Service at the counter was decent and quick as there was a bit of a line when we arrived. I ordered a half rack with garlic parmesan "sauce." My friend got a six piece bone in "honey siracha," with a six piece mac bite and none of this was what I expected. The ribs were cooked well and I could see parmesan but I tasted neither garlic or parmesan! I didn't finish them, very disappointing..I tried to get BBQ sauce to dress it up and was told I'd have to pay and additional fee, it was less then a dollar but I'm not swiping my card for that! Tried my friends mac bites and it's literally fried kraft mac and cheese, not good. It's a nice establishment, loved the airport decor, especially the authentic air traffic control tower. Food could use some work. I wish I could leave 3.5 stars but four is generous. read more

This place was very cute loved the airplane seating. Wings were very good and thick not the small wings some places give you. Not many drink options and only unsweetened tea. But I had a lovely experience would definitely recommend. read more

Food is always great service they greet you when you walk in and have your food out pretty darn fast

There is quite a variety of choices on the menu, a they all sound delicious. I got the wings and pork belly. The wings were tough and salty. The pork belly was hard and bland, even with the sauce. Service was quick, and the staff were nice. Lots of seating and cool airplane seats concept. read more

This place was recommended by our hotel attendant. We just drove in from a 12 hour road trip- tired, hungry and a bit overwhelmed. We were told their wing and Korean riblets were ridiculously good. However, I found that the wings were incredibly good (sauced with hot). They were crispy, well sauced, and came out piping hot. The ribs, on the other hand, we're not - in my opinion- ridiculously good. They were good (not the best I've ever had) But they - fell off the bone and were hot. I wasn't pleased with the mango habanero sauce. Not as spicy as I was expecting. We got fries as a side. The fries were very very good. Super crispy, crunchy and well seasoned. This place was super clean and the staff very friendly and helpful. If I'm ever in Tuscan again, I would not hesitate in coming back. So overall, I recommend the wings and fries!!! read more

What a fun and relaxed casual atmosphere! Great food to match. Had the Half Rack Ribs and Four Bone In. Ribs were great, tender and lots of flavors. We had the teriyaki. Our Four Bone In wings were the Lime Pepper. Wanted the Lemon Pepper, but there were not bad if looking for something different. Those taking orders at the counter are very nice, knowledgeable, helpful and patient. Made us first timers feel welcome. Reasonably priced, too! We'll be back when in the area. read more

Airplane (flaps) theme which also makes sense as it is close to the airport. Delicious fries and wings ( I preferred the wings with sauce on the side versus it being tossed in sauce). The Korean style ribs were okay but the wings were my favorite, Quick service. Alcohol options. read more

It's a place where you order at the counter & pay-they give you a number on a stick to place upright on your table. I ordered the ribs-my fault bc I didn't specify pork, these were chewy, fatty ribs. I will go back for the boneless, habanero with pineapple-these were good! The Michelob Ultra was V cold & tasty. I'll go back for the boneless but, I'll pass on their ribs. Ambiance was cute for a fast-ish food place. Their service/cashier Nevaeh was V sweet & patient-I just assumed pork ribs. Oh & the sweet potato fries were tasty. $27.87 read more

What a really fun and good experience. The wings are delicious, the sides - to die for, and the ambiance - really unique. Being so close to the airport, the decor and seats are all plane-related. Also, if you want a smoothie, they have a place in the back! Definitely go check it out. read more

Some co- workers and I set up an order for pickup. I ordered six mango habanero wings and I specified all flats. When I got the wings, I received all drums. I've stopped here a couple of times, usually on my way home from TUS. All the staff are quite friendly, from the person working the counter to the person that brought the food out to us. Great selection on the menu, good beer choices. The space is a little cavernous which can make it a little loud but it works with this type of establishment. I'd like to see the space a little bigger but it works well. I like their selection of sauces. The pork belly is really good, as is the chicken sandwich. I haven't had anything that I didn't like there. Wait time wasn't bad. Hey, kick out Jimmy John's next door and make that into a bar area. You've got the eats and the drinks. read more

