We finally got to try out this place and it did not disappoint. We had the bone-in wings with the AL Pastor, Mango Habanero, and Garlic Parmesan sauces. Each of these sauces were delicious. Sides we had were the tostones, onion rings and sweet potato fries. The food was good and orders came out promptly. Friendly staff and the place was busy. Definitely coming back for more! read more

I ordered the Korean ribs and there was nothing Korean about them. They were grilled pork ribs, not flanken cut like Korean short ribs. They served this with a BBQ Chipeltepin. The flavors were so bland, I was basically eating unseasoned, grilled ribs with BBQ that was a little spicy. For $12 I got a half rack which wasn't a 1/2 rack. So yes I did eat, but it wasn't an enjoyable experience. It was a meal I'd prefer to forget. If "Racks" as in racks of ribs is in your business you should probably serve at least "good" ribs. read more

Tried this place for the first time and I liked it. The food was good. The flavors for the wings are tasteful than some other wing places out there. The customer service was probably the best experience at this spot. I told the lady it was my first time eating & without any hesitation her recommendations were on point. Thank you read more

The food was great! Service was fast and efficient. And the atmosphere was welcoming. I loved everything about it!

I appreciate great design, interesting interior design and tasty food. Flaps and Racks offers all of the above, along with great beer on tap. I enjoyed the 1/2 rack combo, citrus chipotle sauce, sweet potato fries and a Barrio Brewery Hazy IPA. The Staff were friendly and really helpful offering up advice when ordering, wet wipes and to go boxes. The portions were large enough that half my order came home with me for another meal. read more

The wings here are amazing. I will say NEVER het them doordashed or ubered to you. They will never be as good as when you are there eating them hot. The building is always packed, so we tend to get it and go. We only live about 3 minutes away. So the food is always fresh. read more

I won't say this place was a total let down because I got the lime/pepper flavor wings and they were AMAZING. But I also did get the mild and they were not great and more towards the hot flavor. I think the topping on the cake for me and what skewed my view the most was the ranch situation, I was given Kens packaged ranch. For an establishment to serve wings with packaged ranch was a complete disappointment in my opinion. To be fair the lady up front (who was awesome btw) did mentioned two other ranches which sounded homemade, but I'm a simple person and I love simple dipping sauces. To break it down, clean building, clean restrooms, SOME great wing flavors, big wings, and lovely service... but the ranch situation and the mild flavor was what did it for me. read more

My husband and I went there yesterday with our two young children and we had a very good experience! It is a good family restaurant as they offer options for kids. My husband loved the wings and I had the fish and chips with sweet potatoes. The food was good, the place was very clean and the service was prompt. After eating lunch at Flaps and Wings we ordered an acai bowl and a smoothie from Acai Paradise, which is located in the same location as Flaps and Racks. They have a good set up! We will be back! read more

Although the food was great I would say the chorizo wings just didn't taste like chorizo was what they were going for. The place was more like a order your food get your food then sit down and eat so I didn't get too much human interaction except for at the actual register, but the cashier was nice and patient as I figured out what I wanted. The place was very calm and it had another business in there. But overall very good place to chill and talk with friends and family. read more

Probably the best chicken wings I ever had! We only tried the 2 basic flavors hot and spicy barbecue and it was absolutely delicious. And they are so SAUCY!The fries come with the combo was seasoned right and super crispy. The first bite I took out of the chicken wing brought me back to life. The place is also very clean, I see employees cleaning the tables and taking out the the trays as soon as they see it. The service is pretty much like fast food quick and friendly, you order up front and they bring you your food. Overall godly chicken wings! read more

We've had Flaps and Racks a few times now and I can say I enjoy the corn ribs a huge amount. My husband gets the pork belly and wings usually, but this last visit he got the flyin burger and actually really enjoyed it (chicken and beef). I've had the Korean ribs and have also really enjoyed them, but my heart is set on the corn ribs. read more

Great atmosphere and exceptional food! Everything was delicious and the staff were kind and hospitable. I personally didn't like the habanero wings I ordered, but that's only due to my own taste preferences. Each item was cooked perfectly and arrived quickly to our table. read more

Absolutely love this place. I'm a foodie and this is my favorite place to eat in Tucson. The flavors are bold and the ribs are cooked just right. The açaí place that's inside the same building is also the best açaí place in town. My girlfriend and I have pretty much tried them all and we keep coming back to this one. The workers are all so friendly and helpful and the atmosphere is very laid back and inviting. You get dinner and dessert in the same building... what more could you ask for?! The only thing the I wish they did differently is to SELL THE JERSEYS! I would 100% wear that around town and I'm not really a jersey guy, or even a sports guy. I just love this place that much. Thanks for bringing such a quality establishment to Tucson for our enjoyment! read more

