricing, and customer service. It's refreshing to work with a company that actually listens to its customers and goes out of its way to deliver what they want.