Found this spot after leaving the airport and we couldn't have picked a better place for lunch! Our food arrived way faster than usual wing spots and the server was friendly. The green chili wings were an unexpected deliciousness! I wish we ordered more! The mango habanero wings were flavorful with mango pieces like candy on top. Our son devoured the junior fly fries and we all the shared smoky ribs. The flight seats were cozy and allowed full view of college football on the TV's. We were so happy to support an amazing small business! Too bad we live in Colorado, this would be our regular hang out! read more

Given the option, I don't normally order wings. My husband has been having about this place so gave it a try. Worth. The. Hype. Stole a wing from husband and son and they were both delicious. The standout star was the chocolate chiltepin which was a perfect flavor combo (think mole not a standard chocolate bar with chiltepin). Close by the airport they do a great job decorating with TUS touches. Quick friendly service rounds out the visit. read more

Did a Uber order and was kinda disappointed. We got two burgers that were over cooked and two orders of fries that were kinda soggy. The wings were good. I got a potato but the carne was burnt and my potato was broken Into four pieces when I opened it. The carne was very salty and the potato wasn't cooked all the way. Ranch is really good. Also got a sprite with one of the items and it was flat. So bummed. Spent over $70 for this dinner and it was a big disappointment. read more

Interesting concept for wings! They have unique sauces for their wings and ribs. We have always ordered take-out, but this time we visited for Happy Hour (MNF) dine-in. The restaurant had cool, modern atmosphere. Sharing with their company, Acai Paradise. Most of the flavors taste delicious, some are too weird for my taste. At the end, this place is good! And a must-try for non traditional wings sauces Reason I gave 4 stars, we visited on 11/06/23- Monday Night Football HH. And on their website it states that wings or boneless are 97¢. I asked the cashier she said it is automatically deducted but 12 wings priced for $17.25 is not Happy Hour price. Hopefully y'all keep that difference you owe me as tip read more

Your usual American wings and ribs place. Standard fare. Just a little on the trendy side- fit for hipsters. They have salads. A juice bar resides in the same building. Service is top notch- I told the lady I was a greenhorn and she was nice enough to explain the menu. Thank you- it was a good experience! read more

The first time I ever tried Flaps and Racks, my husband brought me wings all the way from Tucson to Prescott on ice. We reheated in the oven and they were still delicious. I just recently went down to Tucson with him and had to try them fresh. And of course they were even better! The mango habanero was my favorite and spicy as expected. The wings were also nice and crispy. Their Buffalo ranch fries were also so good. Wish there was a place up north that had as good of wings! read more

Really enjoyed the Mango Habanero sauce on wings tossed in mild sauce. They have a good variety of sauces such as Chocolate Chiltepin, Green Chile, Al Pastor, Cinnamon Roll, Pizza, Chorizo and 9 others. Where else can you get all these unique flavored sauces? And to top it off they have really cold beer... I'm definitely coming back! read more

Solid, crispy wings! Very friendly service. Competitive prices compared to the big national wing chains in town. Tried the Mild, Hot, and Al Pastor wings. Also ordered a side of onion rings. Our favorite sauces were the mild and hot, Al Pastor wasn't bad, just ok, but give it a try yourself! Looking forward to trying their other sauces, they have all the standards plus include other local flavors such as recipes that include chiltepin. Very cool! Their menu also has options for the wing haters in your circle, burgers and ribs among various other other sides. Seems a silly complaint, but the ranch/Bleu cheese is an important part of a wings meal in our family. The ranch they serve is pre-packaged, Ken's steakhouse ranch. Hope they'll consider serving their own ranch someday in the future. I'd pay a little extra for good ranch. :) read more

