He stated he would be out 12/21/2015 between 1:00 and 2:00 and would call my cell when on his way over. I work from home. He never called or showed up!! The very next day I had Fairfield Heating and Cooling out and they fixed my furnace. To this day I still never heard from Chris!! I told my friend not to be referring his friend to anyone he doesn't show up!! I heard this was not anything new!!