10 stars out of 5!! We were ready for our flight!! Airport themed even down to the garbage cans. You'll love the atmosphere. Beer, football, and everything else. The cashier/host did an amazing job of explaining the menu. Although we ordered alot of food, we still had enough for leftovers. Awesome prices, place was clean, fantastic staff. I wish they had one up north. After your done with food, Acai Paradise is in the same bldg. Awesome concept! The absolute best pork belly I've ever had. Fasten your seat belts folks for a flight of absolute deliciousness!! read more

Love their wings and pork ends but it is a bit pricy. Service is good and the ambiance is more of a fast food joint. Always crowded which is a good sign. read more

I was hella excited when i walked up in the bish, but it was downhill from there. Homies done put a puddle of sauce on my plate, but the cashier was bad can't even lie. Fries were busting tho with that chipotle ranch definitely recommend. frick biccas also forgot my homies fork so that's unforgettable. Cook had some fire dreads. overall not a bad experience but they sold the bag like #4 on texas a&m last night in march madness. lost me my bag. read more

We really enjoyed the wings at this restaurant and the kids loved the macaroni bites appetizer. The pickle fries were okay hard to bite the pickle spear and not pull it out of the coating. The wings were really good (the best my husband said) and we plan on returning to try more of the many wing flavors they offer. My husband also enjoyed his burger that had a chicken breast too! The atmosphere was nice- not too loud. There wer football games and dog shows playing. This restaurant shares the space with an Acai bowl? Restaurant/smoothie joint, which seems to work out fine. The employees were nice, restaurant clean, bathrooms clean and the decor was neat with the trash cans from airplanes and other airplane/airport decor. read more

Have been anxiously awaiting for this place to open up. It has been months since I saw they were opening up. I was a bit confused at the name until I went in and saw the menu. I got a 1/2 rack of the ribs, some wings with habanero sauce, potato salad, and soda. The ribs were different than I expected. They were much shorter than usual but tasted fantastic. The smaller size actually made them easier to eat and enjoy. The wings were a bit hot but not overly so. I was surprised at how large the wings parts were. I am really particular about potato salad, so it was ok. Nothing specifically poor, just not to my taste. I will definitely be back to try some different wing sauces and pickup some more ribs. read more

I saw this in yelp and decided to try it for lunch today. The food was good. Not great but good enough if I was in the area and wanted wings I would eat there again. I drive a ways to get there today but I don't consider it a destination place to eat. I had the Green Chilie wings. They were ok , but I am a Green Chilie snob. Also had the Mango Habanero wings. They were better. Service is self service for the most part. Ambiance is ok. Pricing in my opinion is a little high for the quality of the food and the self service. I spent 20$ for 12 wings and a fountain drink and tip. read more

Everting was amazing!!! I drove and hour to eat it again the following week. Must try both wings and ribs.

I can usually trust the Yelp family to suggest a good restaurant and this was not it. IDK what people are eating here. It couldn't have been the Korean ribs. So, I'll say the service was OK. Place was clean. But I'm reviewing the food. I asked for help in ordering. The girl said that the ribs were like riblet. Meaty and flavorful. I asked which was like Memphis Sauce? Something bold, spicy and great flavor. They said the Chipotle, mango, and a few other ones were good. I have never heard of any of these but had to try one. I asked if I could try a few different flavors? They started to ring up each one. I was like, hold on. Are you charging me if each sample? He said yea. How am I gonna know what one tastes like, if I can't try them? Nope, take it off the tab. I'll just pick one. The meal came out and there were some small, 2 inch ribs on the plate. I don't know what I was expecting but this wasn't it. I got French fried. They were.... well, mediocre at best. We have been here a week. We have been eating at different restaurants all week. This was, without a doubt, the worst food of all. The end! read more

I've been to this place a few times already and I've enjoyed everything I've eaten so far. The only problem I've had is they don't make the wings extra crispy when you ask for it, but we overlook that since they exceed our expectations. The ribs are super meaty! It's a little pricey but way worth it! read more

OMGOSH!! The food was so good here. We had the pork belly, ribs, and corn fries The service was great as well. We placed our order and the food was out quick. It was hot and amazing. Love this place! Everything is freshly made and the flavors are always unique. Have you had pizza flavored wings? I'd give it a shot I was surprised lol the only reason I don't give this place a 5 star is I don't like being charged for dipping sauces after the one cup they give you. read more

Stopped by for dinner on a road trip from CA to TX. Hubby loves wings (his go-to lately is lemon pepper with side of buffalo sauce) and he really enjoyed F&R's lime-pepper with jalapeño ranch. I got the pork belly which was a bigger serving than expected...very delicious with a nice crunch. I got it with the teriyaki sauce however if I'm ever in the area again, I would try a different sauce. (There's just sooo many to choose from!) Fries were hot and crisp on the outside...very tasty. (Note: no carrots or celery sticks with your order.) Clean place with casual ambience...would definitely come back! read more