Love this place!! My favorite menu item to get is the 1/2 ribs combo with the Bbq Chiltepin sauce on the ribs and I get the Buffalo Ranch fries!! It's always so good. I've only tried their flavor of the month once, which was Cilantro Buffalo, and it did not disappoint! I love that a flavor of the month is an option since some people love to try new things! The wings are very good too, we tried the traditional with Mango Habanero and they were nicely crispy and very flavorful. The sauce is a little on the sweeter side and not so much spicy but I love that it has actual small chunks of mango in it. I've tried the corn ribs with the Chocolate Chiltepin sauce and they were very delicious. The only way I can describe the taste, is like Mole (the mexican dish). It was still so good and I really enjoyed them! The one thing I don't really recommend doing is take out. I've done it multiple times and each time the food just doesn't seem great. Of course with takeout it all depends on your situation but every time I get my food it's cold, kind of soggy and I somehow end up with all the fat in my ribs. I recommend dining in for the best experience! The service is always so great. The people taking my order are always friendly and answer any questions I have. The food also gets served very fast! The ambiance of this spot is very relaxed/casual. A nice place to dine in although the area isn't very big. Music indoors is good but might lean on a little loud. Indoor temperature is comfortable but also might lean on a little too cold, so bring a cardigan if you get cold fast like me! read more

This is the third time I have ordered their 8 boneless wing combo with the flavor of the month sauce - Jalapeño Cream. It is SO good! I hope they make it a staple flavor. We've ordered 1/2 Rack & 4 Wing Combo and Buffalo fries at least 2 a week. Soo soo good. Anywho, this place is great. The service is really good. They go above and beyond to make your experience a great one. The ambiance has a bar type of feel but it's not a bar. My only gripe is that the soda fountain is always crowded. It's stuffed back in a cramped corner so it's hard for more than one person to refill their drink. Still an A+ establishment. I highly recommend. read more

First time here! Found this place via Yelp and Google. We ordered the Half Rack ribs (mango habanero) combo with fries and a drink, and also Bone of 9 wings (garlic parmesan). The wings came out crispy and perfectly seasoned with garlic parmesan and large wings compared to some other wings joints. The side of ranch was not needed but definitely nice for additional dipping! The half rack ribs were cut into smaller pieces for easy chewing and the mango habanero flavor is delicious. The fries taste fresh and are crunchy, but lacks a bit of flavor. I hope they add a garlic parmesan fries to their menu! I will definitely be back to try the different wings flavors! read more

This place is amazing!! The staff is super friendly and helpful. The ambiance is great. BUT THE FOOD is amazing!!! The wings are so good and a great size. The lime pepper is one of our favs. The carne asada potato is to die for!! The jalapeño ranch is such a great touch!! I loved that there was no cheese on this. I'm not a big cheese eater and this was so tasty without it. We have eaten here twice and it is a staple now when we go to Tucson. The average American eats approximately 23 pounds of chicken wings per year. And if you ate all 23 pounds here, you wouldn't go wrong. We ordered the barrio blonde and microburst hazy ipa for drinks. We ordered 12 classic wings, half citrus chipotle and half buffalo. The orange shavings on the chipotle wings were just the flavor profile I always needed, but never had. The buffalo has a kick, but wasn't too salty. Actually skipped the ranch on both because it was too good to distract from the flavor. We also ordered the Buffalo ranch fries. You could split this portion between 4 people. Again, not too salty and fries were crisp. We also tried the Buffalo burger they made into a combo for me, although not on the menu. The vegetables were fresh and burger done medium well. The burger had just the right amount of Smokey taste. The potato salad was ordinary. Can I suggest a spin on this classic item? I devoured this meal in literally 4 minutes, it was so good! The food came out super quick too. Staff was courteous, suggestive with menu items. The cup my draft beer was served in was neat and the decor was trendy. Will definitely be back here and highly recommend to anyone in the area. read more

We finally got to try out this place and it did not disappoint. We had the bone-in wings with the AL Pastor, Mango Habanero, and Garlic Parmesan sauces. Each of these sauces were delicious.
